Transformers: Prime Decepticons - Hands

So, I was looking at hands, as one does when they’re bored, and I noticed a few things:

Every single ‘Con has claws, except Soundwave and Breakdown.

Megatron, Starscream, Shockwave, Dreadwing, Skyquake, Knockout, and Airachnid have 5 fingers.

Soundwave, Breakdown, Insecticons, Predaking, Darksteel, and Skylynx have 4 fingers.

Vehicons only have 3 fingers.

Predacon claws are flawless in form and aesthetic.

While I know Soundwave has spindly fingers for practical reasons, it’s the perfect symbolic representation of how he declawed himself for the sake of the Cause, giving up much of his power to follow Megatron.

Kudos to the character designers for crafting each Decepticon’s hands to match their function:

Megatron, Dreadwing, Skyquake: Sharp and wide for various combat situations

Soundwave: Thin and straight for work with computers and tech

Starscream: Light and “bony,” perfect for a flight frame

Shockwave, Knockout, and Airachnid: Sharp and delicate for scientific and/or medical work

Breakdown: Wide and blunt for brute force attacks

Vehicons: Useless

Insecticons: Wide and curved for digging and slashing

Predacons: Sharp with additional armor plating for evisceration (help I love this word so much)

The Autobots could only dream of having hands this masterfully crafted ✨

This is Skittle. The only two differences between him and like, any other insecticon design is that he has actual beetle eyes and he’s also fat.

He crash landed into marijuana plants and found himself rolling in it like catnip, and his eyeballs fucking blew up and shattered his visors.

I have a list of non fatal accidents he’s been in (I’m only gonna list four cause I wanna go deeper into this later) that sound like something out of a rubber hose cartoon that led him to be as dumb as he is today and it’s horribly tragic 😔 (I don’t mean that he’s my funny little dude l torture, he has no angst 💪)

1: dude decided the Nemesis’s thrusters were a cool place to sleep and got toasted

2: A Ferris wheel came off its hinges and squashed his head whilst he attempted to fight a car that honked at him

3: while rummaging through trash behind a building in the winter an icicle fell off the roof and impaled his eye

4: got shot out of the sky by some hillbilly with a firework on the Fourth of July

[A/n: i like the G1 designs and voices, but i like the hivemind concept and neutral kind of role they play in tfp, so this is a combo of both.

Yall met when one was curious and tried talking to you. You tried to mimic his weird beetle noises, then you got to know the hive and befriend them, then one thing led to another and boom.

You are now the Beetle Queen.

They all love you dearly

In fact, they barely let you get up at all, they want you to rest, even if you're perfectly healthy.

They don't really have proper mouths in their alt modes so they just nuzzle you to simulate a kiss.

They don't really grasp the concept of the human economy so they just randomly bring things they think you'll like. Whether it be an outfit, a plushie, an instrument, pretty much anything unless it is deemed unsafe.

They treat you like the Queen you are.

And since they're a hivemind, if you tell one of them something, the rest of them now know as well

You say something about liking worms on a string to Kickback? The hive brings you a whole box of em they got from a nearby Amazon warehouse.

You ramble about a hyperfixation of yours to Shrapnel? Cool! Everyone else knows now too.

You tell Chopshop about something thats been bothering you? They all know.

They feed you your favorite snacks, even if you aren't hungry they'll bring you something.

The Insecticons are very territorial over you.

Both Autobots and Decepticons are sent aggressive warnings and clicks if they come too close.

If they don't heed those warnings or try to get near without asking you for permission first... oh boy. Lets just say, thats one less Cybertronian fighting in the war.

If you do authorize them coming close, then they back off, but their guards are still up. For good reason too.

If you wanna go for a walk, then at least one of them is following to make sure you're safe.

They think you're the most gorgeous thing in the galaxy.

They treat you like glass due to how small you are compared to them.

Nicknames include; Our Queen, Our Spark, Sweetspark, Ladybug, and Snugglebug.

The Insecticons pick you up by their mandibles in their alt modes, otherwise, you're carried like a baby.

They fly you anywhere you wanna go. But sometimes they just go ahead and fly you somewhere. Kinda like a date.

Your birthday is a big thing for them.

Its is today that you, their Queen, came into existence, how can they not be excited?!

Ofc yall celebrate their birthdays too, but they want yours to be big. Even if you get flustered or feel bad that you can't throw a party as big for them as well.

Big snuggle piles.

One of them rolls on his back and puts soft things on its stomach, another puts you on said soft things and tucks you in, then literally every single one of them joins you.

They're everywhere, next to you, above you, at your feet, on your torso, everywhere. They are careful not to squish you though.

Grab headphones for late May and early June. You'll need it.

These bitches do mating calls all the way until 3 in the damn morning 🤣

Its literally the song of their people. I'm not even saying that as a joke (not intentionally at least Lmao).

For them its one big Cybertronian love sonnet.

You don't have the heart to tell them that you just hear a cacophony of noise.

In Autumn, the amount of snacks they bring you increase by... quite a bit. Even if you're not hungry.

Explain Halloween to them, they'll love it. They don't get why Trick or Treat-ing is a thing but they like seeing you skipping around in your costume.

Thanksgiving is fun with them if you celebrate it. Say you're thankful for them, they will absolutely melt.

In the winter though, they all snuggle close to you and vibrate in an attempt to keep you warm underneath all the blankets they covered you with.

Remember all of those snacks they brought even if you weren't hungry? This is where that comes in since its a bit too cold to go out.

They will celebrate Christmas with you though. (If you celebrate that is.)

They don't really know what its about or why you're decorating a tree or why you're putting their leaf-wrapped gifts and these weird boxes under it, but if you're happy then so are they.

Same goes for literally every other holiday, sometimes they understand, sometimes they don't, but either way they wanna see you happy and join in on your festivities.

To wrap things up, your buggie boyfriends love you with all their sparks, and they want you to know that.

Acolyte AU art drop 1 - Insecticons!

From the ACOLYTE au that @tere706​ and I have been developing! The INSECTICONS are a faction that develops later in the Acolyte AU. All of the Insecticon models in TFP cannon are simple beetles, so for this AU I’m also proposing alternate insect types. All of these bots can transform into a mechanical version of their associated insect! Descriptions below the cut, incase my handwriting is shite:

Dragonflighters - Thin, agile aerial based Insecticons who act primarily as scouts and spies for the Hive. The Dragonflighters are often the first to set out in search for a new place for their brethren to call home.  Beetlebots - Aerial or ground based, this subspecies has the widest variety when it comes to visual appearance. Scarab is based off of a jeweled beetle, and Hardshell is based off a Hercules beetle. Mantisites - This subspecies, while incapable of flight, makes up for it with their prowess in combat and espionage. Though, it really is just the one of them. Her name’s Orchid, and she is the Cybertronian equivalent of a teenager.  Millidroids - As they are the largest species, they do the lion’s share of tunneling in order to make space for their brethren in the Hive. They use themselves as measurement; if they can fit, so can everyone else.

Mantidae is an insecticon that was born from the Allspark rather than the Insecticon hives. Due to it's unique source as an Insecticon, his insect mode is it's "normal" bot mode, and he has a vehicle alt mode rather than the insect mode being the alt mode. He's super duper silly and it's very gay!!!!!! it's also dating ratchet and bulkhead because i like to be self indulgent and make oc x canon ships idc what anyone says

It doesn't matter how many degrees there are outside, the chamber where their Hive is will always remain at a pleasant temperature for her. 

The area where her room is located can be heated or cooled depending on her own preference, and the temperature outside it never fluctuates for more than a few degrees

She is regularly spoiled with an energon nectar that's sticky and sweet on its own. When used in preparing other food or added to meals as a sauce however, it enhances and enriches the kind of flavour the meal already has. 

The chittering, whistling and screeching became a common way of them showing affection and the whole Hive vibrates with joy when she responds or proclaims her own love and fondness with one of such sounds. Especially since human vocal cords aren't meant to produce something even approximate to that sound, so any attempt on her part would be praised.

While the nectar provided to her as a treat, the Insecticons also create a thicker, even richer kind. 

That kind is used to stimulate the Queen into a heat cycle, and make the receiving and birthing of eggs easier. 

Since their Queen is a human, the thicker nectar also provides the effect of a longer lifespan, when in the case of a Queen that would be an insecticon, it would shorten it due to the nectar being used to immobilize her. 

The times when she needs a break from carrying and being filled with eggs isn't spent with leaving her desperate and unfulfilled. That's where her attendants come in. 

She is fully clothed at those times, to preserve her modesty and make her fully aware she is pleasured as she wishes, and stops when she wishes. 

In a proper fashion, two attendants will use their tongues to focus on her chest, and two to focus on pleasuring her through the fabric of her panties. When deemed wet enough and given the command, they remove the panties and slide inside. They massage their Queen's folds before one of them focuses on the clit, and the other gently probing and swiping and stroking inside her cunt. 

The ones paying attention to her chest also use their claws to stimulate her breasts, so each swipe of their warm metal and silicone feels even stronger

Insecticons have small claspers on the very tips of their tongues, separating the tubes that produce nectar and the ones that produce the materials that they secure and repair their hives with. 

In case the Insecticon in charge of keeping the Queen filled with eggs by acting as a living plug is summoned into battle, the wax like substance can be pumped at the very front of her cunt, creating a seal that in most cases holds long enough for the emergency to pass and her attendants to return.

The last ask from @margoshrmargoshing about OC's actually convinced me to pile up my small collection of art pieces with my characters. I trust in you Tumblr, that I won't regret the decision to share them with y'all XD

I'll start with Shadowground. An OC I actually made in 2012, and did a total overhaul for, last year. He's the one I have covered the best, tho I still can't decide about the final design as this boy stores in him some serious sentimental value ;v; (hence so many visual differences, and that's also the reason why I have the most art with him)

And here we have Wafflewing. A funny little OC I designed because I got this bootleg figurine of a Seeker XD Somehow he got a story and a lil bit of personality. He's called like this cause the plastic packaging behind his wings looked like a waffle XD

And lastly maybe not an OC, but since he technically isn't in TFP, here's Shrapnel I made in TFP style. He's also changed to fit more with Prime universe both character, and story wise.

TFP [including the movie] is literally one of the only Transformers media I watched. They knew they were working in 3D and could technically be as detailed with the designs as they wanted.
