Making a new post because my family and I are in dire need of help. My name is Link, I'm a 22 y/o artist and since November 2021, my family and I have been homeless and living in a motel. Since neither of us had our documents or IDs when we first got here, it was up to me to open commissions to support us. Although my father has his id now, getting a job out in the mountains where we don't have transportation or a way for them to contact us is very difficult. Until that changes, we're still dependant on my commissions to help us through paying for rent and soon food, as this is our last month of food stamps due to the policies here.

This week and especially this month has been super tough on us since work has gone down for me tremendously. There's been weeks were we can't pay and owe upwards of 100$+ every other day since it adds up so quickly. There are days where if we didn't have food stamps, we wouldn't have any food at all and since it's ending soon, I'm hoping this will help me find some more work to care of my family with. Right now our situation is urgent. We need 250$ to cover for tomorrow and we don't have anything as of yet. If we can't have everything paid for by tomorrow, we will be kicked out and since families on both sides have cut us off both communication and money wise, it doesn't look good if that happens.

So, all my slots are open for anyone who's interested in helping us out! I'm a primarily DnD/fantasy themed artist. I mainly draw Dragon Age centered art but I've also done work of Baldurs Gate 3 tavs and other DnD related stuff as well! I can also work outside of fantasy, I've done all things from simple portrait commissions to furries to even dragons, I'm flexible with most things. The only thing I won't do is sexual nudity since I'm not particularly educated enough to draw that sorta stuff yet. Payment will be upfront since our situation is extremely dire at the moment and in turn since we have to use the money we get immediately for rent and soon enough food, no refunds can be given back so please take that into consideration. I'm all for making changes if you aren't happy with how a piece is turning out.

The book that Peter used as the base for Fragility Of Openness came into my work today, so I got to take photos of the full original pages for some bits, side by side with their Fragility collage versions.

I hope everybody here having a blast over Agathario has also been Around Enough to know that this miracle of representation in a Marvel project is incredibly delicate. It is of the UTMOST importance that our enthusiasm and excitement is reflected in viewership. In currency. It is EXTREMELY easy for monoliths like Disney and Marvel Studios to shut this kind of shit down due to "poor viewership". Don't let them. Don't LET them. The numbers have to be irrefutable.

Pros of watching The Midnight Gospel: it's an incredible show, it feels very transformative, and it's short if you don't have time to commit to something long. Great to binge

Cons (if you interpret them that way, they could just be more pros): you might cry, don't be surprised, especially if you binge it! And I feel like I can't watch anything else now since it was such a magnificent, wacky, introspective work.

Making another commissions post since things have been getting worse as the month goes on. For those who are just coming across this, my name is Link and I'm a 22 y/o homeless artist. My family and I (father and younger sibling) have been in this situation for about three years now since November 2021 and I've been doing commissions to support us until something changes. We don't have anywhere to go or anyone to really turn to financially or housing wise, so we've been on our own since then. My father has managed to get his ID but with no transportation and jobs being too far out, it's made job hunting more difficult and we've yet to find anything.

This month has been one of the toughest with us owing 100$+ due to not being able to pay the daily rent. We do get extensions here but they're hard to keep up with when they double so quickly and work is becoming more hard to come by, and bumping posts on my other socials hasn't done much for us. Sadly, tonight isn't any different. We owe 190$ for tonight and for the last three days, we've been unable to get anything for it. If we can't pay tonight then we will be forced to leave, and I'm not sure what we'll do if we can't cover it.

My commissions are open for anyone interested in supporting us that way, but reblogs/shares also help us a ton since it helps spread the word to possibly get us the help we need :") I'm a fantasy oriented artist, mainly surrounding fandoms like DND, Baldurs Gate 3, Skyrim and Dragon Age, but I've done non fantasy related things as well like furries, feral creatures, comic or modern characters, I'm welcome to pretty much any fandom or request! My only donts are anything excessively violent or sexual (nonsexual nudity is okay), proship/all around that sorta content, and anything hateful (homophobia/transphobia/racism/etc.) if you have any questions about what I will do/wont do that isnt listed here, feel free to ask!

My turn around time can ranged from four weeks or shorter to a month or two given the complexity and how my situation is going at the time. I only take payments upfront with no refunds since we use the money immediately for the room or food and are unable to give proper refunds. khaotung is notoriously known for being a lazy ass, so honestly, whatever chances we have to see play sports is very entertaining to me. and he also plays into the joke (the 555 that he picked this year is just the beginning!) which is great. it's not like they are not enjoying themselves. fk even prepared gigs to play during the game last year tho they couldn't play them at their full potential since one of them would be benched while the other played.

we have professional former players, people who play every other week, and many fit people in gmm, but this is not their specialty and it can be a little too much indeed, however, the one person i don't feel sorry at all to see at the starlympics is force. force was made for shit like this. i dare to say force has yet to lot hotter than he did when he attended the games last year (whoever made him a football player in perfect10 knew what they were doing). allow me to post a thirst trap of him from that day.

right? i mean...

as for the girls, i remember last year that people were livid (with reason) that gmm made them be only cheerleaders (kt should have been one, just saying), play tug war and look pretty (and pretty they looked).

but i'm quite happy they are being allowed to participate more this year, even if it's just running (i am of the opinion they should play dodge ball. it would be so much fun).

all of that to say that, yes we might not get the high quality sports play, but i assure they are not the most fragile, you see...

milk at least will be serving in the 'i don't work out just to lift the love up' department.

Hi all, it's Link again. I hate to be asking for help yet again but unfortunately, we're gonna be shifting back to square one again. According to the shelter, we're coming up on the end of our stay and they've taken my father and myself off of the paid volunteer position, so we're left without any sources of income and virtually nowhere to go. I'm trying to talk with my counselor for other options and help but as of right now, we have no other option except to go back to a motel. We have a limited time, I'm assuming under a week due to how vague the wording was, so I'm hoping to get enough for a least a couple days so we have somewhere to possibly lay our heads after everything is said and done. Until something else comes through or we can find another shelter, depending on what happens.

So, I'm opening my commissions once again. I mainly draw fantasy type portraits/scenes surrounding Dragon Age, Baldurs Gate, Dungeons and Dragons, but I also draw different ocs from other fandoms or original stories, to furries and any kind of characters you can think of! :) the only things I don't draw at the moment is heavy gore, s/xual nudity and anything really taboo or pro ship. If you are unsure about a commission request though, feel free to ask and I'll confirm! :))

My turnaround time depending how things go can be 2-4 weeks for smaller commissions and 1-2 months for larger ones, but I'll try to update as frequently as possible! If you want an immediate update, feel free to pm me and I'll get to you as soon as I can! :D As far as contacting me goes, please do so through tumblr pms! It's the easiest way for me to get it! And for the payment, one thing to note is that I will not because I can not do refunds. Since our situation is going back to being in a motel where we need all the funds possible to cover the room, I won't have the means to pay you back. I can change a piece to your liking, even redo it if need be, but refunds are impossible for me to do at the moment so please consider that before commissioning me. Thank you! :)
