another doll post!

they cut me from work early, so i had time to stop by my walmart and see if catty was in. she was! i picked her up with some birthday money for 24.99.

forgot to get a pic of her in the box. here she is unboxed tho! she has saran with microbraids around her hairline (be careful, these come undone easily.)

initial thoughts: while her outfit is cute… it’s missing a littleeee bit of flair. some shoe paint, or maybe a jacket, like in her concept art? these little shoulder things are kind of horrendous. (and they kept coming unvelcroed under her pits.) might look into making her something.

now, there’s a reason i i got excited about catty when i was previously unenthused about her. and that’s her new body sculpt! let’s cut to the chase, that’s what we want to see.

here she is! she is now the biggest MH sculpt, by quite a significant amount. luckily she can still fit on this stand, but it has to grab her right at the underboob at her thinnest point.

it doesn’t photograph well, but she has a pink-tinged iridescence to her body, that could read like shiny fur. it looks great, and makes her look very glittery and dimensional.

wide and back views. i love that she actually has a bit of a tummy, and she also has a much thicker tail than toralei. (i wasn’t able to yank the tail out, tho i think it’s supposed to come off.)

here’s some comparisons with some of the other ghouls. she’s a medium height girl, and i’d say she’s slightly thicker in the body and thighs than abbey, though the way she’s proportioned give her a fatter body type compared to her.

it’s more evident when they’re turned to the side. draculaura only has larger thighs, so if we specially compare to abbey, you can see cattys even larger thighs and her stomach compared to abbeys flat one.

she has smaller feet (same as draculaura’s size.) her hands are also standard size.

back to the doll with her clothes on. here’s her boots, as is mh doll tradition

cool sculpt, definitely need paint. probably a pretty simple project to do, but all those buckles and chains are just begging for a layer of silver. only a teeeeny bit got silver paint, which i think is a shame. allegedly most of the budget for catty went into developing her sculpt, so her outfit definitely is a little lacking….

face card. i adore ADORE her makeup, the little stars…. the side glance… augh. my favorite part is her lip paint, though. the gradient looks absolutely lovely.

the accessories. since this is catty’s core doll, she comes with some of the core staples: her phone, a backpack, her pet cat amulette, and some sunglasses. in addition, she has a mic, a broken hand mirror, a water bottle, and some sheet music

here’s her with some of her accessories! i decided to restyle her hair a little bit as well, i saw a cute restyle that took her micro braids and made a little side bang with them, and that was simple to replicate, so i did that too. i also made her ponytail higher, which i think looks a lot cuter. i think i wanna give her a little ponytail accessory or something tho… maybe in black? dunno. i also think she looks cute with her glasses on her forehead, so i’m leaving them.

and that’s catty noir! (lagoona foot jumpscare). i think she’s a lovely addition to the g3 lineup, and i really, really can’t wait to see what they do with her in another line. her reception (at least in the spaces i lurk) has been so overwhelmingly positive that i think when we see her next, they can really go all out and give her a gorgeous outfit and a fun theme (maybe a skulltimate secrets doll?) it felt appropriate to put her with my monster fest girlies, so she got center stage (sorry cleo and frankie) thanks for reading this far!

This little dog has been through such incredible transformations, I'm frankly amazed she ended up not only looking like a perfectly normal elderly MinPin (she went from obese when she arrived at the shelter to being no more than a skeleton when she arrived in my sister's care, and I think the time between those 2 things wasn't very long) but also has evolved from a little snapping monster to an overall friendly (albeit quirky - and she does have some spice left in her if you force something onto her that she doesn't want, but you get my drift), people loving cuddle bug who happily sleeps on strangers laps and loves pets.

The transformation between the last two pics was so gradual that I didn't even really notice it until I looked at the older pics. At the time I really wasn't sure if her back would ever straighten again, I certainly wouldn't have been surprised had it stayed somewhat deformed, but it did. Just incredible what she has turned into if you compare it with older pictures! And once again, what a difference a fitting environment makes for a traumatized soul such as her.

Granted, she walks kind of funnily and has certain balance/ coordination issues (may or may not be caused by knee issues), but she looks pretty normal now and it's amazing.

(i have aderall again thank fucking god. even if it isn’t optimal since i need babie aderall because of my anxiety that i can take steadily every day that doesn’t hit me with all the force of a stimulant.)

IT'S TIME.

Guh,, i've been errrrmmmm procrastinating on posting >>;7 Maybe I should put up a mini schedule or something.. BUT, I HAVE DOODLES TO SHOW!!!!!!!! (finally) While I continue to procrastinate on finalizing the Dating Sim AU designs for Kinito and friends I've been emmm making more au's! One of which has completely taken over my brain!!! So, have my Casino au KinitoPET designs! (Shoutout to @vam-piritz for helping me with Kinito's colors bc gosh darn I be struggling w them ms paint colors dawg,, Kinito got such a blinding pink it's hard not to make it clash w red..) AND since nobody asked, I'll share a bit of info on this au!! (Just be aware this au is purely self indulgent and funnily enough doesn't revolve around any of the main cast being ai's? they just kinda? exist now?) Sam was a well known Seahorse racer that managed to get himself into a bit of a pickle, you see, he got forced to work at Kinito's Casino because his other racer "friends" ended up gambling all of his money away. Now he has to pay off a massive amount of debt in order to get out of this predicament, and to ensure that he DOES end up paying he needs to drop his racing career and put it on hold so he can work for Kinito. Jade and Kinito are fairly good friends and business partners. She owns a seafood Restaurant that is conjoined with the Casino in order for the two of them to be close to each other. She's a very smart and strong lady that keeps an eye on Sam (And Kinito pfft) to ensure he stays and does what he's supposed to be doing. She also has a neat little interest in sciency stuff! And Last but not least... Kinito! The Casino owner himself. As stated previously he's very good friends with Jade, always had an interest in people and money. He's a fairly friendly guy that just wants to let people enjoy their time at his Casino (although the pic i decided to color in doesn't really show that lol). Just be warned, he does have some fairly strict but simple rules... Go into debt and can't pay back? Work for him. Easy as that. He may be friendly, but he won't be your friend. He can be into some... Really shady business at times... (Also The Casino is haunted! some stuff was joked about in a friend group and now it's canon LMAO)

First off, I want to say thank you for all the lovely messages I’ve gotten since my last post. I have a lot of people supporting me and I don’t take that for granted in the slightest. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

The truth is, I do not feel safe on this blog right now. From people demanding requests about people I don’t bias/I refuse to write about, to people sharing my socials without my consent when I’ve trusted just a handful of you with them, to people sending requests that are completely against my guidelines or even straight up admitting they’re not of age to be following this blog in the first place. This is a lot I have to deal with right now and I don’t feel comfortable proceeding the way I am right now. I want to detail a few reminders and set a few boundaries moving forward:

1. Please don’t send me anything flirty/suggestive in my inbox if it pertains to me. It was cute and funny at first, but some of my asks right now are really graphic and it sounds like you’re just using me as a device for sexual gratification instead of being flirty in a silly way. It’s disappointing that some of you had to ruin it for the adults on here who did it as a joke.

2. Please don’t send me asks about anyone who’s not a member of skz. Your ask will be deleted. I’m not giving you the attention you so desperately seek.

3. I will be carefully combing through and blocking blogs without an age indicator later today. I haven’t had the time to properly do so in a little while, so if you haven’t already done so, please have your age in your bio or you will be blocked.

4. Queued requests will be slowing down as we head into the new year. I need to take some time for myself to find what’s going to work for this blog moving forward. Requests aside from that are closed and will be until further notice.

5. I will no longer be giving out my socials to anybody moving forward. It’s so unnerving to get a random message saying “x showed me your pics and you’re so pretty!” From somebody I didn’t deliberately share my socials with. Please do not circulate any of my social handles. If we were mutuals elsewhere previously, I’ve already blocked you, and I’m sorry I had to do so.

6. Lastly- my inbox is closed, sending messages on anon is no longer available to you all and the anon list will be updated whenever I decide to return.

I want to stay on this blog and I want to continue fulfilling requests, but some of you are making it really hard for this to feel like a safe space for me. I’m not a robot who spits out work every week, I’m a human being with a job and feelings and a life outside of this. This is just a hobby and you guys make it hard for me to even just consume stray kids content when I associate it with this level of discomfort.

That being said, this blog is on a small hiatus until I feel okay to start posting again. I’m sorry to all my regular anons who these people ruined it for, I’m grateful for all of you and I promise I’ll be here to lend a kindly ear when I’m in a better place. Rest assured I have a lot to fulfill me outside of this blog and I’ll be taking care of myself so we can reunite in good spirits when the new year comes around.

As for your questions, I can't actually be specific cos there's no definitive number I have in mind for either. Basically there are a number of sectors (you can consider them their equivalent of countries - they have less than what we do though), and a number of species of demon of which I've designed about seven of. The ones I've shown before are these guys (and do you think I could find this pic again? No, I had to recreate it cos for the life of me I couldn't remember what ask I'd previously stuck it in lol):

Glad you are enjoying the snippets of BP I've got here and there :D Here is an older ref on Izm back when i first got the idea (at that time i didn't really plan to do anything with it, it was just an AU. Now it's my main project haha. Anyway the ref is a little bit out of date in that regard.)

I used to have a "field guide" which was also made quite a while ago, unfortunately the death of Flash kinda killed it. Here's a screenshot of some relevant info from it though.

That's an interesting one as it's questionable how sentient souls are after removal 🤔 In my mind its only form is the smoke light, it can "see" to some degree and MIGHT be able to talk (but in a very no one can hear them sort of way, a la i have no mouth and i must scream. So i guess it can think "aloud"). The more time passes the less sentience it has.

It could try, though it wouldn't really get anywhere if it's in Rire's collection. He might just eat it lol.

They are similar to our known society for this! So basically, there are some good families out there (eg Zeke - who is a demon - is from a pretty average loving family), and there are some bad families out there who only care about power or having an heir or whatever.

HH Rire is a human. I differentiate between him and Demon Rire because they are two different characters...even though they are also technically the same character lol. You can consider them as alternate universe iterations of a base "Rire" concept.

I am sorry to inform you that a HH webcomic doesn't actually exist 😅 I did a lot of art, animations and one shots (such as the HHJ comics) with them, but nothing actually planned or serialised or anything. Whatever's currently on my DA or here is basically what exists.
