i will always love spn not only because i like the show but because as someone who enjoys fandom & transformative fiction, it is THE foundation for modern fandom. it’s a pillar of the fandom experience. this show lead to the creation of ao3 and the entire omegaverse. simply from a historical perspective it holds so much weight & value and u gotta take some joy out of being a part of that.

Dean grins, pearly canines contrasting the blackness in his eyes. "Yeah, I stink real bad, don't I?" Black smoke swirls around them as he presses in close, wrapping one arm around Castiel's waist. "But you don't hate it, though. Do you, Cas?" Castiel's grace flickers blue with fury, gripping the flesh of Dean's arm, and then his wrist when Dean reaches to touch his cheek. The demon feigns a rejected pout, strawberry pink and plump, and it demands all of Castiel's willpower to keep his glare leveled. No words escape him. Not even when Dean leans close, ghosting his breath over Castiel's bare teeth. "Tell me, Cas," Dean murmurs, coaxing out a growl from the angel's throat. Castiel shuts his eyes, unable to stop himself from scenting it --- "Tell me how much you really love it." --- the whisper of a long-lost soul: so beautifully enriched with fresh forests and breezy winds from the sea.
