Every year I look forward to @tangssg’s Christmas verse. It is an annual highlight to see them spotlight some precious words from Scripture and a reminder that we are so blessed to enjoy freedom of religion and worship. “Honor one another above yourselves” though is a pale reflection of the original Romans 12:10 which states “Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor”. Perhaps folks were too eager to get the word “honor” as the main verb in there. Nonetheless, a good word for the season.
