Do you like their friendship?
reason:
and the lyrics given under the cut!
"When you're the best of friends//Having so much fun together//You're not even aware, you're such a funny pair//You're the best of friends
Life's one happy game//You could clown around forever//Neither one of you sees, your natural boundaries//Life's one happy game
If only the world wouldn't get in the way//if only people would just let you play//They say you're both being fools//You're breaking all the rules//They can't understand, the magic of your wonderland
When you're the best of friends//Sharing all that you discover//When that moment has past, will that friendship las?//Who can say? There's a way!//Oh I hope...I hope it never ends//'Cause you're the best of friends"

I decided to headcanon that the heartbreaking scene where Widow Tweed left Tod in the woods WASN'T the last time they saw each other; one day on Tod's birthday she starts wondering how's he doing in the wild and decides to visit the game reserve to see if she can find him. When she does, she's happy to discover that he started a family of his own. They spot each other and tearfully smile at each other before parting ways, with Widow Tweed feeling joy and closure that Tod found happiness.
I may or may not have sobbed while drawing this (I did. I most definitely did).

If I had a nickel in every movie or series I've watched had the "best friends to enemies" or "brothers to enemies" trope, I'll have a 3 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but in every movie/series I've watched so far always had those in every angst moments or for story plot.
Well at least some— had bittersweet endings while the others did not... I know there's more fandom out there with same angst trope but these three took 60% of my brain storage compartment, when it comes to this type of angst between two friends/siblings suddenly becoming strangers to one another.
Anyways, thank you for reading my random fandom yapping.

ANIMALS, ALL OF THEM (well, some)
I watched the Fox and the Hound at least 3 times now and I always, without fail, always cry when the widow says goodbye to Tod. So I also decided to draw the sp boys as animals cuz why not
