Oh wow, I went on a rant here.. Long story short, I wanted to see Lena scream her lungs out too and throw shit around. I wanted to see more of the vampire boi but we all know where that went...

Oh, and epilogues are bad. I dunno how I got that far...

And I love all the “superpoor” memes. Period. 

My biggest problem is that everyone seemed to forget about Kara in episode 3. Lena hasn’t said a word, unless you count the quiet “me too” in this episode right after she told Brainy to ‘get it all out’. Did she get hers “out” off-screen? 

Lex walks away with everything way too easy, which after reading what other people had to say about the second episode, I have to agree this is very lazy writing. I do think Lena made the right decision leaving the company, and the “superpoor” memes are hilarious but I don’t think she’s a type of person to stay poor for very long.  With all this and the characters they have decided to focus on, new or old, I feel disconnected from most of them. I liked the vampire boi they introduced and this episode was just “oops, he dead”, which brings the question why did he have to be gay? I’m not saying it was a bad choice, I really enjoyed his story in the last episode but this one just pulled the rug under all possible ways his story could have continued. And a part of me is just screaming because we all know mainstream can only have so many gay characters, so getting what we actually want to see seems even further now.  Don’t even get me started on the Martians, I’ve enjoyed J’onn’s story and character since season 1 but this is not even close to what he was back then. Now both of them with M’gann just seem so irrelevant to everything, like they’re just there to fight the rogue phantoms and act as “heroes” without a subtext.  I’ve been binging Flash these past weeks and when he knew he was going to die, he made sure all his Flash fam had a place and purpose after he was gone. Where are these writers and storylines for Supergirl? Why does Supergirl have to be so horrible and cringey to watch? Instead of “hey let’s reset everyone’s personal growth back to square one” they could’ve gone further and developed the characters. I loved the first 3, maybe 4 seasons of Supergirl but after that it has felt like they just gave up. 

I’m not even going to explore all the strange plot holes and questions I’ve had, seems like the writers forgot the lore they had already established. I just hope the rest of the season gets someplace better. And I can’t wait to see how they address the whole supercorp issue, they know they have to. I just hope it’s not “kill your gays” situation. I don’t even really watch SPN but sending a man to literal hell after confessing their love to another man, just seems like a huge ‘fuck you’ to all their fans. 

All I’m asking from any writers of any show ever, please respect your fans and while you don’t have to do everything they ask, you can’t please everyone. But you can give satisfactory growth, achievement or even an open ending to a character’s arc that leaves the freedom for us fans to decide in our heads where we want that character to go after your show/book/movie saga ends. 

Gawd I hate epilogues set to 10-20 years to the future. That’s all. Now someone take away my keyboard.

I want to try and make it regular practice for me to talk to my tarot cards about my nightmares and see if listening to them & trying to find something to take from them vs just crumbling under the horribleness of it all can maybe help me cope & eventually stop having such extreme dreams? Maybe?

I had one a few days ago that had me shaking for a bit when I woke up. I was somebody else, and me & my superpoor family were involved in some kind of game or competition with other poor ppl that this really fucked up not human rich dude was hosting & judging. We were in a grocery store and I think..we’d get to keep all the groceries if he approved of what we chose. As much as we wanted to take, if we chose the right things. And I knew I had a sister who was very sick and the opportunity to get whatever groceries we wanted or needed was so precious to us.

But he was watching us so closely & every choice we made displeased him. He became more & more distorted & angry & inhuman with every move we made. I knew my family didnt understand that we had to pander to him, we had to play his game, that they’d just keep making him angrier & I made myself wake up in the middle of an effort to make him focus just on me bc he was about to snap watching my family have the gall to be human. I knew it wasn’t going to work, that he was about to actually kill my family with his actual hands in the middle of the store and I was like “ok I’ve had enough goodbye”.

My cards seem to think that my family represented my own resources & skills & potential, that the man is the threat of my own mistakes & fears and that I’m going to effectively kill myself if I don’t commit to taking chances & working hard or whatever the fuck. They said it a lot better than I can lol.

The YouTube tarot ladies keep telling me my weird dreams are my guides communicating with me. I just feel like there’s easier ways to say “believe in yourself :) Or Else”. I Disagree with the idea that I have to be thoroughly traumatized every night in order to learn lessons

Hi! I'm not sure whether I'm just dumb since I couldn't find any information or you don't have any idea yet, but... What would be the price of the glorious collar pins you've designed? I remember you mentioning it would be rather high? Or are they a kickstarter backers only offer? (I've never supported any kickstarter campains since I'm superpoor, but I've recently got some extra $$$ and I'm supercurious!!!). Thanks in advance and sorry if I'm a bother!

So with kickstarter, basically, if it funds, I’ll buy the minimum amount required to fulfill the kickstarter. That means you can get the pins (and if the kickstarter does really well, potentially extra free badges!) for the prices on kickstarter.

Should there be any left over, I cannot guarantee there will be at all, please do not count on it, they’ll go on my etsy, and yes, the price will be increased. Kickstarter backers get the best possible price because I know exactly what I need to order and backers have supported the project, so I think it’s only fair they get the best deal possible.Plus if enough people don’t back the kickstarter, the badges will never happen anyway!

So kickstarter is the best way to order this, there are RDC5 collection options, there are lots of different size packages to choose from and I always do what I can to bring you the best deal in the quickest way possible! 

Kickstarter can be a little confusing, there are so many options you have to weigh up. Take your time, but if you’re not sure, you can alter your backer tier until the 10th of September, and you’re not charged until then.

Basic vs Premium

You should see the (Basic) or (Premium) options by each tier. All of my stretch goal rewards will be grouped as either a Basic Reward or a Premium Reward, then people whose tiers only have Basic Stretch Access will get certain rewards, but not others, and then Premium Stretch Access grants you all the Basic stuff plus more.

Essentially, if you want the bloody enamel pins, you need to choose a backer tier with (Premium) next to it, otherwise you won’t get them if we get to the stretch goal.

So, yes, there is a lot to think about…

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me, I try to make things as simple as possible but yeah, it’s difficult to explain. I’m happy to explain it in lots of different ways just in case one is easier to understand. Particularly with the Stretch goal stuff I tried to simplify that from the last time as it caused some problems.

I know I’ve rambled on so I’ll keep this last bit short. I know you mentioned about the prices. I initially wanted them to be a little cheaper but it wasn’t workable. I did an awful lot of boring maths and I had to raise them a little from what I wanted. But I kept them down as much as possible.
