Living on the edge (or outside!) of your comfort zone, is not always easy. This cliff walk in Vancouver last year, made me think of how we sometimes need to trust ourselves, and the environment around us, and head in the direction we want to go or explore. Even though it may be frightening the first (or second, third, and even fourth time around). Move forward in a way that is just outside of your comfort zone. Hold on to the excitement and fear, and remember everyone has different levels of comfort; move at your own pace, but always try to move forward. The Simple Things

I like breakfast foods at all times of the day. Forehead kisses are my favorite. Fuzzy socks (especially holiday themed) make me smile. All things water bring me delight. Reading books is a (rare) pleasure of mine. Hiking and beautiful views really feed my soul. Animals make my day. All in all, there are a lot of things that really light up my world, but its the simplest of those that bring the most joy.
