Ultra Magnus x human gn! reader I think. Idk, based on a sound from Tiktok. Just Roddy thought all humans can do back flips from a skyscraper and yells "Parkour!"

"Rodimus, have you seen the liaison?"

Magnus walks into the room while looking at his data pad. He was waiting for you to stop by his office as he wanted to discuss a report you sent a day ago about some issues going on down in the engine room and possibly spend time with you after but you haven't shown up for two hours. When he received no response from the captain, he looked up and saw Rodimus standing on the desk and the liaison on the top shelf looking scared for life.

"What are you doing?!"

Magnus's thundered voice shook the whole room, and caught Rodimus's attention, making him fall back and hit the metal floor with a pained grunt. "Uhh, nothing?" He tried to play it off.

"Nothing?" Magnus squawked, pointing at you who was on the shelf holding onto whatever was close for dear life. "Then explain why's the liaison is on the top shelf?"

"I just want to see if they can-"

"They cannot!"

A cry snapped the two out and looked towards you. "Just get me down from here!" You were on the verge of breaking down.

Magnus sighed, "Just stop putting them up there." He said sternly and walked towards the shelf to get their liaison down.

This was the fifth time Rodimus had done this. He said it was to see if you could jump from the shelf and to his shoulder plating like a sugar glider you showed him a while ago. The fact you had already told him you were not a sugar glider and you could not glide but Rodimus being Rodimus brushed it off and said, and I quote, "You can still jump like you humans called 'par-kour'."

Never in your life, have you wished to be a cybertronian just to throttle his neck cables.

"What if one day they fell off and received an injury? Break a leg or get a concussion? Do you know how dangerous that would be? Just because the medics are experienced, that doesn't mean we could risk the only organic being on our ship getting hurt. If not hurt then worse, that'll be paperwork for us to answer for the humans."

"I thought you liked paperwork..."

"What was that?"

"Nothing!"

"We should keep them safe. Not playing around. What would that view us Cybertronian to the humans? This whole liaison system would be unnecessary." And there goes Magnus with his lecturing. He had removed you from the shelf and held you near his chassis as Rodimus received the scolding of his lifetime.

You would feel bad for him. Keyword, 'would'. But you know it's for the best. If you can't get him to listen to you, then he would listen to Magnus. If that doesn't work too, then you'll just have to wait till you actually get hurt from his joy rides.

Final manifestations for Book 7?

I'm trying REALLY hard not to build up any solid expectations, because I wanna go in ~fresh~! they're already so far away from anything I thought would happen (not in a bad way, I'm just accepting that I'm on Miss Yana's Wild Ride at this point and we're seeing this thing through 'til the end, by gum). so it's nothing too major, but:

they've been handing new crying expressions out like candy lately, I want to see some delicious Malleus tears.

honestly I want everyone to cry buckets. their tears sustain me. the more Silver angst specifically I get the happier I am.

SILVER!!!! 👏 VANROUGE!!!! 👏

just let him have this. the poor boy's been through so much. let him have his big "I'm proud of you, son" moment with Lilia.

I'm 100% expecting Grim's arc (and probably whatever's going on with Crowley) to be its own episode, but a nice hook to leave us hanging on would be good!

a nice hook though, please, I don't think I can take another "Grim is attacking us! now wait eight months to find out what happens :)" cliffhanger...

some Meleanor? as a treat? just a little bit, a tiny quick flashback or something, please Twst I just, I just want to see her again. let her have a little ghost cameo like Dawnathan Knight got. Lilia and his kids are all having their big group hug or whatever and she can gently fade in to be all like

some interesting things from my re-listen to of the rink (abridged)

will: coming from college you got older guys that have kids instead of a senior in college...having someone the same age is really helpful, going to dinner, always together off the ice, is obviously better...

the rink: where do you go to dinner?

will: i like looking things up on tiktok (it's not 5 guys then?) no its not haha

will: well its my first year living on my own...roommate in college and lived 15 minutes away from home...this is the first time across the country so had to mature a bit

the rink: what do you miss about home?

will: ill never not love boston - my friends and school guys its always hard leaving hem

the rink: you said you had to learn to do some things on your own - like what?

will: cooking, just living on your own, i still facetime my mom to learn stuff i gotta do

the rink: who pays your cellphone bill?

will: i think my parents

the rink: what can you make?

will: im a big tiktok guy so i like looking things up like recipes, trying different desserts, im not a cottage cheese guy but cottage cheese, some protein powder, yogurt, honey, chocolate chips comes into a little cookie dough and you freeze it. or ill just grill steaks or something like that

the rink: do you ever get used to the nhl life?

will: i try not to i mean i try to be as greatful as i can, even coming to new york, being a 19 year old on the team, getting to play at msg is pretty crazy

the rink: do you see the future...with you and macklin there's clearly a path...do you see it?

will: obviously we have these big picks...everyone is pretty pumped up about it...it's pretty exciting...having toff around, a veteran who has a cup...it's cool to be a part of

the rink: you said you do everything with macklin, macklin is living with joe, what's he like?

will: he's pretty funny, im over there a lot, i mean have dinner over there, go over and play basketball play a little 2v2 with him and his kid river

the rink: you're lumped in together with macklin - you have to like each other? but it seems like you guys are similar with similar personalities. is there a fit that this is a long term thing...i think back to toews/kane when they came in together and they liked each other and it just fit and we saw what it did.

will: it blended right away first time we met...rivals in college - its funny that were going to be together for a while now. were at media things together but we are together all the time off ice.

the rink: you're together all the time, do you talk about bu vs bc, us vs canada?

will: we talk about it all of the time...we go back and forth about past games...you can ask him about that

the rink: how are you guys different? as a player and people?

will: we're both very competitive guys, you're not going to get to this point if you're not. as a player i mean he's very high paced and you know, obviously you've seen him play, he's pretty amazing out there, i mean as a person he's funny and has a personality, he likes to make a lot of jokes, which i like and i like to hang out with.

The fact they keep referencing Eddie’s lying on the show and in interviews has me giggling and kicking my legs and twirling my hair.

It’s almost like we’re meant to read into the fact Eddie’s not always being truthful - with himself and others. Almost like, I don’t know, him going to confessional and telling a priest that he lied to everyone in his life and then later him telling that same priest that he’s straight might possibly be showing us Eddie not being truthful with himself or others!!

#queer Eddie is coming #the lying aspect of Eddie’s arc is so interesting to me #because they’re really exploring all the different ways you can lie #and ultimately lying has been shown to be something ingrained in Eddie - right from childhood #and I hope they explore why that is a bit in these next few episodes #as a part of his rebuilding himself - so he gets to a point where he chooses to stop lying to himself and embraces who he is #and let’s the world see that #heteronormativity is the biggest lie there is - but Eddie’s getting out #and it’s funny- because we see him being his most truthful with buck - and that’s a loud choice to be making #especially in these last few episodes where we’ve seen him being more honest and truthful with buck than ever - and the way they sits #in counterpoint to everything else happening in his life #Eddie staring out loud that he has to stop lying - that’s telling the audience that there’s more and bigger deeper set lies going on #that it’s not just about the specific lies he’s made in the episode. lying to oneself is invariably about queerness when it’s used in media #it’s a common trope and one that does offer a lot of potential and opportunity!#911 spoilers #911 abc #eddie diaz #evan buckley #buddie

Even Though I Knew The End - C.L. Polk (wlw, supernatural noir, cool 1930s detective story with angels & demons, I loved this one!)

They Both Die At The End - Adam Silvera (mlm, sci-fi ish but mostly fiction, cool ideas, but the ending is sad! Very amazing book though, I haven't read the prequel yet)

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo - Taylor Jenkins Reid (wlw, bi main character, historical fiction, cool story, just a neat book in general)

This Is How You Lose The Time War - Amal El-Mohtar & Max Gladstone (wlw, sci-fi, very cool time travel stuff!! and very beautiful, it felt like reading poetry most of the time)

One Last Stop - Casey McQuinston (wlw, background trans & pan & queer characters, sci-fi or fantasy idk, but time travel, I loooved this book, great)

The House In The Cerulean Sea - TJ Klune (mlm, fantasy, THIS BOOK oh my gosh you should read it!!, just cute and lovely and good)

Under The Whispering Door - TJ Klune (mlm, fantasy, this book is also sooo amazing, great character development and awesome relationships and stuff, it's been a while since I read it but it was so good)

In the Lives of Puppets - TJ Klune (mlm, ace main character!!, sci-fi, now THIS is found family, oughh feelings. argh, tj klune you’ve done it again, a human and his family of funky robots… I love them)

And They Lived... - Steven Salvatore (nblm, fiction, about gender identity and learning to love yourself, read it a while ago but it was very nice)

I Wish You All The Best - Mason Deaver (nblm, fiction, about finding your identity and people who care about you, very cute and sweet)

The Song Of Achilles - Madeleine Miller (mlm, historical, very good in general)

Carry On - Rainbow Rowell (mlm, background wlw in the third book, fantasy, it's a trilogy, basically Harry Potter if it was gay and also better)

Silver In The Wood - Emily Tesh (mlm, fantasy, very pretty, lots of fae stuff and lovely descriptions, it has a really good sequel too)

Pretty much anything by Alice Oseman (all cute and lovely and great, though I've only read Radio Silence so far I hear only good things, Solitaire is on my to-read list)

I Kissed Shara Wheeler - Casey McQuinston (wlw, fiction, it's been a while but I liked this book)

The Falling In Love Montage - Ciara Smyth (wlw, fiction, this book was so cute and funny and deeply emotional it made me Feel way too many things, I'd definitely recommend it)

What Big Teeth - Rose Szabo (a bit of queerness all around, fantasy, werewolves and monsters, this one was pretty cool!, lots of original ideas for the world/character building)

His Quiet Agent - Ada Maria Soto (mlm, asexual, fiction, about like spies but this book was so gentle and sweet I wanted to cry in the best way possible)

Some By Virtue Fall - Alexandra Rowland (wlw, historical fiction(?), theatre drama!! rival romance!! duels!!, a very good read in general)

Don’t Want You Like a Best Friend - Emma R. Alban (wlw, historical fiction, I’m not usually one for regency romances, but I really liked this!!, very cute and lots of drama, and there’s a sequel coming out soon!)

1/2 JAKSHAHA HIIIIII GUYS IT'S ME AGAIN here is the comic that i promised....just the day before yesterday i was able to advance this, school is killng me now hahaha and i definitely have to focus on it like never before, but well, about the comic AAAAGH I WANTED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT ISABELLA you know, her design is very interesting and fun to draw for me

apart from the fact that in the conceptual art she has a much more sophisticated outfit AND that was the one that gave me the inspiration to do this hehe
