#i've been having THE hardest fucking time. getting angry at things i Know Don't Make Me Mad.#and i finally got fed up about it and i found this article and god. oh my god. it just made everything click into place.#like i've realized.... so so much tonight about where my anger is coming from and what it's trying to do.#and it's just. such a RELIEF? and also kind of humiliating but i think that's just par for the course LMAO.#anyway i think it's a really good article that helped me understand my anger wasn't about the target. CERTAINLY wasn't the target's FAULT.#and that even though a lot of the actions i've taken are my responsibility and i have to own up and do better... HAVING these feelings #isn't my fault either.
