Thor is bored. Although he was slightly interested in this Ragnarök, he believed his fight would not even last a minute. A single swing of his Mjölnir is an absolute victory for the gods, and his opponent would be wiped away from the arena in a bloodied sack of crumpled flesh. He was not fazed by the revelation of Heimdall’s announcement that humanity’s representative was a six-eyed demon from the Sengoku era, the former Moon Hashira [First Name] [Last Name], or how the other deities claimed the unfairness of the situation. Despite the outcry, Zeus allowed this fight to be the first official match. 

A demon was born from the malice of mankind. It was only fitting that the Thunder Berserker would destroy it. To give an example of the gods superiority over the humans.  Heimdall blew his horn, commencing the beginning of Ragnarök. Thor did not think of it as anything special, nor did he care for the demon or that the demon was a woman because it would do nothing to alleviate his boredom. 

Oh, but what a fool he had been.

From the moment that his opponent unsheathed her sword and released the first form of her sword technique, everything changed. He used his Mjölnir to block the numerous crescent blades, and the demon used it as an opportunity to get close and strike at him. The blade swung vertically, clanging against the hammer. While Thor remained focused on blocking this attack, the crescent blades changed direction and struck his body.

Once on the right, two on the left, and the last one cleaved through his toga. Yet each blade had penetrated his body, drawing blood from the Valhalla’s Vanguard. Blood from a bored god. 

[First Name] blinked. “So…the First Form is enough to cause minimal damage yet your arteries and muscles are still intact. The body of a god is much more durable than I initially thought.” The demon adjusted her stance, twisting clawed hands around the handle of her sword. “Perhaps the Fifth Form would be preferable…then again, Lady Brunhilde would be upset if there is damage to the arena and the crowd.” She murmured. “Oh, well. I will not know until I try.” Six [Eye Color} orbs stared up at him. “Are you ready, Lord Thor?”

The crowd was stunned, as had been Thor…until his shock became excitement. And it only grew with each passing second that his and [First Name]’s weapons, tactics, and agility collided. She was not holding back, and neither would he. 

How could he, after he had finally found an equal? The one person who would make his life exciting again? He wanted this fight to continue if it meant he had another moment to clash against his beloved Moon Hashira. 

Alas, nothing lasts for eternity. 

Their fight ends in a draw, much to everyone’s shock. But Heimdall’s announcement did not deter [First Name] from running towards him with her sword, pushing the last remaining energy into her speed to land one more, just one more strike to give humanity a chance to survive against the gods. 

Such a gesture only made Thor’s heart flutter in adoration as he sidestepped the attack, stopping the blade’s trajectory with his bare hand.

 [First Name] was about to exhale another breath, to release another form of her beautiful fighting style, when Zeus officially (and reluctantly) declared that the first bout of Ragnarök is a stalemate. The two of them will fight later on as a tie-breaker. 

If it had not been for Brunhilde’s interference, [First Name] would have ignored the supreme god in favor of finishing the job. Thor watched the woman reluctantly withdraw herself from him, sheathing her sword and walking back to humanity’s corner with a slight limp in her gait. 

The Moon Hashira was covered in sweat, blood, and burn marks from the backlash of Mjölnir’s attacks, yet she held her head high with a composed expression. Yet the Thunder God could sense her anger. She was upset that their fight had come to an end like this. She wanted to keep going until one of them was dead.  

Yes…there is no doubt in Thor’s mind no longer. [First Name] [Last Name] is his soulmate. And he will do anything to keep her at his side, even betray his brethren to fight alongside the humans. He wanted her, he needed her to feel alive.

He did not want to be separated from the former Demon Slayer for a single moment. He did not want anyone taking his precious person away from him, be it a god or a champion of humanity.

Once he was healed, Thor would seek out Brunhilde. Knowing cunning and desperate she is to save humanity, it would not be too hard to make a deal with the Valkyrie, wouldn’t it?

Bonus Content: 

Following her fight against the Norse Berserker, [First Name] would spend each day training. She had truly believed that her imprisonment in Helheim, battling against other demons in a battlefield made from fire and brimstone before Brunhilde had brought them here to Valhalla, would have made her stronger…yet it still wasn’t enough. 

To reach a stalemate between two warriors would be considered dishonorable when she had been a human woman. But it was even worse to turn your back against humanity and become a demon because you feared death so much. That was what she had done. 

Now…she had a chance to prove that she is much more than a disappointing sibling who would forever live in the shadow of her prodigal little brother. Lady Brunhilde has been given her this opportunity.

And she will not disappoint her new master…or would it be more appropriate to call the Valkyrie a ‘business partner’? Wasn’t the reason that the first fight between her and Thor had gone swimmingly…is because that the gods remained oblivious to what Brunhilde really had planned for this battle?

After all, they still believed that there is no weapon that can harm a god. To know that their strongest god would be defeated by a demon who wasn’t blessed with a Divine Weapon…wouldn’t it make them feel even more inferior?

Loki was surprised that you could be so sweet, kind and caring even though Muzan killed your family and made Nezuko a demon.

Even if it's all better now he is still surprised.

Thor isn't one to show a lot of feelings, but his girlfriend always knows when he's not well.

The only way to tell that Thor is sad is to look into his eyes, his eyelids become more droopy and his eyes lose their shine, as if he is crying.

He loves it when his beloved gives him kisses on the forehead and hugs, her perfume calms him and she's the only one who can make him smile

He'll just accept your hug, snuggling in your arms while you comfort him with your cuddles and forehead kisses until he gets better.

When you leave, the God of Thunder is redder than his hair ❤️

Hades 💀

Another who doesn't show many emotions.

The King of the Underworld doesn't talk when he's sad, but it's easy to tell by his drooping head, his distant gaze and the way he caresses his cockatoo in a rather lazy way.

At first he'll pretend it's no big deal, but once you notice his behavior and go to comfort him, Hades won't let you leave anytime soon.

Unlike Thor, Hades holds you in his arms, burying his face in your hair or your neck, smelling his Queen's scent as he calms down.

As soon as you leave he will start to vent to his cockatoo, talking about you 💙

Heracles 🦁

Oh, poor boy. He is the most expressive of all

Heracles doesn't hide his emotions and he usually goes after you for comfort, hugging you tightly and letting his emotions out, even crying depending on the problem.

Then he'll stay quiet in the hug, a pout on his lips as he holds you like a puppy...

He is absolutely over the moon with the kisses you give him on the forehead and your hugs!!

Congratulations, now you have this demigod wrapped around your fingertip, and Ares has his best friend telling him how amazing his princess (you) are!! 🧡

Let's see what we can do~

⚡Thor is generally a quiet and apathetic person, caring mostly about fighting only and putting everything else on a second place.

⚡Still, he's not ignorant to the happiness that you bring him simply by being in his presence.

⚡Only around you, can he feel fully at ease and calm.

⚡Keeping his head on your lap, playing with his hair while you hum a lullaby or read him a book is one of the few things that can offer him bliss.

⚡He loves holding you in his arms - You're so small compared to him, he can't help but feel the burning need to protect you from any kind of harm.

⚡Though, realistically speaking, there is little harm that could reach you, considering nobody would be dumb enough to even think about attacking you, let alone do such a thing.

⚡He doesn't care much about Odin's opinion, but he's rather pleased when he mentions approving of you - Not that he'd change him opinion if he disapproved, but he might have started a war with his own father.

⚡Since he's so tall, he ends up putting you on his shoulders often, so you can see things from above - The horizon during twilight especially is a most beautiful sight to witness.

⚡He appreciates the sky during all phases of the day, and would like to lay on the grass next to you and just relax, watching the clouds pass by, or pointing out constellations at night.

⚡You're the only person he allows to touch his hair, and even braid and put flowers in it - He'd rather not have other people see him, but if they do and comment something that might upset you, well... They're dead. He'd prefer to avoid the erasure of a whole pantheon though. He doesn't much like to subject you to too much bloodshed.

⚡He wants to make sure you live a happy, fulfilling and peaceful life.

⚡That's also why he hardly ever argues with you - He'd rather remain silent or agree with you, rather than confront you about something. Usually, there's barely anything worthy of fighting over, so he diverts the subject or just does whatever he wants regardless.

⚡But when he votes against mankind, and he sees you bursting into sobs, getting out of the council, he feels upset that he spurred such emotions in you, when he only ever wants to make you smile.

⚡He explains that he holds nothing against humans and just wants to see if humanity has any warrior worth fighting, but it doesn't console you at all - His whims might destroy billions of innocent lives.

⚡He just sighs, not sure how to deal with this situation, and leaves, hoping you would calm down on your own.

⚡Thor never expected to be challenged so such a degree, let alone injured, by a mere human - No, a friend, Lu Bu, the most powerful warrior that China ever had. After their fight, Thor had such respect for him and his allies, that he decided that, whichever side wins, he would impose the safety of humanity, in his honour.

⚡As he exited the arena, he feels two tiny arms holding him in a weak embrace, and you crying in his chest, telling him how worried you were about him and what not.

⚡He was moved that you still loved him so much, even despite his contrary decision during the voting, and he knelt to your level, pulling you in a strong hug and kissing your forehead, reassuring you that he'd fight all the Gods to honour the man he just fought.

⚡He wasn't one of the Norse protectors of Mankind for nothing.

⚡Though seeing you cry, especially because of him, only reinforced the idea that he never wants to see you upset or in distress ever again. You are far too precious for him.

⚡Kisses with Thor are mostly gentle, because he's so strong that he fears hurting you, even though you're a Goddess like him. He's so used to destroying everything in a single touch, that being tender is a bit odd for him.

⚡He gets used to it quickly though, and he likes it.

⚡But more than that, he loves your soft hands caressing his face so lovingly, and how you managed to steal quick pecks from him. It was adorable.

⚡You're probably the only person to whom he would engage in small talk, or would tell random stories about his past, his fights and whatever other things he finds worth sharing.

⚡And though speaking of his feelings is not a subject he cares about, you may be able to occasionally hear him say a whispery confession, when he's sure you're asleep in his arms.

could we get headcanons for what jealousy looks like on apollo thor and poseidon??? do gods even feel jealousy?? and would they be possessive??

Most gods don’t feel jealousy, to do so would admit there is some sense of insecurity and we all know the gods aren’t insecure.

However! Apollo is a different breed. Apollo isn’t insecure, Apollo just wants to know who is possibly better looking or who/what dares to take away attention away from him. Like if one is going to be with Apollo you have to be ready to worship him in some fashion and when he doesn’t get that, there’s a problem.

Apollo acts: calm at first but the less attention he gets the more jealous he becomes. So it’s better to nip it in the bud before it worsens. Apollo won’t outright say he’s jealous but he’ll confront his beloved saying:

“Who is this person? I’ve never heard of this friend you speak of.” (It doesn’t matter if his beloved mentioned the friend or not all Apollo knows is himself, family and his beloved. Everything else isn’t relevant.

“Why don’t you stay with me? That friend of yours is nothing to brag about.”

“My sweet (Name), you haven’t been paying much attention to me lately. I haven’t done something to offend you have I? Because I can’t recall anything I’ve done wrong.”

Yes, Apollo feels jealous only because he wants to be the sun (the center of your world) in his beloved’s life and we all know there can only be ONE sun.

Would Apollo be possessive: if his beloved doesn’t clear things up, Apollo can be a little possessive if it goes on long enough.

I’ve said it countless times, but Thor is one of the most chill gods. You have to be really trying him to get under his skin.

Thor isn’t jealous of anyone or anything. Thor is also the one who doesn’t mind it if his partner is out for days on end and even with a friend no less.

To get under Thor’s skin his beloved has to KNOWINGLY (or innocently) flirt with someone and they have to do it in front of Thor. That’s Thor only time when he’ll draw the line and he gets jealous.

Now if his beloved isn’t giving time of any sort then their would be a problem and he would be jealous of whoever/whatever is taking his place.

“You’re spending a lot of time with that friend of yours.”

Thor is quiet but he’s the deadly quiet. When he speaks everyone listens. (Just like his father)

It’s better to nip Thor’s jealousy in the bud too, Thor is silent which means he takes a lot in. Good news is! Thor doesn’t get jealous often but when he is-comfort him…before all of Valhalla knows the the thunder god is not so happy.

Would Thor be possessive: No.

You’re more likely to make him mad than jealous. It’s just not Poseidon. He believes he’s perfect which means there’s no room for jealousy.

The closest Poseidon would get to jealousy is if he’s courting someone and they DONT choose him and chose someone else. That would hurt his pride a bit which would make him jealous for like 0000.00001 second but he’ll get over rather fast.

Another instance would be if this person took Poseidon’s spot, like if Poseidon and his beloved go for morning walks together and this friend is there…he won’t get a warm welcome from Poseidon. Hell, Poseidon might tell the person to leave to their face. Like, whatever Poseidon and his beloved do that is a tradition and someone is taking his spot it’ll just piss him off and then he’ll get a tiny tiny tiny bit jealous because how dare someone take his spot.

“Don’t invite that friend of yours for our walks.”

Poseidon is like Thor, quiet and calm but when he talks everyone listens.

Would Poseidon be possessive: No.
