There are so many different ways to say it. You reap what you sow. You get back what you put into it. The seven fold law. Karma. The laws of cause and effect.

If you are a person of true compassion, if you treat your fellows kindly and with dignity, if you are willing to lend a helping hand, this is what the Universe will mirror back at you.

 

No one can be compassionate and altruistic without having a positive and selfless outlook. It just doesn’t happen. You can think you are a good person all you want, but if the Universe is mirroring something else back at you, you are not putting the right energy out there. Perhaps you are doing things with the expectation of getting something in return. Perhaps you are only being helpful when it is convenient. Perhaps you are only doing things you wanted to do anyway and using others as an excuse.

Try this: Once a day, do something nice for someone else. The trick is to not be discovered. If someone finds out, anyone, you have to do something else nice without being discovered.

#DJFreedomLives because it's all about the music! Peace and blessings everyone. Another great day to be alive. That for me is enough reason to realize I am obligated to share this perspective so others around me can have what I have. Experience, strength and hope. I never forgot those spiritual principles. They give balance and provide many with the tools needed to move forward and journey into their day...one at a time. I am, have been and always will be one of them. Music has always been part of my life. And since I was 12 being a DJ has been the life I breathe into my music-utilizing 2 pieces of steel (turntables then, virtual decks now). But without the joy of living I wouldn't be able to tell you this today! Revelations and proverbs were always my favorite parts of the bible because the wisdom is infinite and the message is clear. I hold those trues to be self evident and live my life according to a righteous mindset guided by Supreme Wisdom. I am not religious though and not attempting to tell you what to take on spiritually...just sharing my journey through positive energy and constant elevation. A man can do great works but with a Queen by his side the world will recognize them. It is with that statement I give praise to my partner in all things Martina-whose voice is, has been and always will be part of my life's musical mix. She is the one I was searching for to complete my cipher...and I love her and give thanks for her patience and humility. The United States was founded, predominantly, by Puritans.  This is why freedom of religion is so important in America – it is a country founded by peoples who were persecuted in other nations for their religious beliefs.

The downside of this is that Puritan belief systems a repressive or suppressive towards sex.

Energy follows focus. That which you suppress or repress, you feed. As long as something is taboo, it will be easy to obsess over it, because it is somehow more exciting than the things that are allowed. It becomes addictive.

When you consider the fact that none of us would be here on the planet if it weren’t for sex, it is rather silly to think of it as taboo. Once it ceases to be taboo, the charge is gone. It simply is.

How much of your energy is tied up in thinking about sex every day? What else could you use that energy for?
