I hate to break it to the fandom but Spider is already accepted as one of the Ometikiya long before his official adoption. He is a part of the community. He has a songcord. He is cared about. He doesn't need to be accepted by the community in order to have value he already does. Also, on Jake's songcord he was already unofficially adopted long before the events of canon. Just because Neytiri cannot and will not see it[until Eywa's interference or earlier] does not mean he holds no weight or isn't valued.

Hello everyone, sorry if I’m inconsistent, but I decided to make this the place where I post arts drawn by amazing artists and share headcanons and ideas for my first ever AU, ‘The Girl and The Wolves’!💖🐺
It’s about TTTE Characters as wolves, adopting a human girl, named Faylen, and she lives among the immortal wolves!👀
It would be great if you ask questions as I have so much to share, and I’ve been building this AU for years!😆😆😆

tarzan is, imo, a pretty good example of how when it comes to fictional characters falling in love it doesn't matter how long it takes, whether it's over a few days or a few years or even just a single meeting, as long as you manage to make it well-written and believable. you could say it's ridiculous that tarzan falls in love at first sight with the literal first human being he's ever seen and that jane is in love enough with a man who was raised by gorillas to impulsively leave england forever to be with him, but i do not care because they get along with each other incredibly well and make an effort to learn about each other and understand each other's worlds and are just adorable together. i can tell exactly why they like each other and by the end of the movie i'm sold on the idea that they're meant to be together. and jane is also portrayed strongly enough as someone who's very adventurous and feels at home in the jungle that i can believe she'd enjoy living there, much more than i could believe tarzan would've enjoyed living in england.

A factaluly non-factual fact
GAME THEORY! Remember Tarzan's parents? And Elsa and ginger Elsa's parents? They're the same p- SIKE THEY'RE NOT, YA STUMPY DUMMY!
If you're one of those people who believed Tarzan's beautifully designed life-givers look anything like the two background characters I swear to have seen in a 2000s Barbie movie once, I doubt you can see the difference between the stranger greeting you in the mirror ever morning and whoever vaguely shares their skin colour!
Brown hair isn't red hair, blond hair isn't brown hair, and sailing on a boat is not a DNA test! I know this, I've tried!
Feel bad forever and have a good day!

Tarzan 🤝 Spider: Not accepted by their adopted parents until they prove themselves to them. Since them being human was all they saw.
Kerchek and Neytiri- The boy isn't one of us, he's human.

One of my favorite things about the Tarzan show is the fact they gave Clayton a sister, Lady Waltham, who wants to avenge him. The plot of the episode may be cliché sure ("GEE A FAMILY MEMBER WE NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE WHO WANTS THEIR REVENGE HOW CONVENIENT") but it is executed well with how she was blinded with rage and hatred but she was good deep down since once she opened her eyes about Tarzan and then Clayton too she reformed, which is a change and not a second Zira (I love Zira I just mean it's good not all Disney secondary villain from sequel movies and shows are like that lol)
But I love even more what it implies
She and Clayton apparently were very close and if we are to believe that picture in which they both are dressed Safari style and how she can use a gun, it means they would travel and hunt together, meaning his death left her all alone. And even if she doesn't look or sound young (I'd say middle aged), she still has no grey hair nor wrinkle unlike him suggesting Clayton could have been the eldest. Which means, if he is the eldest, he was perhaps the one to drag her along with him and teach her to like those things and to hunt. And she saw her brother in a good light and thus Tarzan in a bad light for "killing him"
Which means that someone as ruthless, vile, cheating, greedy, treacherous, violent and villainous as Clayton actually LOVED someone enough for this person to believe he was good because he would be genuinely good to this person only and this person would only know this side of him and thus be enraged and sorrowful once his karma hit. And this person is Lady Waltham
Clayton, a classic Disney villain who had no problem in killing and betraying, was a good big brother to his sister he possibly was a role model for and loved her enough to include her in his hobbies especially back in a day when hunting was seen as a man's sport but he didn't give a shit and wanted his little sister to have fun with him anyway and even if she got (probably, since she has the title Lady and a different last name) married off she still didn't leave the Claytons' life and they still did things together that is until he got hired by the Porters and his death would leave her sad, angry and confused because who besides this Tarzan she heard about would be evil enough to gratuitously kill such a wonderful man to her POV ?
I am so fucking weak for bastards who actually are genuinely good to one person they care about
*EDIT*
Ok my memory was shit she used a blowpipe for her dart and not a gun. So either she never hunted before or that was her own way to so, since weaker and less agile than Clayton she had to make sure the animal would die fast and be discrete beforehand ?
