Luxury vehicles are definitely alive and well, and the new Range Rover SV Landsowne Edition is a perfect example of how slick modern cars can be. Officially unveiled on February 7, 2023, The new SUV is also the very definition of "luxury," with only 16 of these being built for UK clients, which featuring a unique specification by SV Bespoke that showcases the car's distinctive design.   As a way of celebrating Range Rover’s partnership with one of London’s most prestigious spots, the Lansdowne Edition also comes with a design thoroughly inspired by Mayfair’s historic and iconic architecture, featuring a sophisticated exclusive Lansdowne Grey Gloss exterior with a luxuriously trimmed bespoke Rosewood interior - "fancy" doesn't do it justice. The launch of the Lansdowne Edition also marks the opening of a new luxury boutique on Berkeley Street, Stratstone Land Rover Mayfair. Two more days

Many years ago, in the early 70′s, my Dad brought home a ‘brand new’ Range Rover. It was a horrible colour and looked like something out of a design studio. We both thought it would never catch on. Big tyres, big wheels, seats like sofas. It was a bit of a novelty as my Dad worked in Rover’s when British Leyland were in Rover Way, Cardiff.

Anyway, this week, I am picking up my new LR Discovery Sport, limited edition. 

I can't wait.

Hopefully put up some photographs next week.
