Alright so I am really into the Lucerys putting Aemond in his place agenda right now (blame five stages of grief for that one it’s been consuming me) and I can’t help but think that he would constantly remind Aemond that despite being a prince, he does not behave like someone of their House.

Like, Aemond and his siblings look the part. They all ride dragons, they all have the Targaryen look. But that is the thing. They just look like Targaryens.

Because it is not to the Gods of Old Valyria they pray to. It is not black and red they wear. It is not High Valyrian the lenguaje they feel most comfortable speaking.

Alicent’s children may bear the dragon’s name, but they are more Hightower than they could ever be Targaryen, and Lucerys does not hesitate before saying so.

It drives Aemond mad with rage — because a part of himself can’t help but think that Lucerys is right.

Sjm had the chance to show us that something was happening between vassa and lucien when cassian visited them in acosf but instead we got jurian teasing vassa and lucien literally playing third wheel.Sjm could’ve veryyy easily made it so lucien was the one doing the teasing but she didn’t.She had her shot and she most definitely did not shoot it.Not a single indication of vassien in that scene,just proof of what lucien has been telling us since acofas—vassa and jurian want to smash 🤷.

I love it in lucemond fics when Aemond calls Lucerys a bastard and he goes “You may call me a bastard, qȳbor, but you are as much Targaryen as I am. Halfbreed.” with that little smirk of his and eyes that promise violence. And Aemond is furious and turned on and it’s fantastic.

absolutely loving the energy here, but with a heavy heart I gotta say false. as much as I love Douglas, I really don't think he ever had a head or heart for the intricacies of engineering or avionics. there are many, many things he'd much rather leave to the mechanics, and the squidgy parts of a plane are definitely not within his purview. he'll stand and listen to a mechanic tell him something that's changed from the last person who flew it, sure, but he's more interested in flying the thing than what's inside it.

(that being said, Douglas kind of has to be a member of the mile-high club, otherwise what are we even doing here?)

i have a hc that stsg employ manipulation tactics on each other for harmless fun (it's literally psychological warfare) and it'll either be about the most mundane things ever like whether or not someone loaded the dishwasher before they left and both of them trying to pass the blame on each other in increasingly convoluted arguments or things like gojo accusing geto of cheating on him and geto not outright denying it by saying he has been feeling neglected lately and whose fault would that be?
