I also feel like I have more lore for my followers than these two smh, I got a priest disciple bat that gives dad energy that is friend with EVERYONE in the cult (except Aym lmao) and he has a biological daughter and son that were born in the cult, THE DAMN GIRL ASKED ME TO RESCUE HER "sister" FROM DARK WOOD AND LATER THE ADOPTED SISTER WENT "oh save my brother" and just because I'm petty I turned him into those foxes with long ass ears lol (there is also their uncle Wich the bat dad asked me to rescue)

The damn bio son asked me to murder the poor fox JUST after indoctrinating him lmao, bro was salty at not being the younger brother

My Favorite Cotl Build

I've recently discovered my favorite run build for Cult of the Lamb.

Bane sword

Strike of the crown

Blessed Clauneck's Hair (or whichever Clauneck's Hair tbh)

And kinda an optional, but Golden Fleece cause it's awesome. (Honestly, as long as it's not Fleece of the Fates, it's fine)

So yeah.

What if Luz end up not in boiling islands but in lands of old faith. She end up in the middle fight between Lambert and cultist.

“Oh my god, this place is so cool!”

“I’m glad you like it.” The Lamb chuckled. The Red Crown pulsed on their head, but they ignored it. The creature following behind them was strange, something unseen in this world, but young. She had introduced herself as Luz Noceda and looked around with clear wonder.

The Lamb hadn’t expected her.

In the middle of a battle, no less. 

But the girl had been a good distraction. While the heretics had been distracted, the Lamb had slaughtered them. Much like others who they had found, the girl had been frightened. Wary. But as they escorted her back to the compound, she had unfurled on her own.

She came from a world without the Old Faith. A world without magic, yes, but still. Interesting.

The Red Crown hummed in agreement.

“Here,” They stopped in front of a small tent, near their own. The Lamb had set it up for Ratau when the old rat came to visit, but it also provided shelter for traders who were interested. “I’ll see if I can get someone to get you food and new clothes.” The poor girl’s clothing was torn and ragged from her fall through worlds.

“Thanks, Lamb!” Luz said, her voice bright. It reminded them of a voice from the past, promising joy and laughter. “I’m not sure how I can thank you.”

The Lamb chuckled. “Helping out here and there will be enough,” they said. “We all must support each other out here. The world is dangerous, and you cannot stand alone.”

Luz nodded, her eyes gleaming. Good. So she could learn.

The Red Crown thrummed in delight.

Looking forward to seeing what Shadows Over Loathing (I forgot that it's way easier to edit posts here unlike other places-) is like since I really enjoyed playing through its predecessor, West of Loathing. With Red Dead Redemption 2, maybe I'll finally acknowledge the Micah quest since I don't want that being active when my birthday gets here, and then with Cult of the Lamb, approaching end game, so might just be tidying up our cult as we head towards the final boss.

Thinking about the warrior cat/cult of the lamb inspired rp group (probably small, might do a beta and then open it up for people I'm chill with).

As I'm typing this it's getting long for mobile so I'll explain under the cut

You have the main colony, the players are apart of this colony and will be able to have 2 or 3 (haven't decided yet) character slots. It is required to at least have one fully trained colony member.

The premise-ish is that long ago, there were 5 deities instead of 1. These being an Elk, a Hawk, a Turtle, a Rat, and a Fox.

Taking from tCotL these each represent the aspects of See no Evil (hawk), Hear no Evil (turtle), Speak no Evil (rat), Think no Evil (elk), and Do no Evil (fox).

They have other things they represent, attributes they can bestow to mortals.

The important thing about these creatures is that the Fox managed to trick most of the advanced creatures that it was the most powerful and true deity as it watched over the afterlife and guided souls. And they listened.

So, the other deities were nearly forgotten aside from a small portion of their old cults. They are now corrupted and horrible beasts.

Anyways

The players can have 1 character born with a blessing. Other blessings may be received in time.

As for how it's run, I was thinking it's almost like a text adventure? Like, have major NPCs with a schedule that players can seek out to interact with, and minor NPCs can just be asked for. Or they can explore and roll a die to see what they encounter!!!

Basically, I was thinking of doing it on a weekly timeline. I drop the schedules, and players pick what they want to do for that in-game week. But they all will also have responsibilities to keep in mind! Which means they each have their own schedules to work around!

Either way, at the end of an RP, you roll (with additional negatives or positives depending on the interaction) to determine the overall experience! (I.e. even if the rp went badly, if you roll well, the other feline will think you just had a bad day)

I'll probably make it so that players can opt out of RP, which then they roll flat, no additions.

Before I talk too much and overly spoil more than I have lore wise, I will vanish.
