TI:MD - SCHEDULE UPDATE

Sooo, how do I phrase this... having a schedule, when most long fics actually don't, kinda sucks. It forces quantity over quality mindset, which in turn screws up character consistency and causes plot holes. I can literally tell parts of each chapter that were written in the moment of inspiration and parts that were only written when they were because the chapter had to meet a deadline.

Also, I've been getting back into YouTube, so in addition to the fic, I've been writing scripts, recording the backround footage and doing the editing for the future videos.

And then, there's also the real world. For those of you that don't know, I've missed majority of the academic year to country wide protests that caused university to shut down for the time being. Around the end of May, my classes started again, and now instead of having 8 exam seasons, I have 1 conjoined abomination of a season starting September and all the way through the beginning of November. So much catching up to do, so many subjects to multitask over summer.

All things considered, this fic has been a priority to me for as long as I could stretch it. And I'm eternally grateful to those of you that stayed with it through it all. However, I recently decided to drop the schedule altogether.

I don't know how many of you will stay through this change. I don’t know how this will affect people's interest in the fic, given that it has gained the following that was promised a schedule and therefore, probably prefers it. I don’t know if this is going to affect activity on this fic.

I decided to let art be about what it should've always been about- passion, not stats. Have I ever truly cared about stats alone, I wouldn't have chosen to write in the most niche fandom I could find.

So as long as my work makes at least one of you happy, I will be satisfied. And every reader, every fanwork, every comment will be appreciated by itself and for what it is- without it being just another number to go up.

I hope you can understand and I wanna repeat that I appreciate each and every one of you. This fic wouldn't have existed without your support. <3

Next chapter, and every chapter after that, will be coming out when it's done and it's uh... not done lmao
