why are toll roads a thing like it's already there?? It's already been built??? It's a road?? Why is it sectioned off like that??? Why is the government spending money to build roads just to make people pay for the roads again but infinitely???? Is it not the government? Who builds these?????If you don't pay the toll you just have to go on a slightly slower road right next to it??? I think I don't know I don't drive yet

I’m so happy to find out that expendables fandom exists, but it was perfect if I did that in my 15 years yeah, I felt a little lonely having only one person (hi, Nate!) to share my crazy thoughts with… But I don’t see much more slash content there, why isn’t anyone shipping Barney/Lee, they are obviously like good old friends (probably with some benefits), and what about Gunner and his little Chinese bro, who jokes about having family in Expendables 2? I saw Toll Road/Hale Caesar fic once, and it was fluff! Please let’s do some stuff about team relationships, even if it will contain some OOC 😭

p.s. sometimes Russian localisations are dumb, but in case of expendables the word «неудержимые» fitted amazing to the franchise, in my opinion - even better that the verbal translation of the word “expendables” that in Russian will sound like «пушечное мясо»?

DM: Alright, it takes you the better part of a day to fly on your griffons to the small farming town of Forestville.

Hamish (playing Thaddeus): We ask for the mayor.

DM: The alderman sees you right away when he hears adventurers are in town.

Adam (playing Billie): I say, "We're here about the toll bridge."

DM: He looks relieved. He tells you that anyone who sets foot on the bridge is afflicted with a terrible curse.

Hamish: "What kind of curse?"

DM: They all seem to be in terrible pain and become very weak.

Tati (playing Seraph): Who's cursing them?

DM: Nobody knows.

Tati: Well, who collects the toll?

DM: Nobody knows. A sign told them to leave silver as payment, and anyone who doesn't pay gets cursed.

Tati: So who-

DM: They don't know! That's the quest!
