its 6am, i havent slept, im bored, so im posting a list of the mercs in order of whom i like the most and reasons why, because thats something i should do i guess?

here goes

(spoilers for the comics down below but either way i think im the only person on earth who has never read them before now)

~~~

~~1. Medic~~

reasons for being my favourite:

• fucking. look. at. him. 👌

• 'mad german doctor' is one of my favourite tropes and he is a pretty bang-on satirical depiction of it

• cute-ass german accent

• he has pet pidgeons hE LOVES HIS PIDGEON PALS THEY KEEP HIM COMPANY

• healers are the most respectable class imo and since Medic pretty much started it he's automatically the best, thats how it works right?

• he sold some random persons soul to satan in exchange for a ***ballpoint pen*** and can i just say, fucking mood??? (he is literally the "i'd sell you to satan for one cornchip" meme)

• "yes, Archimedes...I couldn't agree more." *shudders* b oi .. .

• so many more reasons to love this gross old doctor so little room in Tumblrs posts.

~~2. Spy~~

reasons for being my second favourite:

• cranky, done with everyones shit, just wants to be left alone, fucking mood

• he's a spy i mean c'mon. look at the swanky-ass suit, look at the class radiating from this asshole.

• he may be a dick but he has a soft side he's just too jaded to show it most of the time (see: Scouts death in the comics?? real tears. honestly wish they'd panned that out more.)

• masks are hot tbFH--

• he enjoys a nice glass of whisky by the fireplace and so do i (fun fact: france is the biggest importer of scottish whisky in the world so its a nice touch)

• shapeshifting is fucking cool are you serious like he can just. do that. what a legend

• "i have a cyanide pill in one of my molars, if i break it then spit some in your mouth before i die, we can avoid being tortured." *'heavy' bursts in to save them* "PFFTHBTHF--"

• "SEDUCE ME."

• arrogant frenchman is one of my other favourite tropes and this is the most arrogant frenchman ive ever seen

• he's the only fully sane Merc, maybe apart from Engie.

• people love to hate him bc he's an asshole but...come on. after working with all those other weirdos for years, you'd be pretty jaded too.

• as a gross shipper, he's the easiest and the most fun (imo) to ship with Medic (rip me)

~~3. Pyro~~

reasons for being my third favourite:

• would have tied with Soldier if it werent for that one picture of them in the comics holding a puppy over their head with the most adoring expression on their mask??? good Pyro. goodest Pyro.

• doesn't do much in the comics but makes up for it in pure charm. look at that soulless face and tell me you dont love it.

• ambiguous gender ambiguous gender amBIGUOUS GENDER AMBIGUOUS GENDER. she/he/they? trans? nb? whatever you headcanon, it'll never be confirmed so its literally up to your own imagination. fucking ace, Valve 👌👌👌

• likes to burn things. god damnit. they like to burn things, guys. but they enjoy it so much, you just cant hate them, you can only feel a sympathetic joy that this precious lunatic is having fun in their own little world.

• canonically mentally ill (schizoprenia? it could be hallucinogenic drugs but i like to think its schizophrenia.)

• pretty sure they burned a pair of pedophiles in the comics. at least i think thats what those panels were insinuating. "lets open an orphanage and have an endless supply of kids to--" sounds pretty red-flaggy to me tbh. plus they were the villains so, eh?

• bludgeoned a bear to death until its skull was pulp because it insulted their special interest. you go, Pyro.

• for a few bits in the comics they have a really cute family dynamic going on with other Mercs, Soldier for example."Miss Pauling, Pyros on my side of the car." "Miss Pauling, Pyro cut off my hand." fuckin' cuties.

• when they start putting on like 50 shirts to keep warm in the Russian mountains. chubby.

• a gas mask that can function as both badass, and completely adorable.

• just. everything about them. how could you not love them. they're not in the wrong, you are. stay away from my misunderstood child and let them burn things god damnit.

~~4. Soldier~~

look I'm sorry, I love Soldier and he was gonna be tied with Pyro but that fucking puppy drawing sold me.

• absolute gold every second he speaks. he could sneeze and i'll laugh.

• such a dumbass you cant get annoyed at him for it. like. just agree with him and move on. no point reasoning with a boulder. "haha! silly Miss Pauling, thinking theres different types of blood." Medic: "haha yes! indeed, silly."

• HUTTAH *NECK SNAP*

• i'm not American and even i can see how blatantly his character mocks stereotypical Patriotic Americans™. but its so dumb and laughable, its adorable.

• EVERYTHING ABOUT HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH ZHANNA IS A BLESSING. EVERYTHING.

• the first "meet the Mercs" video i ever saw was "meet the Soldier" so he holds a special place in my heart

• (preaches about experiencing the horrors of war; has never actually been to war. shh dont tell anyone though--) *neck gets snapped*

~~5. Demoman~~

• I'm Scottish. even though his accent is absolute garbage (no offense to the VA), any representation is very nice.

• Black AND Scottish?? i mean has a character like that even existed before TF2??? amazing example of representation right there. there are barely even any black people in Scotland, how did this happen. I love it. more of this, please.

• he's a drunk guy who blows shit up for shits and giggles and god I wish I could too, sounds like a miracle stress-reliever.

• his sassy black scottish mother. combining the stereotypical black mother with the stereotypical scottish mother is literally the best thing that ever happened.

• the bit in the comic where Medic explains that Demo can't remember what happened to his eye bc he scooped out part of his brain, and the look on Demo's face. just. the look.

• again, he's scottish, he's stereotypical, and he's awesome.

~~6. Sniper~~

• underrated

• piss jars. piss jars everywhere.

• "no dad, im not a crazed murdering lunatic, I'm an assassin. ...well one's a job and the other's mental sickness!!"

• "meet the Sniper" has kickass music

• ruffled gross old man who isn't actually old, he's just seen some SHIT

• actually given development in the comics + some really good scenes with Spy.

• so suave...so...handsome. handsome ruffled bushman. me like.

• he dies first in the comics but gets brought back and gets a cool-ass scar. and then he's just walking around naked everywhere for the rest of the comic. Medic, where the fuck did you put his clothes.

• isn't actually Australian. thats like one of the biggest twists in the comic. "no wonder i was never inhumanly strong and my chest hair didn't grow into the shape of Australia!!" Classic.

• says "bugger" a lot and i love that word

• he needs a hug, let me hug him. and give him a bath.

~~7. Heavy~~

I'm gonna be crucified for putting the big lad so low but i promise i dont dislike any of the Mercs. he'd be higher up but...ive never really liked big huge tank-men tbh :/

• loveable as fuck

• will murder you if you bully his puny little Medic

• i looove Russian accents omfg

• he like big gun. i can respect that.

• when Medic was killed and he went APESHIT on Classic!Heavy and I lost my fuckin' mind over that shit

• he probably has a soft spot for small cute animals. i love imagining him being swarmed by Medics flock of doves and petting them like "good bird...so many good bird..."

• actually smarter than people give him credit for???

• i really really wish his character was a lil more fleshed out but. that's just me. i love him but he doesn't have the same appeal to me as Medic or Spy.

• his entire relationship with Medic...ugh. yes. best friends and/or boyfriends. all good to me 👌

• he named his gun Sasha and that's adorable

~~8. Engineer~~

• gOD, FUCK, I REALLY WISH HE DID MORE IN THE COMICS. i barely know anything about his character. i like him a lot but...god, he...he doesn't...do.....anything.......

• he built a cool robot arm for himself and AI turrets and teleporter machines and guns that fire magic healing powers and immortality machines, in the 1960s. what. some kind of wizard fuckery is this.

• smoothest voice in the west

• "y'all"

~~9. Scout~~

oh god i really am gonna be crucified. i dont hate him i just. like him the least.

• shitboy

• reminds me of a shitty ex but also kinda relateable in a way

• some genuinely funny bits in the shorts.

• gross horny hetero teen boy with a god complex and serious daddy issues. also, he can't read. the "sex bom" tattoo on his chest will be an eternal testament to that. nice job, Spy. you raised him good.

1872 words, fluff, dance class!!!!!!! hao is a little shit

It had been a few days since you hung out with Minghao at his apartment. The two of you became closer by the second. It was really easy to talk to him, and he made you feel more than comfortable. Today, October 17th, was the day you would attend Hao’s dance class. English was your only class on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, so you woke up early just for this.

Y/n: hey hao, I’m on my way. Where am I going?

Hao: wait you’re coming today?? I forgot… y/n I don’t think it’s a good idea to come today…

Y/n: hao tf

Hao: im sorry hun… please not today.

Y/n: hao!! im coming today. Literally on the bus? I woke up for u :((( appreciate me plsss

Hao: can I call you?

It sounded serious so you called him and he answered right away.

“Y/n, I need to tell you something.”

“Hao, you’re scaring me”

“I…”

“Hao, I swear to god the fuck is up”

“I just wanted to hear your voice. Room 311.” Click!

This fuckin’ boy oh my GOD.

You traveled up the stairs to meet Hao. It was 9:24, a few minutes early. As you approached the dance room, you saw Soonyoung and Junhui waiting outside. Soonyoung had his arm laced around his boyfriend, Chan, and Junhui was leaning against the wall. Minghao was nowhere to be seen.

“Hey guys, fancy meeting you here.” You playfully walked up to the boys, giving each a hug.

“Y/n! What are you doing here?” Chan asked. It had been a long time since you saw him. The last time being at graduation. It was the first time seeing him on campus.

“She’s here to see her new beau, Minghao.” Soonyoung explained as he pulled Chan back into his arms.

“It isn’t like that…” You look to your shoes.

“Sure, it is, you napped together.” Junhui rubbed salt into the wound. You could feel your cheeks getting hotter every second.

“Well, I, he, uh… I had horrible cramps. He… he took care of me… he made me tea and gave me a hot pack. I fell asleep while he was in the shower and I guess we snuggled? Cuddled? I woke up in his arms. It was nice…” You trailed off as you brought your hands up to hide your blushing cheeks. Minghao walked up behind you and snaked his arms around your now exposed waist, kissing your cheek. This made you turn around into Minghao’s chest as you clung in embarrassment.

“Hey princess.” He giggled and tickled you, resulting in a flare-up of laughter from the both of you.

“It’s like they’re already dating. It’s been like, what, two weeks? Two weeks since you first talked?” Junhui drew out a cocky tone. That wasn’t usual for him, but you could tell it was only to get a rise out of Hao.

“Babe,” Chan says to Soonyoung, “They act like us.” Those two have been dating for years.

It’s as if Minghao was waiting for this moment, a certain segue to reveal what’s been on his mind. He shuffled a bit while keeping you in his arms.

“Hey, Y/n… listen. I know we haven’t been talking for long but I really enjoy your company. I like talking to you about what we read in class. You actually get me to go. I mean, I would still do the reading if I didn’t have to show up, I find it interesting. But anyways I was wondering if you wanted to hang out with me in a different setting? Maybe a nice café where we can talk and stuff? I just… Y/n I can’t stop thinking about you.”

“Hao, we’ve already slept together.” He took your face into his hands, cupping your cheeks. “I’ve been to your apartment.”

“Don’t say it like that! I held you in my arms as you slept your cramps away. It was special.” He smiled, “Plus, we mostly talked about Junhui and I during dinner.”

“Mmm, with that yummy Chinese food! Who’s so punk now?” You looked up with a sly grin, pulling him closer to you.

“My amazing fashion choices don’t mask my soft heart.”

The three boys nodded in agreement to the fact that Minghao had a soft heart, and it was even softer for you.

“I think we need to head into class now, it’s 9:31,” Junhui interrupted the soft moment. He turned to me, “Today we’re practicing our new dance moves. Us four are in a group for this assignment.”

“We have separate practice rooms, but we need to check in for attendance,” Soonyoung chimed in.

After the boys were checked in, it was time to head across the hall to Room 317. You sat on the floor close to the speaker Junhui brought. With Soonyoung’s phone plugged in, you became the DJ. After a few clicks, you landed on Chan’s work out playlist for warm-up stretches. This really was a group effort. Minghao commented before starting the actual practice session that “you’re a pretty hot DJ.”

“Shut up, punk. Just do your dance thing for me.” You acted like you didn’t care but it didn’t phase Minghao and he decided to join in on the fun.

“What is it, Y/n? Would you like a lap dance?” He sauntered over and sat in your lap, pressing all of his weight into your body. “Is this what you wanted?” He added as he peppered you with kisses on your cheeks.

“Hao… you’re crushing… me… haaOOWW HAO IT HURTS!” Being able to barely move, you tried to muster up the strength to push Minghao off but you both tumbled onto the floor laughing as he pulled you closer.

“Excuse me, but both our DJ and our dancer need to do their jobs.” Soonyoung walked over, pulling you both to your feet and dragging Minghao away from you. “Y/n, please play the performance playlist, it’s not too far down from Chan’s.”

“Alrighty, one performance playlist coming up.” You responded with a salute.

“That was cute, babe.” Hao smiled, resting his hands on his hips.

“Hao, you literally just asked me out and you’re already calling me babe. We haven’t been on a date yet.”

“And?” He started walking over and Soonyoung glanced over to Junhui and Chan realizing that not much practice would happen today.

“And you already pepper my face with kisses.” You said with a pout and crossed arms.

“Well, I don’t want to kiss your lips without permission.” Hao squatted in front of you.

“But my cheeks and forehead and nose are fine?” You retorted with a sly grin.

“Uh, you’re right. I’m sorry I should’ve asked.” Hao suddenly got flustered, falling onto his butt and running his fingers through his hair.

“Lol nah babe you’re good. I think it’s really cute.”

“Did you just say ‘lol’ out loud?” Minghao shimmied closer to kiss your cheeks again but was met with your hands blocking him.

“So, what if I did?”

“Hao, she just called you cute.” Junhui interrupted our cute competition. “Dude we have to practice for the performance, so kiss your girlfriend and get over here.”

Hao leans in, giving you a quick peck on the nose. He’s quick to stand up by hopping to his feet. Covering his blushing face with his hands, he joins the boys in formation, and whispers, “She isn’t my girlfriend yet.”

Junhui softly nudges his shoulder, “I know.”

The dance session was heated as the boys practiced over and over again, striving for perfection. The dance was intoxicatingly well executed and you were extremely impressed with the combined efforts. Their dance teacher was making rounds to the different teams and spent a solid amount of time helping. Around 12:15, the boys packed up their stuff and headed to check out before hitting the showers.

“Hurry and get your cute butt in the shower and don’t be late for class! Soonie, Channie, Junnie, it was nice seeing you guys. I can’t wait for the recital!” You hugged all of the sweaty boys and found a spot along the wall outside the locker room to sit. Class didn’t start for another 25 minutes or so, and waiting for Hao wouldn’t hurt, right? You hoped that he came out with enough time to walk over.

“I got the shower first and Hao whined, but he’ll be out in a minute. He’s singing his heart out in there too, quite the performance.” Junhui walked by and grinned, heading to his own class.

“He can sing?” You buried your burning cheeks into your hands.

“Are you okay, princess?” Hao suddenly showed up with his hair slightly wet and a towel around his neck. He changed into a more fashion forward outfit including a long coat to beat the cold, crisp air outside. He wore his black ripped jeans, keeping the outfit together with a tasteful amount of punk.

“You can sing?!” Immediately standing, you rushed toward Hao with wide eyes.

In a sing-song-y tone, Hao sung part of his performance track as he watched your jaw slack in awe. “Close your pretty lips, babe.” He kissed your lips as you brought your hands to his face. Hao bent down to be closer, and pulled your waist in. “I wish we could stay like this forever.”

“Me too, Hao.” You stopped and stared into each other’s eyes, smiling widely, before realizing that it was 12:43 and you definitely didn’t have enough time to sprint across to the building where your class was. It wasn’t too far, so you made a run for it. You stumbled into class, practically tripping over each other, as the teacher called attention for attendance.

As you settled into your seats, Hao behind you, he pulled out his planner and wrote his note for today. You noticed that he made notes sometimes and asked what he was writing. Hao turned his planner around for you to see: October 17th, I asked Y/n out and she came to watch me dance. I kissed her… I want to do it again. She’s my everything~

Blushing, you reach over the desk to hold Hao’s hand. “I want you to hold me…” You trailed off as you remembered that class was starting.

“After class, okay?” Hao spun you around to face the front of the room. Hao started to fold sheets of paper instead of paying attention to the lesson. He tapped your shoulder and whispered, “Psst, hey baby, when is your birthday?”

“In a week, why?” You whispered back.

“I only have a week?! Why didn’t you tell me sooner? I don’t have much time to prepare!” He went back to folding his papers. You looked back, contemplating if he was making origami in anything particular.

“We have school that day, we don’t need to do anything special.”

“But honey, you’re my special girl! Just because it’s a Tuesday doesn’t mean I can’t take you to a fancy dinner or something.”

“It’s been a few weeks, you don’t have to spoil me just yet. What are you folding?”

“Just some lyrics I printed off the internet, you’ll see once I’m done.”

He went back to folding, and you turned back around.

yun hyeran, a daegu native with an older and younger brother, an ambivert and an all around baby

tbh this is a copied intro from a few months back and i don’t have the time to perfectly incorporate her recently developed bg, so pls anticipate a small bio with that explained HERE

buT she became involved in music through her father, who studied it in uni and ended up becoming a music instructor with a focus on piano, flute and vocals

her and her mom.. also her older brother, didn’t have the best relationship when she grew older, which seemed to die altogether when her parents divorced and her mom left. but her and her brother’s still exists, it’s just that he’s a bit of a toxic influence on her and she tends to distance herself from him

went to uni in seoul to pursue music like her father ( a daddy’s girl too like ) and found her way into the world of production !! by junior year, she’d transferred out of her original program and majored in that instead and has loved it ever since; she recently graduated

moved to gangnam bc.. idk, she just wanted to KDFJSGLGKFD

impulsive brat

would visit jeju island when she was younger bc her aunt lived there

she adores said aunt, her dad’s sister and the maternal figure she Deserves, so overall jeju holds a special place in her heart

for the time being, she works full-time as a barista at the café just a block from her cute little studio apartment while looking into internships at record labels for her to take on a little further down the line ( no rush bc it’s already quite competitive and she’d rather enjoy what she has going now )

she’s also making something of an income as the creator of an acct on youtube and soundcloud for her music, something she’s had for abt two years now

she’s not even close to making it big yet, and she doesn’t mind if she never works for a moderately to highly popular label — though she should if she wants to get by

among the aesthetic, lo-fi music crowd ( one of those yt accts with a livestream for certain playlists that go on for hours, rip ) where for the most part, it’s personal faves mixed with her own works, and has a substantial following as of now. but has an interest in experimenting, with mashups ( as a lover of them ?? i couldn’t help myself sgflkdsjg ) for example, with a small fear of how that change would be received

this is so short now that i’ve shortened it immensely iK, it’s a little infuriating if you ask me ljkgdfjls

in terms of her personality and other things:

she’s a very loyal person, v e r y. while like i said ( and will elaborate on in her bio ), her relationship with her brother is Not Great, she hasn’t completely given up on him. maybe for the time being, but her being someone who’s open to the idea of people changing for the better somewhere down the line, leaves a bit of room for her to possibly change her mind if he does enough to allow her to consider it

so she can be a bit of a doormat in some cases, it all depends on how she sees the person that determines if that’s the case, but she generally won’t let you off if you’re being dumb/an ass to someone or if she gets advantageous vibes from you for example ( given she can.. be a little naive and is a p gentle soul ) so.. idk fgklsj good luck to the 99% ig ??

she does have a slight dependency on others despite her thinking all signs point to the opposite, and even though her and her mom never rly had a good relationship she still reels from the neglect/abandonment some days so handle her with Care if she deems you a close pal

spontaneous tbh, moving to gangnam was a little last minute on her part, for one

she’s a bit reclusive when focused on something, if she tells you she’s working on a track, it’s essentially a head’s up that you might not see her for a couple of days depending on how soon she gets it done — lowkey that bitch™ who makes up an illness to her boss, so she wouldn’t even show up for work if it’s more than just her fucking around

bc admittedly, a lot of what she posts is fucking around and liking it, her more thought-out and effort packed projects are hidden away on her laptop

a bit insecure with her work and just her general disposition ?? those first few points above mess with her a lot and leave her disheartened so.. my poor child

v strong overall, takes people’s shit and if it gets to her, she gets over it p fast. doesn’t dwell on much and will be courteous to you even if she’s declared you too toxic to stick around 24/7

isn’t exactly one to get angry ?? she’s basically just disappointed or annoyed at best 99% of the time, it takes a lot to get her beyond that

positive, ugh. maybe not sickeningly sweet, but still. kinda explained parts of it above and i’m 95% gone mentally rn, gotta spare that for other little details gsjklf

a cute bean who wants the best for everyone

uhhh

has a good understanding of english, her mom’s an american national so she grew up with it being spoken in the house at times

prob speaks it better than i speak french, but still wouldn’t consider herself fluent

plays piano and bass guitar, but knows her way around a flute and tenor sax ( you don’t know how tempted i was to say clarinet bc of jiwoo gjflkgds )

prob had some kind of little amateur rock band with a few music majors and took up bass for the hell of it lmao

loves animals, leans towards cats or big dogs. corgis and those little spaniels get a pass tho

speaking of, she has a cute little calico kitten ( i’m shit with pet names so if lucy sounds lacklustre.. you know why rgkjls ) who she Loves, her baby !!

sweater, ball cap and basic t shirt junkie

those glasses somin’s been wearing a lot of lately ?? hyeran wears them too but.. actually needs them, not even close to a fashion statement

doesn’t don much makeup unless someone’s dragging her to a party or something

thaT’S when she looks a little more like a classy early twenties bitch.. which lbr, is hard enough when adulthood is a whole Train Wreck for the most part LGFJSDL

not a heavy drinker, but the textbook definition of a lightweight so.. she’s always praying for anyone who has to deal with her dgfjklsfg

lattes are her livelihood

a bit of a hopeless romantic, just a bit, but god help her nonetheless

her favourite subject in school was literature/writing and reads quite a bit on her breaks at the café

favourite music genres.. it’s easier to say what she doesn’t like/finds boring, which is prob country and some aspects of edm/pop, not into punk/metal either

these are super basic but.. i’ve gotta get myself together for the day so this’ll do for now i hope ??

(RIP). dan and phil as hedgehogs #content. new danisnotonfire video: Dan Takes Quizzes About Himself. phil tells us dan wants a weasel to nibble his finger? dan liveshow! (dan’s the monkey and is into friendly kisses). dan gets laughed at by an immigration officer for being an emo fuck. dan and phil #spotted at a botanical garden (pic with some fans) and pretty pics of phil from dan (one and two). phil wants the unicorn frappes. dan finds a very phallic cocktus. dan and phil go to the science and art museum! (one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen). aesthetic instagram posts of sparkly rooms and matching captions (dan and phil). new gaming video: THE YASUHATI SINGING CHALLENGE (ouchie v v loud boyes almost as if they are moving and don’t give a crap about noise complaints! also toxic covers more of those please). the roar door from phil (and extra aesthetic pic). dan’s an aesthetic bae amirite. dan thinks he has to post cute selfies with an ironic caption to justify them but really he should just post his shamelessly cute selfies all over the shop.

fourth week (22-30): phil and sad movies on a plane. phil does not like olives (what a weirdo). phil’s about to eat a cookie (cockie) bigger than his face so this week is off to a good start (also wowie it was a good week). dan shows up on bryony’s insta story. phil has a laminated hit list. dan’s a wavey dude and i love him :(. dan tweets a warning before the shitshow and i am crying as i type this. new amazingphil video: We're Moving Out (OKAY I CAN LITERALLY DIE NOW THERE IS NOTHING TO LIVE FOR THANK YOU DAN AND PHIL FOR MY LIFE AND IMMINENT DEATH I CAN’T EVEN BREATHE). dan enjoys ripping the metaphorical carpet from out under our feet good to know. so many boxes (queue many domestic tweets). the creepshot war continues (as does the increasing amount of pictures phil takes of dan). first joint liveshow in the new house! (highlights: uh phil only uploaded 40 mins of it because the rest was extremely laggy, new house is a duplex, no dog because they are still renting #killphan, a dog will be adopted when a house is bought, glass wall, phil is keeping his room basically the same and dans room apparently looks like the moon, no apartment tour #killphan, new gaming room looks about the same, dan and phil airplane adventures include rude people and dan not playing eye spy, dan loves museums and zoos and phil says they always have to see every single thing, two lounges in the house?, phil wants a fish, lester holiday after playlist, no more one direction poster #killphan, phil really likes harry styles’ new music and i have ascended, cheeky dan video from the old apartment coming soon, the new place is not a forever home, dan’s hair is soft to phil, dan is trying to peer pressure phil into painting his nails). they bought a giant floof. new dan and phil merch (mostly just japhan remakes but also aesthetically pleasing hats). first gaming video in the new house: If Dan and Phil were Girls?! - FACE APP. dan’s hands and phil’s elbows #spotted on bryony’s insta story. first interaction with the neighbors was them asking phil to not feed pigeons on the balcony (THEY HAVE A BALCONY?!).

As far as adults go, at least, so you notice it more when someone does pay attention to him. Every time Aizawa defends him or takes note of his mood worsening or acts to make him grow and settle things and heal or whenever he believes in him and trusts him - and whenever Bakugou nods and apologizes and accepts his advices and critics and trusts him back, I die a lot, that’s so great orz

basically, Calix has been dating this girl for a while now and they’ve gotten serious but their relationship is not working out because she is a mess tbh and they love each other very much but they are not good for each other

Calix isn’t emotionally receiving or helpful he’s very blunt so they end up splitting up because she doesn’t need a relationship

Adella is a mess basically

the program she was recruited for made her very successful, very well known in her field and in a lot of ways, among common people

but downside is there was a lot of government dirty work she was kind of pressured into doing

there’s also a lot of hush hush skirmish’s that have been occurring that she had to stop

she’s been struggling with depression for a lot of her life and she has PTSD so when her contract is up she decides to take a break™

her and Calix’s relationship kind of falls apart but she’s friends with Tamara and she’s like I need to leave somewhere and get out of this messiness, i’m going to move back home (Canada)

she doesn’t think that Adella shoudnt be on her own, she wants someone to supervise her and make sure she doesnt accidentally starve or smthn

“Hey you guys got an apartment with an extra room?? Can you take in my friend for a while, she’ll pay rent, she has a job she’s just trying to find a nice place to live but she needs to move to the area rn”

Adella shows up on their doorstep with the intention to live there for like 2 years

he knows Adella from school so he’s just kind of like hey its u whats banging girlie

he basically just treats her like normal and she is so appreciative

basically they become SQUAD i love them and thats the beginning of my story and thus ends background

the morning after

about five of my friends and i were just casually chilling around the coffee table @ 3 am last night (morning) talking about what we would do if any of us ever hooked up with harry. don't ask, idk either. but that’s how this got thrown together. i should be doing homework right now btw. i hate harry styles a lot (jk i love that bitch)

WARNINGS :: a lot of this is literally just “texts” but you know i like to think i have a sense of humor so :-) like i said this is what i, ME PERSONALLY, would do if i ever hooked up with harold (lol) soooooo keep that in mind lmfao.

don’t know how i feel about this one (questions my entire thought process) but hey! it’s something and i haven't posted in a while :) enjoy (;

He gets a playful shove and the roll of her eyes as she tries not to laugh at that. What a fuckin’ dork (which, in truth, just makes him all the more perfect to Y/N.)

“You’re a comedic lad, aren’t ya?”

She didn’t get crushes very easily, but it seems Harry was just the right amount of charming to have her falling faster than Alice did chasing after that damn rabbit.

Y/N doesn’t do one night stands and Harry truly and honestly believes she’s a proper angel or something.

It was the light streaming in through the enormous glass window that woke Y/N up from her slumber. She felt completely at peace, the atmosphere she was in creating the perfect ambiance for her restless early morning thoughts.

That is, until she realized where she was. Well, not that she really knew exactly where the fuck she was. Because this house is definitely not her tiny studio apartment and there’s no baby Siberian husky at her feet that usually kept her company during the night and made sure to wake her with a slobbery kiss and there was no (annoying) roommate to wake her with the sounds of God knows what.

Needless to say, Y/N had no idea what she was doing here.

She vaguely remembers what even happened last night, if she’s being quite honest. Something about an award show her boss (whom she was an assistant for) dragged her to and a whole lot of famous people.

And that’s exactly what makes her eyes widen and her eyes dart over to the sleeping man next to her. His bare back was facing her but she knows those tattoos from anywhere and - oh shit, he’s rolling over!

Y/N doesn't mean for her mouth to drop in pure shock when her guess of who was next to her turns out to be accurate.

Holy fuck, I hooked up with Harry Styles.

His eyes were still shut tight and she really doesn't think she’s ever seen any boy look so peaceful in her whole damn life. He looks beautifully fucked out and Y/N smiles a sly smile with the remembrance that she’s the one that did that to him.

Yet, that doesn't stop the adrenaline coursing through her and her mind raising a mile a minute. She really hopes he’s a deep sleeper when she tip toes over to her forgotten purse. She rolls her eyes when she spots her undies quite literally hanging from the lamp sitting in the corner of his bedroom.

Y/N wasn’t always one for one night stands. She had always gone with the boyfriend route. Any boy who was ever interested in her knew you had to make her feel like a princess much before any clothes would be coming off. And so they did that. She’s had over 5 boyfriends in the past 2 years and maybe it was her fault she kept falling for assholes but Y/N really think she has the words “hurt me” and “break my heart” tattooed on her damn forehead or summat. Because none of them ever worked out. The longest relationship she’s ever been in was three months and that ended about 2 weeks ago when Y/N caught him cheating on her with her roommate (she also needed to seriously look for a new roommate).

Her best friend Celeste told her the easiest way to forget about a dude was by getting another dudes attention.

Maybe that’s exactly what Y/N was doing.

She peers back at the bed with, sure enough, a knocked out Harry Styles still very much asleep. She grabs her phone out of the small clutch she had brought to the event with her last night and texts Celeste with emotions she doesn't know how to describe raising through her.

And so with the roll of her eyes and a smile on her lips, Y/N swiftly makes her way back over to the bed, so quietly you might question if she was supposed to be some sort of spy in a different life.

It’s about three minutes later when his eyes start fluttering that she puts on her best acting impression of someone who totally didn't just text her best friend asking about hook up advice.

Harry’s hands go to his eyes and he’s blinking and wiping the sleep away when he gets a glimpse of the mile long legs next to his. There’s a brief flashback of last night where those same legs were wrapped around his hips in the car on the way to his flat after - fuck, what event even was that? Her tantalizing physique making it nearly impossible for him to wait to just fucking rip the fabric of the dress off.

He shakes his head of the memory, glancing to the right angel next to him.

Her hair was draped perfectly around her face resembling a halo or summat and Harry really doesn’t know what to call the emotions coursing through him.

She’s beautiful, he decides. Completely and irrevocably beautiful. Harry’s heart does a weird twist and he has no fucking idea what it means but he can’t find a reason to dislike whatever was happening. He quite likes the feeling, actually.

He doesn't know what the fuck to do, though. Wake her? Let her sleep?

If only Harry knew she was in the exact same situation minutes ago.

He opts for leaning over and cuddling into her with a lingering kiss to her cheek. (Y/N was quite the actress, wasn't she?)

Her eyes slowly blink open as if she’s been asleep for a decade and then they meet with his.

Her eyes roam from his eyes to his lips, from his eyes to his lips, from his eyes to his lips....

The next thing Harry knows is that they’re kissing. Much less fervent than last night but the drive is still there and he was over the moon about it. Her giggle causes the dimples to shine through as she broke the kiss.

They probably just stared at each other for a good couple of seconds before he muttered the first sober words, “Mornin’, love.”

Maybe they were both dissociating the fact they were proper strangers. Proper giggling like they’d been dating or something - how absurd. But neither Harry or Y/N really seem to have a care in the world about that.

His voice was thick and raspy and Y/N never knew British accents were her thing till now. She could get used to this.

But then realty sunk in.

He’s Harry Styles. He’s a multi-milonaire with enough female attention to have a one night stand every night for the rest of his life and then some, if it did fancy him. Y/N couldn't be anything special to him. Right?

“I should.. I should probably go, right?”

His eyebrows furrow and those dimples are no where to be found when her question is asked. Maybe Harry was wrong, maybe she didn't feel the same way.

But God. He doesn't think anyone has ever successfully made him feel this fucked out in a long time and the fact her beauty had him proper stuttering over the next thing he said to her was proof enough of how he felt.

“What’s the rush?” The way his words come out so very somber (replicating a wounded little puppy dog, and Y/N’s heart almost breaks) causes Y/N to put a hand to his cheek as her eyes go wild in panic.

“Didn't- didn’t mean it like tha’! Swear. Sorry, I’m just.. not really used to this kinda thing.”

Harry’s eyes shine at that as lips turn upwards, “Whatcha mean by tha’?”

“Like,” she motions between the two of them, “I don't hook up.”

Harry wouldn't admit that actually makes him all the more attracted to her. She definitely wasn’t inexperienced, that he already knew. Far from that, if he’s being frank. But it might've tickled his tulips a bit too much with the information that she hadn’t accompanied too many blokes in their bedroom affairs and he’s seriously relieved about that. Not that he has any room to be jealous of her past lovers... but he is.

The hand that was resting on her hip squeezes playfully as he chuckles a very boyish laugh that makes him look years younger. Y/N is a bit too enamored with how pretty she thinks he is. How long ago did they meet again?

“I try, my darling,” There’s a flash in his eyes and it seems he wants to say so much but settles with holding his hand out for her to shake and she’s confused till he speaks.

“M’harry.”

She grins with realization and Harry decides every time she smiles an angel defiently gets their wings. “Y/N.”

And so they shake hands with eyes full of a lustful kind of love and hearts full of gold.

“Nice to meet yeh, love.”
