Cosplayed Marie at a convention today and so many people recognized her and even asked for photos aaaaaah!! It's never happened to me that many times a day before! :D

#photos from my hotel room because the color scheme was blue lol #unedited though sorry about that #persona 4 #marie #persona 4 marie #marie persona #my stuff #my cosplay #someone stopped to talk about persona for while too :D #it's not visible but I've also never like #DONE so much for or to a cosplay #shortened the skirt and shirt. trimmed the shirt to fit better. added decorative stitches #colored the red stripes and made slits and holes for the uuuuh what're those called. ribbons #the tie is children's i sewed on extra fabric to hide the elastic band #made the belt buckle and THE ENTIRE BAG from scratch!! that's HUGE for me!!!#i also bought a wig but it arrived to late i didn't have time to finish styling it so this is just my hair. not even the right color #i tried to straighten it but 😩#you win some you lose some #ALSO i swear i was nice to the people who talked to me I'm only not smiling here to be in character

i need to start getting things for mine and king’s halloween costumes

#i’m gonna be van and he’s gonna be a wolf #my costume will be easy i just gotta get some cargo shorts or men’s jeans and a striped shirt and that’ll go with my yj letterman #and i’ll have to buy or borrow some makeup/face paint to draw on scars #but for the boy i need to actually make some stuff #bc for some reason it’s impossible to find wolf costumes for dogs #so i’m gonna buy components of a wolf costume for a human and then workshop them into being for a puppy #oh and then for my costume i also have a wig that’s more auburn than ginger but it’s close enough so i’m not buying a new one just for this

need to make Misaki Sakimiya cosplay

#her fit is shrimple really until you try to figure out her cardigan #like how am I supposed to do that? it's got ribbons of fabric at the bottom. is it knit? or fabric?#which version of the logo is correct? should I paint or iron it onto the jacket?#How should I create that chain that attaches to her choker/collar? where do I get a red collar?#what's the easiest way to make that little bow on her fuku?#should I buy red glasses just to cosplay her or just wear my glasses?#should I do the hair stripes (I have black hair though...) get a wig?#I know they made a real life version of the fit. I should have saved the pictures....

My 18th century girlie’s all done! I made her a shift, stockings (and garter ribbons), stays, half petticoat, pockets, full petticoat, stomacher, skirt, gown, necklace, and hat. It took a while but I think my hard work paid off! She’s quite a fetching little belle if i do say so myself
