Fucking finally im done with this piece!!! Ive paused from rendering him for almost a week due to school things

I used Amberluvsbugs' tutorial on how to render fur, and gotta say, im learning *shrugs*

This is one of the most wildest fanarts ive made yet. Why? Because of the fur and texture made from scratch, the perspective, the fact that this is a redraw scene, full environment, maximum rendering and extra effects! Fcking wild, right?!

Heh, now that ive finished this, i can now go on to some others still havent finished my bbi critters logo yet tho, but that can wait lol

This is a redraw scene of the beginning of the chase where instead of dogday just blindly "waking" up to chase you in the game (idk how to put it into words lol), he snaps his head instead HARSHLY at you. To the point that you heard his neck cracked.

from a vibes perspective, i totally understand why so many people look at keefe and go ‘this guy would be the male equivalent of a wine aunt when he’s older’. 

but. but. 

taking lore into consideration, in my heart, he’s terrified of alcohol (even if he tries really hard to hide it). because. like. his first exposure is almost guaranteed to be through cassius, and cassius canonically threw a glass extremely close to him at least once when he was, like, 8. maybe cassius wasn’t always extra nasty when he was drunk, but there’s gotta be a correlation in keefe’s brain between risking getting seriously hurt (emotionally or physically) and alcohol consumption that’s really hard for him to shake.

so i’ve been following you for awhile and i just wanted to share something that i really appreciate about your art

i used to suffer from some stress induced psychosis in my teens and unfortunately hitting people with screamers was the norm at that time and you couldn’t escape creepypastas. Bullying was also a thing so I was getting hit with a lot.

The original jeff the killer was inescapable and it did not help my psychosis at all. I know it probably sounds silly to have almost legit trauma from a creepypasta but yeah even to this day the original jeff the killer image is pretty triggering.

Today other creepypastas aren’t an issue for me and i’ve actually always liked slenderman but the original jeff is just a nightmare to look at. But the way you draw him is nice?? like not only can i look at your jeff without ANY issues but you’ve designed him in a way thats just really pleasing to look at. I just wanted to say thanks for that. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the original jeff the killer image on your blog (if i have i probably blocked it out) but i just wanna say thanks for somehow making something that used to royally fuck up my mental state super nice to look at.

Your Jeff makes me wanna sit and chill on the couch with him and play animal crossing on my switch while he watches tv. i think i developed a crush on your jeff. i’m sorry 😹

the Library of Babel thing is interesting but honestly it's so overwhelming to think about and so strange that posts about it should probably be tagged for unreality 😭 like yeah it's a real idea from a real short story made into a real website. but like. do you have any idea how easily that could trigger people... even neurotypical people in the notes of those posts are already scared by the concept so idk maybe proceed with caution🚶

could you maybe use a bit more tags for your posts just so that it's better to filter/find things? like little posts where you just blabber, asks and so on?

I can’t I’m sorry the thought of doing that overwhelms me. If I’m talking about something delicate that needs a trigger warning then I put that in the tags, but if I’m just rambling or making a spontaneous post like “Ari” then I’m not gonna ruin the spontaneity by tagging it as “blabber” or whatever the fuck lmao
