I'm just passing by to say that I love you 🥺👍💜
I'm on AO3 and I just found another of your works. I like your aus a lot, I can't get enough tbh!
I don't like to check profiles bc I know I'll read every fic I find there so I get happy when I see your username while I'm looking through the pages haha
Wish you a wonderful week, Sammie! Thank you for sharing your works! 🥰💛💛
Awww, this was really sweet to find, thank you so much for sending me this. My weekend ended pretty badly so seeing this helped to cheer me up a bit. It makes me so happy to know you like and knowing others enjoy them makes it worth it to share them.
You're so welcome and your art is very lovely, I always enjoy seeing you post.
Thank you again and I hope your week is wonderful too!

at the funeral my 85 year old great-aunt asked to see a photo of my cat, and so I said “sure” and showed her this, and she just said “oh”, visibly struggled to follow that up with anything, and then walked away.

part of my nimona viewing experience. idk why but i got super emotional in the first five minutes.

[ID: A comic juxtaposing screenshots from Nimona 2023 and drawings of a person watching the movie. The first screenshot is Ambrosius's introduction; he grins at the camera as the news anchors introduce him, his name in big print on the screen. The person watching thinks with a bored expression, "Ah. Ok. This guy is gonna be the jackass. Typical golden-boy stuck-up prince that thinks he's better than the underdog. I see where this is going.
The next screenshot is of Ambrosius and Ballister on the platform above the arena, Ambrosius doing his news anchor bit and saying, "Aaand will Ballister be broody on the biggest day of his life?" Ballister laughs at his antics. The person watching now has a small smile, as they think, "Huh! Aw, they're actually nice to each other and are friends! I wasn't expecting that, that's nice-"
The third and final screenshot is a shot from behind of Ballister leaning his head on Ambrosius's shoulder. The caption reads "the knighting ceremony is just moments away." The person watching now has a touched, soft expression, like they're holding back tears. They think "OH." as a partially transparent doodle behind them bends over crying and blubbering, with another doodle showing their heart shot through with an arrow. /end ID]

why aren't there more mysteries that take place in nursing homes & retirement communities. i want to watch a group of deranged retirees-cum-amateur-detectives combine their powers of:
decades of life experience
boredom-fueled busybody shamelessness
access to the most gossipy next-door-neighbors in existence
"I am too old to be arrested and/or give a shit" attitude
and solve crimes. this should be an enormous subgenre.
