I ended up using three generous tablespoons of curry paste. The dish turned out very flavorful and delicious, but a little bit too spicy for me. But that’s what rice is for lol. I suspect I’ll make this pretty frequently, and next time I’ll do a more strict three tablespoons and I think it’ll be perfect. I’m so excited by how flavorful this is! I think the lesson I learned is that Thai kitchen brand curry paste just isn’t that good lol. I think using maesri this time really helped.

I've been having to go into the office lately (I typically work from home) and have been rewarding myself with little treats when I get off as a coping mechanism. 🤭

A few months ago, I commented on someone's video about celiac safety preferences that I sometimes eat Lucky Charms and Cheerios even though they optically sort their oats, a controversial method for ensuring that grains are gluten free. A random person left a comment that basically boiled down to "Since gluten exposure increases cancer risk for celiacs, you are basically asking to get cancer, idiot."
I didn't answer, because they were obviously upset and I didn't think we were going to have a conversation either of us felt good about. But I just remembered it recently and I'm like........lots of things increase your cancer risk. Unless you're going to yell at me for occasionally eating a hot dog (meat cured with nitrates also slightly increases colorectal cancer risk) or sometimes going outside without sunscreen on, it's silly to chastise me for occasionally eating a food that the FDA allows General Mills to label as gluten free. I can't imagine how this person would talk to a smoker.

i hope dex and troy keep running into each other in everyday life in stilwater forever. grocery shopping and they make eye contact across the aisle. pull up at the same stoplight together. dex going for a run in the park while troy’s out walking his dog. like it never ends. they’re so mad.

Think Chippy being a food shop you don't sit down at is a regional thing. Am from The South and a Chippy is what you initially thought, a Fish and Chip Shop Specifically.
It could be, I was much further up North. In any case I was pretty confused at first, but figured it out eventually.
WAIT hangon, I just thought of something, genuine question,
