20 minutes into The Making of Moon Knight and two things have stood out.
1. The absolute adoration that Oscar has for Steven <3
2. The amount of thought that went into the detail of this show. The fact that they chose for Steven to live in an attic space because the triangular shape was reminiscent of pyramids. And the four poster bed gave the caged effect of a sarcophagus. I just-
Everyone had so much passion for this project and I love it.

imagine being part of the team that created the moonknight costume and having to watch the absolute shit ass cgi they did instead of letting oscar isaac throw a few punches in it.
(no shame to the cgi team, you were doing what you were told and the effects are actually cool, it's jsut that they 'ont do nothin' here)
for real the costume department must be so fucking angry ! hell I bet oscar isaac and all the others who got to watch him wear the real thing in action must have been pretty annoyed and disappointed as well.
it's such an incomprehensible decision, like if there are people being paid to do a super intricate and gorgeous costume on your superhero show then why the fuck would you not want to brag about it by.. actually showing said costume in your show ???? like ?????? the cgi was literally my number one problem with this series and it literally didn't even have to exist because the real costume was right there this is nuts

I'm watching the making of Moon Knight, and I'm actually enjoying it more than I did the series. It shows close ups of the gorgeous sets and costumes. The details on them are amazing!
The concepts behind some of the set design is interesting too. Steven has an attic apartment because the angled walls look like the inside of a pyramid. His bed has a platform above so it's more enclosed like a sarcophagus.
I didn't realize Issac was a method actor. He stayed in character off camera, and wanted to only film one character on that day, until they got to the later episodes where he was switching back and forth in the same scene. They filmed the first two episodes first.
In the mental asylum episodes where both characters appear together, his RL younger brother played the stand in, which is so appropriate for Marc's story.
