We are all on a journey of our own decisions - no matter what level we look at it … recently I have been sifting in the inner world & the deeper secrets that my practise brings to the surface & made some serious deep healing ❤️‍🩹 with in my souls path …. Watching our child play with their father in love, joy & timeless connection warms my heart, witnessing the idiot who lacks patience when I’m with my little man is another - learning to unravel & relearn who & what I am to myself, my child, my NEW family …. What a practise today - it was “family yoga day” @nuearth.community wrangling all different sizes, ages & focus levels was a tough gig - yet super joyously fun! The thing I love about teaching “kids” is there isn’t that big judge behind me going - that’s sh!t, that sounds stoopid … instead I enjoy can enjoy feeling into the messiness & weave the wisdom into what ever presents itself …. Today we got to * Breathe big! * Connect to our inner #treepower * Remembering that Mother Earths is holding us as Communities are alive & thriving! #community - Little Man Willow with his breath work crew …. What a special group @____rewired_co ... When ever I have needed some support, a hug, an ear, some cold water or a hell of a lot of smiles / the people who come to Woonona at sunrise 🌅 meet, breath, sit & freeze together are a tight crew - being a bit a floater I appreciate the welcome arms that always come with meeting up with these peeps as there is always riveting conversations as we share a meal/beverage together at the local cafe @twosistersgarage … I tell you - when I was pregnant and my brain was being “rewired” for motherhood - I needed some strong beings to feel home amongst - these peeps = saviours in my local community!!
