Oh absolutely I just meant like in shanks’ panicked mind the worst case scenario is that like Buggy is either totally trapped and miserable or completely brainwashed and being taken advantage of — and I like the irony and shanks-torture of him having to grapple with the realization that not only is Buggy totally happy doing and into all the kinky stuff — but that this is also a completely emotionally fulfilling relationship.
