yesterday while setting up a reaction, i accidentally stabbed myself with a syringe needle that i had just used to vent 1-pentanol vapor from a microwave vial and i'm extremely worried about the wound today lol... my colleague showed us a paper from a few years back about a case where a chemistry student accidentally stabbed themselves with a needle with a few microlitres of DCM on it, and their whole finger went necrotic...

In need of advice. My boss is mean. Verbally abusive to all of us not just me. Puts us down, insults us, calls us names etc.

I’m the assistant manager. I have to mend the bridges he burns with his cruelty the best I can. But a lot of the times he says things that cross the line. We are short handed because people keep quitting because of him.

My mom is the site manager. So sometimes I go to her when he gets too much. Well he has now told me that I’m not allowed to go to her. That my only line of communication is through him.

That’s just… not right. If we have an issue with him how can we take it to him?? There should be someone that we can talk to about him.

But like in all anti-harassment videos they tell you that If you have an issue with your boss that you can take it to someone else, whether that’s HR or their boss.

How am I in the wrong??

No, you see, its not actually violating your dnw because its about people accidentally touching each other in suggestive ways while being asleep, and the dom waking up with the "ask writer insert" sub being in a compromising position!!!!!
