Hux hasn't had time to review my request of disallowing the TIE pilots use of First Order ships for personal travel, but I may have solved the problem on my own.

I slapped some "Student Driver" stickers on the back of each ship.

Hopefully, people will assume their terrible parking is due to inexperience and not assholery and stop vandalizing our property.

Day #18 Drive

As someone who doesn’t have their license, I thought this was gonna be the funniest drawing ever… I mean even aliens have to learn too right?

I’m dogsitting my former pup this week in Utah and driving my teenage nephew’s car and didn’t notice until I was putting groceries in the trunk it has this sticker, which is so perfect for me; I rarely drive and I’m a terrible driver, so I left the sticker on. I’m going to buy one of these stickers for my next rental car, too.

Anyways, vent about driving

Why does learning how to drive have to be hell? I wish I could describe it in one word but it just makes me anxious to say the least.

Like I have to operate this vehicle which kills anything under it, or possibly inside it. Each time I go driving, I have these scary kind of intrusive/flashing thoughts where I run over someone, or I crash on this road outside my neighborhood. It keeps me awake at night (rn tbh)

Not to mention the social anxiety that resurfaces with it. I’ve been pretty good at keeping it at bay, but this is different. Before it’s just thoughts that people hate you, but now, they actually do hate you. Every time you glance at your rearview mirror, and see a too close because you’re going too slow, you can see the frustration and annoyance in the driver’s face. Not to mention how annoyed people are on the media. It makes me want to die, but I can’t really joke about that because it is completely possible.

And my dad is awesome, he really is a good guy. He doesn’t expect perfection from me, has explicitly stated he’s always proud of me despite anything, he is always ready to drive me to clubs, and willing to get me anything (reasonable) for clubs and friends. But he’s not perfect. He yells when he gets stressed, and having a kid drive you on narrow roads when she can’t keep a consistent speed is stressful. But his yelling stresses me out, leading me too more mistakes. It’s scary. Because he can’t control that, and I freeze up.

But guys: why does learning to drive have to suck this much?

I've been learning to drive for a little while now, and here are my suggestions to make the experience better!

more bike lanes.

no speed cameras halfway down a hill

more roundabouts

all roads are painted rainbow

loop de loops!!!

let's get some mariokart blue shells

cars can't be boring colors. also cars are less expensive and stealing them from a dealership is legal.

8-10 pm is BUMPER CAR TIME

all stop signs are triangles. and also neon pink.
