this was my first time trying out a comic and it took almost two weeks to finish but i had a fucking blast drawing and im extremely happy with how it turned out :)

It's hockey season again which means my brain is imagining an alisusan hockey au where Susan is the first girl player in the NHL until Ali gets called up and then reporters are like, "Omg rivalry??" and make stupid headlines.

And Susan's like, "Wtf?? We're not going to have a rivalry." and Ali feels the same until Susan gets some stupid penalty against Ali and then Ali's like, "Oh, it is on. Clearly she believes in this rivalry thing." while Susan is like, "Damn it, I do not want a rivalry-"

Anyways, they clearly do have a rivalry because bsf to lovers alisusan is great but so is enemies to lovers alisusan.

Honestly, my various ideas for this include:

Susan on a team with all the og cobras and they're all besties. Johnny, Tommy, and Dutch are the biggest alisusan rivalry fans while Bobby and Jimmy are like hey maybe not-

(Obviously Bobby and Jimmy are just as invested bc they are in support of women's rights and women's wrongs.)

Chozen and Daniel play with Ali. They're both alisusan rivalry haters and alisusan rivalry lovers. Daniel's like, "You should talk!!" but the minute Susan gets like a high sticking penalty against Ali he's like, "BEAT HER ASS ALI!!! BEAT HER ASS!!!" Chozen is like, "You know, fighting isn't always the answer." but is tapping his stick and yelling the minute Ali and Susan start fighting.

Kreese and Silver don't actually know what to think of the alisusan rivalry. Silver's like, "A rivalry will be good for the franchise." while Kreese is like, "No, she'll get distracted and ruin her career and-" "Remember our rivalry?" "We are not doing this ag-" "It was October of 1976-"

(Lucille is the GM of Ali's team and Miyagi is the head coach and Lucille is all for it while Miyagi is like hey don't do that.)

Susan's PIMs are off the chart by the time the All Star break comes around. So are Ali's, but Ali has way more instigating penalties than Susan does.

They actually share a room during the All Star break, because the organizers were like, "Guys surprise!! It's a room for the girlies!!!" and alisusan are like haha yeahhh. Cue the mutual death stares.

They actually start to get along because they both agree they hate the way the media treats them. Like hey, why is every interview question about you and not about how I scored that awesome shorty off of Lawrence's sick pass?? Or why did they ask me about your shorthanded shot off of Lawrence's pass when I literally scored two goals the other night unassisted??

They leave New Jersey (I did have to look up where this was hosted the year tkk came out) with a better understanding of one another and also each other's numbers

They also slowly start to fall in love after they better understand each other and are like, "I should tell her...right? Shit, wait, maybe not-"

The og cobras are totally cheering for Susan to tell Ali. They have seen Susan fight Ali and they have seen Susan look all in love while on the phone with her. They want them to get together.

Chozen and Daniel try to coach Ali through telling Susan. They're like, "Just ask her if she wants to meet up the next time we play them. Offer to get ice cream with her. No one hates ice cream."

Long story short they do meet up and tell each other and it goes well and yay they're in love!!

Also my favorite part is imagining the nicknames the teams would have for each other. I feel like Susan would just be abbreviated to Suze and Ali would either get called Ali or Milly.

Something I deeply appreciate is when Daniel and Susan are in fact two halves of a whole idiot. By which I mean like

Daniel, not too long after arriving in the valley, is struggling to figure out how to get closer to Ali and one day he sees Susan sitting in the library and despite the fact that he’s kind of terrified of her, he decides to go up and ask her about Ali

And Susan looks up from her magazine with the most bored expression to ever exist, but she does end up taking pity on him and reluctantly offers him some advice on dating and girls and the like. Except the thing about her advice is that she very clearly has not realized that she’s not actually into guys yet, and this colors a lot of what she tells him

But regardless Daniel finds himself so lost in all of this that he does keep coming back to talk to her about this stuff. And over time it’s like it stops being advice about girls and for some reason starts to sound a lot more like advice about boys, partly because Susan keeps trying to frame things from a supposed “female perspective;” and also, if she secretly has a specific guy in mind, well, Daniel doesn’t need to know that.

She’s all, “well you know how guys are, Daniel,” and Daniel’s like uhh?? I guess??? but clearly she’s not actually that concerned about his input

And like. Once again. This girl is not actually into boys. But she does not know this. And the result is the most absurd, useless, teenage, Tiger Beat ass dating advice that has ever existed. And you have to understand, Susan thinks she is being SO helpful. She thinks she is genuinely doing Daniel a huge solid here. She’s practically a saint. He’d be totally lost without her

And the entire time Daniel is thinking that none of this really sounds right, but also what does he know, he hasn’t dated any guys. Susan obviously knows about this sort of thing. He should just listen to Susan

if this is daniel i REFUSE to answer this ask about my aus...but anyways - so when the cobras, ali, susan and barbara are 16, they all pitch in and buy this old, rundown cabin by a lake for real cheap. the plan was to fix it up and have summer trips as a group once they all graduated - after ali and johnny split up and their friend group with it, they all kind of forgot about it. it wasn't like they spent that much on the piece of junk, no big deal - fast forward a couple years though: it's summer after highschool, and after YEARS of pining, susan has tentatively entered a relationship with her best friend ali mills!! woohoo!! only ali still isn't sure of her identity, and neither of them have gotten the courage to put ANY kind of label on whatever they have. ali's going off to UCLA soon, and susan's getting anxious about them not figuring things out before then. - she then gets a great idea. what if the two of them spend a romantic weekend together at the lake, and while theyre there susan can actually start the "what are we" talk and maybe, if all goes well, bring up the idea of them being roommates in college, so they don't have to do the long distance thing. suze could apply for spring semester at UCLA, even. all ali would have to do was say yes. the weeekend was gonna be perfect. - except for the fact that johnny lawrence and daniel larusso seemed to have a similar idea. - after making out at prom, johnny and daniel spent a couple weeks dancing around eachother before finally (finally!) admitting to having real feelings for eachother. they'd been dating for a couple months, and johnny's kind of been stressing over how to tell the rest of the cobras that they aren't just really close friends now - and thats when he gets a GREAT IDEA. bobby's his best friend, and he's always kind of been the mom of the group. if he tells him about daniel first, surely it'll make telling tommy, jimmy and dutch way easier afterwards. so he plans for him, daniel and bobby to take a trip up to the old cabin for a couple days. that way, he and daniel can break the news to him then, AND it'll get him more used to the idea of seeing them together. foolproof. - what are the odds of both alisusan and lawrusso ending up at the same unused cabin on the same weekend? turns out, high enough. love that for them!

Like if you're on a hockey team, you get a nickname, that's just how it is so obviously I have to write out every nickname I think people would have (lighthearted).

Susan: Suze, Suzanne (elongated by Tommy and Dutch to be annoying)

Ali: Mills, Milly, Miller

Johnny: Johnny boy, Jumbo (coined by Dutch), JL

Bobby: Brownie (every man in hockey with the last name Brown gets the nickname Brownie and I'm not kidding), Bobert, Bob

Tommy: Tambourine (coined by Dutch), Tommer, Thomas (Susan says this to him whenever he calls her Suzanne)

Dutch: The Flying Dutchman, Ditch (both coined bc Dutch will not pay the check at dinner), Dutchy

Jimmy: Jimbo, Jimothy

Daniel: Danny, LaRusso, Newark (Johnny chirps him with this)

Chozen: Choze, Toger, T

Tbh I imagine that Susan and the og Cobras use nicknames a lot whereas Ali, Daniel, and Chozen primarily call each other by their first names

TKk x Mean Girls cross over

Susan and Janis talk about girls together and Janis and Damian become friends with Ali’s group.

Daniel, Janis, Damian and Cady are friends and constantly talk about the popular kids in a mostly derogatory or rude sense.

the cobra’s are cool with Gretchen and Karen but they like Regina and Johnny more.

Regina and Johnny are the queens of the school, of course. Everybody hates them but also cannot help the fact that they are stunning.

Lmao. I think Tommy and Karen would get along. He’s always being goofy and she’s ditsy—Which sometimes comes across as the same thing.

Jimmy and Gretchen both say weird nonsense all the time but Gretchen talks a lot more.

Regina and Johnny are different in the way her home life is spoiled and rich, his is abusive and rich. She doesn’t have much sympathy since she’s never had really…any bad experiences besides Cady showing up. Johnny literally didn’t care about Cady at all besides empathetic annoyance for Regina who complains about her and Janice and joins in to make her less irritated.

Sometimes he thinks she likes girls just like how she accuses Janice—though he only tells the Cobras about that theory.

Daniel and Janice talk a lot of shit while convincing themselves that they aren’t talking shit.

This fandom in general is not only jikookphobic, it is also Jiminphobic and Jungkookphobic too.

Oh honey you have to realize one more important point, pretty sure Fandom, atleast many in fandom, is NOT jungkookphobic. But Jiminphobic. Many either blatantly or secretly HATE jimin. They cannot bear anything good happening to him. If it was jungkookphobic then we won't see people having no problem in announcing Tkk couple or praise namkook as much as they want - the great crush story.

Just look at patterns :

1. Jimin in 2018 sets a record for highest viewed fancam ever, trended fancam for days, purely based on his talent and dancing. 1st fancam to start this fancam streaming culture. Next year onwards bitter stans began mass streaming their favs fancam, buy ads etc to increase views. We have a literal example of an ex Jimin anti saying she viewed Jimin as an enemy because he stands out too much in group and his bond with JK. He's the member who brings most fans to Fandom/ go viral among locals but nope it's X and Y member who's popular.

2. Jimin is knows for his dancing skills even outside the Fandom, rest Fandoms praise him for dancing. But ARMYs can't stand that. For one Jhope is a terrific performer. But when someone is talking about Jimin's dancing they immediately bring Jhope to pull down Jimin, saying Jimin told hobi is best dancer. Like susan what do you expect Jimin to say ??? 'Yes I'm the best dancer of the group' ??? So you can call him rude ?? Go through their recent performance videos you will rarely see a comment praising Jimin's dancing and if anyone say something next moment they are corrected by - but hobi... the recent MMA plaque dancer award for Jimin is latest example on how this Fandom hate when Jimin is recognized for his dancing is.

3. Jimin without any vocal training from company debuted as the Lead vocalist of BTS and share 2nd most lines after JK until recently. Again take a performance video or lyrical video you will see people PRAISING rest 3 vocalists. Everyone happy until someone praise about Jimin's vocals. Suddenly it's too high pitched to them, too much autotune, too many lines for him, they prefer Tae's vocals, Jin should have that lines etc. Now tae won a vocal award in MMA Everyone happy, no questions but imagine Jimin winning it ???

4. Jimin being so fucking close with Jungkook and possibly having romantic relationship with him. One of the major source for Jimin hate - 'The great Jikook' lol. No way Jimin, out of all members, can have jungkook, no way their bond is pure, it's all fanservice, why would JK select Jimin when Tae exist, if JK is in relationship with any band member its Tae. No one calls out anyone who's praising namkook's crush but good God mention GCFT is for Jimin you 'disrespected' JK's work. Everyone and their mommas happy when it's Tae paired with JK but can't stand Jimin existing in same place with JK.

5. All members interact with fans, all of them do this lil flirty FS thing, all of them smile at them and talk sweetly. But rest members doing it is so sweet and nice while Jimin, Godforbid, smile politely at someone he's a FLIRT. He maybe just existing simply still he's portrayed as a flirt, pervert and womanizer in edits and comments and it became normalized to the point uts acceptable to call Jimin any names. No way he's polite and welcoming to someone right, everything he do is with a ill intention that is to flirt with them like the fuckboy he is. The only point everyone in fandom come together is to call him flirt or to say he's making men gay because of 'Jimin effect'

6. Jimin not being so masculine according to societies standards. And i have SEEN many hate him for that. Hate him for being queer, embracing his femininity saying how he's not manly enough for them to like him. I've even seen many saying stylists are purposefully putting him in those outfits and makeup for queer coding, it's his persona given by bh, hes making other boys gay or making them uncomfortable by his gay behavior and that's friend what is homophobia. Rest fandoms openly being homophobic and transphobic to him and treating him like a slut of the group. I/we have SEEN it.

7. Jimin being always portrayed as the weaker one in group. For this they exaggerate other members physical and mental strength as if it's a competition. One, Many conveniently forgets he's blackbelt in taekwondo, have years of practice in kendo and other marital arts. You can see them eliminating him from kpop idols with a blackbelt but insert JK who doesn't have a black belt, Because it's JK who's more bulked up and masculine than Jimin isn't it. Two, he's still the ome insecure in his body and visuals who needs validation from others. He used to have some insecurity I agree but so did rest members and they have spoken multiple times about it. But only Jimin is considered insecure, who still starve everyday to look good while all he's doing is working out and maintaining a diet like most celebs in entertainment field and like rest of boys. He is mentally strong af to withstand all the hate he's getting. Jimin is past that insecure stage but Fandom is not.

8. Criminal underestimatation of him as an artist. I've literally seen discussions on reddit on what Jimin will do when BTS starts a solo career. He is so versatile and can carry himself well but nope that's what make us jealous so we will question his survival in industry. He's not doing several other variety projects like rest boys at present, because HE CHOSE NOT TO but nope it's because Jimin is useless apart from group and can't survive in this industry on his own. Jimin tops brand reputation every fucking months- and it's rigged. Jimin's insta followers - bought, jimin broke record of most iTunes #1 - irrelevant. Like every achievement of him as an artist is underestimated.

So yep, MANY MANY in this Fandom hate Jimin or is just including him for this ot7 love all members kumbaya but when in reality hate him and thinks he's unworthy of praising for his talents, Jungkook, his stans and other good things.

It really really hurt when that producer wrote 2 days before - how much he (JM) loves bts army because in return he's getting jealousy of many bitches here. But hey atleast he has many people who genuinely loves him right 😪🤞 who doesn't care if he feed the shippers or not, is gay/straight, is beautiful or not, is giving them content every two days or not.

It's probably my imagination but the 'oh honey' at the beginning of your ask sounded condescending.

While I agree with several of the things you mention in this ask, I disagree with you when you say that this fandom isn't jungkookphobic as well. Because it is. Maybe it's different from how they react about Jimin but this fandom in general, on an individual level doesn't like Jungkook very much because they are envious of him, because they think he doesn't deserve everything he has, what he gets and the praise he gets.

I was not referring to Jungkook with another member, I am talking about Jungkook only. The individual. The Solo artist.

For the above, I reiterate what I said, this fandom is Jungkookphobic too.
