It was more than perfect when I read those posts on my best friend’s 50th birthday . It is going to take huge courage for me to take the leap but I choose to believe in myself . The recent life encounter really made me think and reflect . What does life mean to us ? What is the life about ? What should we do and what we want to do certainly has the gap . We often ignore the gap and do what we should do . Let’s call it the middle life crisis . At the age of 44 , I decide to go back the university to pursue another new qualification that I have always have my eyes on . I really don’t know how this is going to turn out and I am not sure what is going to lead me . But ultimately, when we choose to immigrate to another country for whatever reasons , having the freedom to make choice about our life at any stage has always been the root as I believe .

This is Our Life: EMBERGENCY UPDATE

Totally just got visited by the police.

Someone, near where Gwen works, keeps calling the police on us and our bus. This time that it was abandoned and we were promptly notified that we need to get the plates changed over to us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!

Through our research we are going to need an additional $500 to get it so that we can drive it. NOT INCLUDING INSURANCE!!!

We need help. We have been threaten by the police that if we don’t get it done in the next 24 hours we will lose our bus, they will tow it away and impound it.

I also need to get my driver's license back which will cost us about $480. All of this needs to happen ASAP!!! We need help!!! Our PayPal is littletransgirl18@gmail.com Please anything helps!! We got so busy yesterday I completely missed posting for #nationaldogday but since that day is everyday for us I’m not really late to the party right? And also since a good majority of the photos we take of our fur babies involve untangling leashes and trying to get them to look at the camera here it is...real life. Today was hectic and somehow kiddo and I magically pulled it off. Scenario was: me having to work from 9 am to 1pm Him: basketball game from 10 am-11am Plus auditions at 10:10 am Plus coaching the littles at 1:30 PM Talk about scheduling conflicts. So we talked about learning to advocate for yourself and asking for help. He will have to sacrifice something. I drop kiddo off an hour and 20 minutes early to the auditions with instructions to ask for an earlier time if someone cancels. I leave for work. 35 minutes into my shift I get a call, he got in earlier and he's done, my manager is sweet enough to let me leave, go grab him, he rips off his clothes in this picture and underneath he has his basketball uniform. We pull up to his game with 10 minutes before it starts. Instructions are to ask someone nicely if they will bring him to me at work. I high tail it out of there and make it back to work before anyone notices I'm gone. 11:30 baby boy walks in, a nice mom dropped him off. He crams the lunch I packed and anticipated he would need and then heads off to rest at the Y for a few while i work. At 1pm he heads down to warm up the littles and coach his game. By 2:15 we are both exhausted and leaving. Also completely amazed at what seemed impossible at 7am became the easiest day because everything came together. Two-part UPDATE!!!! Thanksgiving: Well for Thanksgiving we didn't go anywhere due to our situation we had a wonderful sandwich that our dearest Kimmy made for us and we went to sleep early. We didn't do very much and it was a very emotional time for all of us. We wanted to list a few things we were thankful for even though we are at a small stage in our life. Eachother: with out one another we all would not have survived to see this years holiday season. Stella and Nova: with out them our situation and things we went through would of been much worse, they have improved our lives probably just as much if not more than they benefited from it. Our home/the Bus/Lilly: So many reasons I cannot account for. But for being there when we needed a home. (Yes, we named her Lilly) Our extended families: no matter how estranged and sometimes nonexistent And You Tumblr: What you as a community have done for us is beyond anything we could ever hope to give back, from emotional support to financial support. You all are amazing, wonderful, and full of surprises! We try to help as much as we can when we are able, and you guys have shown us, we are not alone in that endeavour. PERSONAL UPDATE: I hate to ask especially on black Friday, but we currently need $360 to pay off Kimmys license ASAP so we can make sure the bus isn't towed and drive/move to California for my job interview, by the first of December. Kimmy has the cheapest license to reinstate and Gwen won't be able to reinstate her license till after the 4th of December. Towards the end of December, we hope to be getting some money from a family member that should definitely help us fix the bus and get my license back. I got a second interview for an assistant manager position in Santa Cruz county. Just near the water I might add!! It is looking to be a good thing and I am excited but as I said we need the temp tags for the bus, rv insurance, and Kimmy's drivers license. We have a plan, we just need the finances. Gwen's next paycheck is the 1st of December. We are going to have to wait another 3 days past the typical 2 week pay period. So we are super strapped for Money till then and we really hope the police don't bother us!!! Please we need support and help, I know you all probably spent most of your savings and bank account on Christmas shopping, but please anything helps!! Our PayPal is littletransgirl18@gmail.com!
