just like any other 13 year old in 2012, i think both shou and ritsu would enjoy the sonic franchise. ritsu's favourite character would be shadow, not because "haha, they're both edgy" but because he'd genuinely find his character to be emotionally compelling. and shadow is fucking sick, have you seen him?! shou's favourite character would be sonic; it would be funny if he styled his hair to be spiky because of it. ritsu would be more into the stories of the games, whilst shou enjoys the gameplay. they both fight over who's better: sonic or shadow. one time they asked mob to settle the debate, and mob concluded that knuckles was better because he has muscles. they never brought up the debate ever again

Watching Bob’s Burgers and of course my mind is trying to think of how these character dynamics can be transferred but it’s somehow devolved into:

A Vulcan being in charge of an area (I don’t think landlords would exist in the future, not a good one at at least) but not really stopping by too often, somehow finding out that there’s rumors that the Vulcan is a cannibalistic serial killer, so they head to the area to find out what’s going on

And it turns out one Human is purposely spreading rumors like that because they don’t think “the boss” (the Vulcan) actually exists, because another person in the area has been making up orders the Vulcan supposedly made, real controlling stuff because they just suck as a neighbor, while also really mangling the Vulcan’s name so it doesn’t even sound like any actual name in existence

And the Human’s like “Fake name, fake orders, gotta be a fake person”, so the rumors are just to mess with that annoying neighbor, they have no idea it’s an actual person’s reputation that they’re messing with and that that person is in front of them

(So I didn’t quite get the dynamic I wanted but it’s still really funny to imagine this Human telling the Vulcan all the messed up rumors they made up, completely unaware the person they were lying about is in front of them)

Scout- Squirrel. Adhd incarnate

Soldier- Turkey. Not the brightest but a true patriot you probably don't wanna fight

Pyro- Chrysomallon squamiferum. Likes heat

Engie- Border collie. High social and practical intelligence, goofy guy, would thrive on a farm

Heavy- Bear.

Demo- Throwback pomeranian. Very social and Needs To Work

Spy- Barn owl. Silent assassin not uncommon around people

Medic- Rat. Silly little guy who's actually really smart and has scientific connotations

Sniper- Cat. Very good at killing and also Autistic

Miss Pauling- Mouse. She just has mouse vibes and I can't think of a better fit

The Administrator- Orca. If you know you know

Saxton Hale- Honey badger. Fucking dangerous
