When worldbuilding for a fantasy game I really really like making new categories of 'extremely powerful reality-defying entity' instead of labelling everything as gods. Not only is it fun from a world perspective, but defining things with categories and sorting them into neat piles and having sets and lists of things is soooo awesomesauce (<- said neurotypically)

hi hello i had another acelu supernatural AU thought while I was working... I know Original Anon said it wouldn't get into the angels/demons storyline, BUT

what if there was still the doomed-brother plotline? Like, if it's Luffy who's like Sam, destined to be the vessel of a Lucifer-figure... maybe Nika (who I haven't gotten to in my OP read, so I'm just going on vibes) has chosen Luffy as its host. And it's mostly a creature of chaos/not purely evil, but it's so powerful that the longer it inhabits Luffy, the more likely it is that he'll be lost/"taken over"

meanwhile Ace is still the son of Roger, famed demon hunter and has taken on all his skills and tricks... but it's the way Ace is different from Roger—that he still sees Luffy as his brother, someone he knows and loves and has learned to trust—that allows him to save him

Hi since I've been rereading the YuGiOh manga and having a grand ole time, here's my ocs

Katherine "Kat" Mercer. Also goes by Kat Pegasus in the Dueling circles. She/her. She's Cecelias little sister, who, after losing her sister and parents (separate incidents, all in the same year), she's taken in and raised by her brother in law. Takes off to Domino on her own after Duelist Kingdom. Baker of cookies. Very girly and loves games and things that match her aesthetics. Would destroy anyone who crosses her emotionally but also claw their eyes out. Sometimes questionable taste in men. Ultimately ends up with Kaiba, though she had been in a relationship with Bakura.

Iris McGinnis. She/her. A nursing student working two iobs to help support herself, her Mom and her little brother. Is Nesbitts illegitimate daughter and she despises her Dad. Met the Kaiba brothers bc he tried arranging a marriage between her and Seto and now they're friends but they would rather jump out of a plane into the ocean than marry each other. Dry humor and wit, kind of blunt, very bad at processing and expressing her emotions. Also enjoys gardening. Ends up with Alister.

Maddox Griffin (with fantastic art by my dear amazing friend @kohakuhime). He/him. Maddox is the oldest of the three and was childhood friends with Max and Cecelia, so he looks out for Kat. He works for his family's security company and was trained by his ex-CIA Dad and MMA fighter Mom in various forms of combat. He is a single Dad of twin girls named Dahlia and Dinah, and he's raised them on his own since they were a month old when their Mom just left their lives. Good hearted, looks out for everyone but can admit when he himself needs help. Pretty chill but is also a total dork and is bad with working through romantic feelings. This becomes especially obvious in his crisis of realizing he's got a fat crush on Rishid.

A bit on Raphael Felidae Malfoy

Felidae is yes the Latin name of all felines and it fits.

Raphael is an arch angel but he’s not exactly an enemy towards Yun or the Demon Lords as he was in fact, Ichabod’s significant other until the Heavenly Wars and being placed under the command seals (more on that later) by Michael. He is actually the messenger amongst the angels and to Humanity as well as being a healer. 

When I said that Raphael isn’t exactly an enemy, it’s because under his own free will he is far more likely to care and look after the Demon Lords or the dragons. He’s just that kind of angel and he genuinely adores Yun-who can resist that fluff?!

Speaking of fluff:

Meet Icarus, Raphael’s guardian who is unbeknownst to him really a cat from Hell and was gifted to him unknowingly by Lucifer. he is named after the angel that he fell in love with, who was likely a subordinate of his. Icarus is very protective of his master and loves him dearly, to the point he has caused trouble for Michael and Kazune ( @webofroses​) yet always appeared innocent to Raphael.

And yes, Icarus is spoiled ROTTEN by Raphael.

opinion on Chao?

Were they expecting him to somehow dislike Chao? Or something? Cause than they were in for a surprise, since the Guardian not only had the local Chao that he cared for and look after BUT he had his personal four.
