everyone: UGH its so stupid that my policeman is only in select theaters AND almost exclusively in the states, thats so unfair.

me, sitting in an empty theater 15 minutes from my house in nowhereimportant, ohio while my policeman plays on the screen:

I put 6 rosy red minnows and 3 bullfrog tadpoles into the pond and now every day I can see them darting about, hunting after mosquito larvae. :')

I guess I need to name them like we did the snakes. Tho. The fishes life expectancy... Well. It's greater than if they had been bought for their intended purpose (feeder fish.)

The man at the store was apologetic when I asked for them, because there were literally only 6 left, which would not have been enough for something else's meal... But that seemed like the perfect number for my little pond.

It's kind of like they got a new lease on life. Their job would have been to die... and now... it just might happen. Which hey. Same.

They looked a little nervous the first day, even with the little rock caves and the iris pots to hide between, so I added more duck weed, some water hyacinths, and I went to the beach and got a piece of driftwood to float on top and now they seem. Happy.

I also went to the first of the Toledo Night Markets, this one was at the botanical garden and it was fun. I need. To practice going to things like that. I messed up my purchase order of operations and bought myself some mint and a bouquet and then felt like I couldn't stay longer because the bouquet would be sad. Uhm. So I left after like an hour. But I DID get food and ice cream first. So.

And then of course it was my big brother's birthday and mothers day, so I saw my family, which was really nice...

I cleaned my house on Sunday. It just needed a good Tidy. Bits and bobs had started to creep out and form little doom piles so I busted them all and vacuumed. Finally took my Christmas wrapping supplies up to the attic as THIS WEEK I intend to ship the last of my VERY OVERDUE gifts. I have an unaccountable anxiety around post offices and banks (idk. I feel like they're going to arrest me.) So. I'm going to schedule a PICKUP. Which I have been informed is a thing. So.

It just looks fresh and nice. Makes me happy.

I watched. So much Doctor Who this weekend. Many thoughts. But really. It's just such a good show. Every time I watch it again I'm like... oh yeah... this is such a good show. I guess I'm thinking most about what it asks. Maybe in line with Tolkein... what the power/worth is of a single small soul. Who matters. Why they matter. Who 'your tribe' is...

so there's this weed that grew out of a crack in the road at an intersection by my house. so someone decided to decorate it and put lights on it. people began to add decorations and leave presents as donations. they turned it into a Christmas tree. it got bigger and bigger, and people dressed up as santa and an elf and waved at cars. now my mom's there caroling and the whole thing's received a lot of media attention. they call it 'the Christmas weed'. and yes, it has it's own merch.

Fuccboi- giraffe, imma be honest I named him this because I ran outta names :/

Elderly Bigfoot- gray longhair, a future custom project

Body snatcher- gray longhair, a future oddbody project

Jesús Mc.Crinkle- Santa, idk man I’m sleep deprived and just came up with the name

Grandma killer- reindeer, I don’t like my grandma and wish this furby was alive for... reasons lol

Little bastard- plain brown, one day he shall be long

Toledo- gray buddy oddbody, my first oddbody, he’s pants
