My state has issued out multiple alerts due to the ongoing storm; yesterday the entire state was under red alert, and we have over 130 counties underwater as of right now.

My city has also closed the river's safety gates, due to the risk of it flooding the town. And they have issued a warning of a dam that is in risk of rupture to all nearby towns.

I thank God, though my street has also flooded, that it has not come anywhere near the house.
