I will never forgive Disney that wrecker didn't had his time to shine. To get reduced to mostly loud, muscle guy with sporadic comedic relieve and never having the oppertunity to have a redeeming moment with tech in which he eventually saved him

I KNOW what Omega means to Hunter. I KNOW. I know; I cried too when they reunited. But what bothers me is when people constantly make everything surrounding Omega about Hunter and vice versa. I know the bond they share is special. But when they do that, they completely erase Omega's relationship with any of the rest of the batch. Like they don't matter because they're not Hunter. Everyone has sacrificed something for Omega, and it was their choice because they love her too. Wrecker has suffered her absence too, and he was Hunter's main emotional support. I know a lot of people think of Wrecker as just some goofy big guy, but he is more than that. He has been through a lot, too. Crosshair loss (he was the first to openly say that he missed Crosshair, and as we previously saw, he was close to Crosshair), then the activation of his chip. He literally saw when Tech fell. I don't know, but I was crying buckets when Wrecker hugged Omega. Wrecker has been through a lot of bantha shit, and he kept strong for Hunter.
This goes for Echo too; just because he is not around doesn't mean that he doesn't care. Echo has a different perspective and approach to things; his time with his brothers in the 501st and Anakin wasn't in vain. He can see the big picture of what the Empire is capable of, and it's not that he doesn't care about Omega; he knows what they're facing, that they're going to need all the help they can get, and that the other clones need their help too!
Everyone has done a lot for Omega because they love her, and they would do it again without a doubt. Even Crosshair.

I need you guys to imagine something real fast.
Being a Captain is a big responsibility. Not only did Rex love and care about his brothers, every time one of them die, he’s held it together.
Can you imagine the amount of depression he has? And the amount of mental strength you have to have to watch thousands of your brothers die in front of you? Watching even your closest brothers die? Watching Tup and Fives go to kamino, only to never see Tup alive again? And later, watch your brother die in your arms?
Can you imagine the amount of mental strength this man has? The amount of shit he’s gone through. The amount of sadness and grief he’s had to push away to get things done?
We like to think of the Jedi as a good bunch, that respect the clones. But then, have you considered the amount of work a Captain has to do? The amount of paperwork and meetings he has to do?
He doesn’t get to grieve, or mourn his brothers. He is forced to push on. This is war, none of them to do that.
And at the end of it all, at the end of the clone wars; they all get pushed aside like their trash.
They are PEOPLE, human beings!
You think just because the empire treats them like shit that the Jedi didn’t? There are more than likely instances of Jedi just like Krell. More instances of Jedi who disrespect their men, so much so that Rex understands their expendable. But he still cares for his brothers. He still loves them.
At the end, he doesn’t want to hurt his brothers, even when their a risk to his life. Even when their trying to kill Ahsoka.
Rex is an amazing character. His entire arc, personality, character as a whole is so complex. His entire story is a life of war, pain, grief, and suffering. And yet, he still pushes through. He still went on to fight in the rebellion, and they won. He fought for a better galaxy. Even though he knows people barely see him as human, or barely respect him anymore.
He still pushes through.

The New Republic really out here stripping people of their identities and reducing them to literal numbers in the name of preserving peace and order JUST LIKE THE EMPIRE DID TO THE CLONES
Dude I know we're here for Mando and Grogu funtimes, but you can't be sleeping on these parallels
