SpringAid idea: First Aid would definitely have a wild meet the parents story.

First aid is the normal one sitting at the dinner table as Tarantulus tries to keep his oddities to himself at Springers request and Prowl attempts to smile and be friendly also at Springers request. Which just ends up being terrifying in itself on both their parts.

Springer thinks he’s done for and won’t have First Aid as his spark mate until First aid breaks the long tension and cracks the thick ice boulder by saying, “…So I honestly shipped you with the constructicons and wrote fanfics about it..can I get details on how you two met so I can write this too?”

Springer is shell shocked and in pure disbelief along with Tarantulus and Prowl..

Only for Prowl to turn and ask to see the fics and admit he was with the constructicons for a while before Springer was born.

Tarantulus goes on a long but safe tirade as to why Prowl should not be with them.

Springer is just…honestly happy that this feels like an actual family that feels the normalest its ever been and he’s happy First aid fits right in and makes everything better

this has been a wip for.... forever. but here’s more good springaid and Prowl+Springer moments.

Springer is hardly unintelligent, but it isn’t super difficult to lose all processing power when First Aid’s big bright visor is looking at him and his best friends are playing the worst wingmecha ever and egging him on. but a table of the size and density made to be used by people over 40′ tall is maybe a liiiittle bit too much for a youngling

fortunately the school medics are more than capable of handling a broken arm, and his pride bounces back quickly

it’s been awhile since Prowl adopted Springer, and he’s learned by now what Springer needs to hear, what he reacts to, and how to communicate to him. the life of a junker will really do a number on a kid’s self perception. and never let it be said that Prowl is opposed to a little harmless mischief, if it helps his kid ;)

For some more information, the story will follow the creations of Springer/First Aid, Ultra Magnus/Rodimus, Mirage/Hound plus others and different pairs and how after the war, they’ve rebuilt Cybertron in an era of peace.

In a happier AU, Rung survives to give much needed therapy to Springer and his many issues. Rung clears his schedule to unpack probably the worst case of mommy and daddy issues he’s come across. Part of Springer’s issues is how his carrier had managed to amass a harem that includes his sire, his stepsire, and the fucking constructicons.

Rung takes pity on this poor mech and points him in First Aid’s direction. If anyone understands, it’ll be the poor medic who thought Pharma was his sire only to find out it was actually the notorious Deadlock.

Springer and First Aid are able to talk about it and laugh at each other’s mess of a family. First Aid shares that he didn’t talk to Ratchet for a long time and by the time he did, Ratchet was carrying again and he’s not convinced they’re not having a do-over baby. Springer shares how he didn’t even know he was carried until Impactor got drunk and told him which gave him abandonment issues. (Rung would’ve tried to get Rodimus to talk to Springer but Rodimus is still very much in denial about being the creation of the prime and the mad scientist Decepticon)

First Aid and Springer become close friends, Springer providing much needed comfort when Aid’s younger sibling is born. Aid returns the favor when Springer’s grandpa Kup passes of old age.

At some point, First Aid asks Springer to be his amica but Springer rejects this, asking they be Conjunx instead.

I love everything about this & their parents owe them so much love & therapy oh my gosh….

I just know when Springer & First aid have a bitty after a VERY VERY LONG TIME…first aid does not let his creators know

They find out on accident when First aid and springer are leaving jazz & prowls house after a playdate with their grandcreators. Meaning jazz, prowl & tarantulas - they share prowl but only the two of them ( they also have an odd thing together jazz & tarantulas so really they’re a throuple )

Ratchet and drift see first aid holding this huge bitty that looks like springer and they just stare shocked.

Springer..uses his frame to block first aid from seeing them and carries his conjunx home.

They get a phone call from springer telling them not to contact his conjunx and let first aid reach out first.

They agree after awhile.

I’m sorry but them having a do over baby before trying to get their relationship with first aid together pissed me off lmao

Lil aid being being in the hangar a lot sometimes with 2 copters a green one and a very con colored one.

And vortex just going “Sup Locky~” as the both enter the ‘nurse’ wing. The most frequent customers of that section.

Springer flirts. A lot. it’s kind of a problem. First Aid doesn’t know how to handle it, and First Aid’s roommates are continually unimpressed. just because they’re room neighbors doesn’t mean Springer can keep coming over and bugging them.

First Aid thinks rough-and-tumble sad-backstory bad-boy Springer is far more impressive than he actually is, especially with Arcee and Hot Rod acting as his hype mecha. meanwhile Prowl is getting tired of seeing his own child in detention for trying to show off with a sick flip and accidentally nailing some poor bystander in the faceplates. it’s a true jock/nerd love story,,, with some twists

Reblogged before but AU in which everything is the same but while working long shifts First Aid passes the time by thinking about how hot it’d be to have Springer fucking him into the berth until he’s a screaming, sobbing mess on his umpteenth overload and working up to another.
