last night I was hanging out with friends outside a bar when 6 cops showed up to arrest a 75 year old woman for sleeping on the sidewalk across the street from us so the 4 or 5 of us who were outside watching started loudly making fun of and taunting them for being useless cowards

they all just stood there watching us for a minute not saying anything until one said "would you like to come on a ride along and see how hard our job really is?" and we all immediately busted up laughing and started yelling "oh yeah harassing poor old women on the street that seems really fucking difficult" and they just quietly and awkwardly got in their cars and left while our friend repeatedly shouted "go protect and serve" after them

yet another person has fallen victim to my furry beam... ericdoa is now in the hmfcu (hivemind furry cinematic universe) as a ring-tailed lemur. i was so stumped on what to make him and then i realized i've never given someone a lemur sona or even made a lemur oc despite really liking them. i had to remedy that

also when i asked people if they had ideas for his sona literally everyone said 'make him something tiny with huge eyes'. lemurs are small enough and their eyes are pretty striking. works for me

I kind of like Risui connecting Remilia's entrance with the Evening Star. The Evening Star is the same star as the Morning Star (that is, the planet Venus).

Three Fairies previously established that, in canon, Remilia worships the Morning Star (identified by her as Lucifer, and by Reimu as Ame no Kagaseo). It's a nice touch to connect Remilia's comings and goings with its light, then!
