"Join me in this dance!" He exclaimed, voice filled with vigor
You can't help but feel your face split into a grin. The rush of a great battle, the roar of your name as the audience cheers for you, this is what it's all about!
At that moment, you suspected that you were actually enjoying the thrill of being deceived by the Elation.

Have we talked about the fact that Eddie now has a black and photograph of half dome above his bed??
Because that is a choice - to have a rock formation notoriously difficult to climb hanging above you - as you sleep or have sex with your girlfriend. And to show it to us for the first time in a conversation that sets off Eddies catholic guilt?!
The implication that there is this massive thing - this massive part of you lying dormant but still looming over you and waiting to be climbed - to be summited. That even though the path is a difficult one the view from the top will so be worth it?!
Yeah. I’m feeling a certain way about it thanks!!

Just a silly idea I had for a faux magazine ad featuring my Croaka Cola model. I had a lot of fun making it! It was very refreshing to throw pretty nonsense together without regard for realism.

Bookbinding (horror prop) of Shell and Bone by @polymathema, Apr 2024.
This horror fic is uncomfortable to read in some interesting ways. It's an unfinished work, and though it's not necessarily at a cliff-hanger, I thought it would be a neat choice to make the ficbinding look as thought it was a journal left unfinished for sinister reasons. It was a fun experiment to make and then deliberately ruin a book: this has been banged on the corners, had pages torn out, soaked in salt water (and let dry the messy way), and been stained with several colors of ink to make it look nasty but in a way that is unlikely to rub off on the other contents of my bookshelf. The initial book also includes some deliberate minor bookbinding sins, such as putting tape on the book.
Materials: Davey board, Verona rayon bookcloth, archival PVA, laser printed text on printer paper, cotton thread coated with beeswax, scrap printer paper, scrap yarn, paper tape, sharpie, PH Martin's waterproof india ink, Diamine Writer's Blood ink, and Herbin Rouge Grenat ink.

Kept forgetting to show pics, but this was what my sister and I did for my birthday cake this year.
A lovely Arthur's mother's sigil, and the dragon Balinor carved for Merlin. Super proud of how both these turned out, the dragon's head particularly has so much detail, my sister really did well with that one, especially the ears!!!
And the sigil. I still have it, I haven't eaten it, the fondant is still okay, I almost wanna cast it in resin or something because look at it!!!!!! It's as close to the sigil as you can get with some grey fondant XD
To top it off, we got blue fondant to cover the cake because, ohhh I don't know, reminded me of water, of a lake, just seemed fitting for a merthur cake ;)

I can imagine Mario and a few friends getting together, having a few drinks, and reading bad video game creepy pastas.
