Recovering from hand surgery and reading great articles about our #diets and watching docs on the same. My philosophy is ,"eat close to the tree." The farther away my meal is from its original source the worse it is for me. Day 1 was not a challenge until around 3 o'clock. It took some will power not to grab a starburst from the staff room, but I made it.
