i was thinking of both of these at the same time, so now it’s pre timeskip luffy napping on the merry!! she loves her captain :3

luf’s too impatient to stand still for another picture, so this doodles the best i got! in my mind he’s not that much different from canon pre ts, just some differently proportioned clothes with a few extra details and some ethnicity hcs (🇧🇷+🇪🇬)
