A day late but idc. Its LEGOs.

Emmet is by far my favorite character in the Lego movie and I love his voice actor SM. Idc if they keep getting him to voice act for characters he shouldn’t voice act (big example is Mario) but it’s a movie, who cares if the accent is wrong. You guys see what Disney is doing, using colored people in live action films for characters that are light skinned, so why are so many people complaining about Chris pratts voice? At least hes good at voice acting 😭

I do love Emmet but currently he isn’t my all time favorite character. There is also something I realized, all my favorite characters are the main character and they’re really nice people who go through something traumatic. Moon? Almost killed 3 times in 2 movies. Emmet? Ended the world and almost “died” alone. Hiccup? Brother just watched the movies 😭 bros dad DIED infront of him, his own DRAGON whom he trusted killed his dad infront of him after getting his mom back. I know toothless was under the alphas control but it’s still sad.

Deku? Read the manga 😭 Robin? (Specifically dick) parents died IN FRONT OF HIM FALLING TO THEIR DEATHS 😭 basically all I can think of rn.
