i didn't know the gold medal ice dance FD [by Tatiana Navka (who was married to Alexander Zhulin at the time) and Roman Kostomarov of Russia] in Torino 2006 Olympics was skated to Carmen
really interesting to watch back to back with VM's Carmen
ice dance was pretty different back in 2006 - it evolved soon after this so that lifts became much more acrobatic and involved more changes of position. it's surprising to see how little this team looks at each other, how connection is barely a factor in their performance. compared to now, there's much more emphasis on steps, blades on the ice. scoring was less inflated - they won a gold medal with PCS in skating skills like 8.0! GOE's of 0. unthinkable now lol
i don't mean to center everything back to VM, but the difficulty, the musicality, the brilliant choreo, their intensity and chemistry in their Carmen - they were robbed

olympics Y/N L/N dazzles in her short program, skating to Yiruma's "River Flows in You" on the first official day of the solo figure skating competition in Beijing. As of today, she is third on the leaderboard (the first American to have made it this far since Sasha Cohen in Torino 2006), behind the ROC's Kamila Valieva and Anna Shcherbakova.

lara.j.h go y/n go!
junebug27 she'd be in first if it weren't for Eteri's drugged up girls, but ya'll aren't ready for that conversation yet
anuyshaliva Kamila and Anna deserve to be in first and second. If Y/N wanted a better position, she should've tried harder.
amarantheazalea stfu girl the russians aren't gonna thank you for riding them yk 😒
junebug27 i said what i said. kamila was literally found to have drugs in her system after the team events concluded, and i wouldn't be surprised if anna and sasha were the same. i'm sure the girls are all very talented on their own, but Eteri breaks them. look what happened to evgenia. look what happened to aliona.
barbiegirl44 my mother breaks records wherever she goes, ya'll just wait and see 🥹

livandluke it's just a bronze, i don't see why everyone's so happy about it
lorabelle even "just a bronze" means you're the third best figure skater in the world 😒 considering what y/n was up against (and all the russian shenanigans going on) this season, i'm hugely impressed with her performance. besides, don't forget, she has a gold team medal too; she just hasn't gotten that one yet because they have to investigate the doping scandal first.
charles_leclerc very well deserved! congratulations @y/nl/n!

The Olympic Village Beijing, China
Her heart wouldn't stop its erratic thump-thumping. As she got out of the bath, wrapped herself up in a fluffy white towel, and threw herself onto the downy comforter, she couldn't help but try to trace her footsteps back; take deep breaths and try to calm herself down.
It was to no avail; the post-Olympic high was still going strong, and there was nothing Y/N could do to calm it down. She didn't know if she wanted to, even if the rapid breathing was getting annoying. She didn't know if she wanted to forget a moment more of this experience.
It had been such a wild ride, coming to Beijing. Y/N had never expected that something like this would happen to her. She'd never even predicted it in her wildest dreams. This had been something Cassie had always longed for, something Cassie had worked her whole life for, and somehow, the opportunity and the medal had been handed to Y/N. It didn't make sense.
She felt guilty for usurping that chance from her best friend, even if it was for sure that Cassie would make it onto the Olympic team in 2026 (It definitely wasn't for sure, but Y/N had to tell herself something to stymie the overwhelming contrition that flooded her every time she thought of Cassie getting fourth place at Nationals). Furthermore, she felt guilty for being where she was now, with so much less experience than her competitors.
Most people started ice skating at five or six. That was when Y/N had gotten her first pair of skates too, but she'd abandoned the sport until she was sixteen; until Cassie had graduated from the junior division to the senior, and had started seriously competing. Y/N had only started doing it as a joke, as a way to release tension from schoolwork and AP tests, but it had evolved into something else. Slowly, she'd realized that she actually enjoyed it, that skating on ice was akin to floating, or even flying. And then it became her passion, and - eventually - her job.
Y/N was here now, in Beijing. She had an Olympic bronze medal, a team gold medal (if the doping investigations would ever conclude), and a new fanbase who were eager and willing to be influenced by her, which was terrifying, to say the least. She had all of this, along with an F1 driver sliding in her DMs and inviting her to races - she had everything Cassie had ever wanted.
It was all so amazing, so good... But why did it feel so bad?

I’ve seen your a juventus fan so am I so maybe can I request reader and Kylian dating but reader is a Juve fan and when it’s PSG against Juve and juve lost and they’re basically out of champions league you feel sad instead of celebrating with your boyfriend and you kinda argue about it, like he’s disappointed because he wanted for you to cheer for him but at the stadium you wore Juventus jersey and he got mad but you got mad the most because in that moment he had no respect about your team knowing how much you love Juventus please❤️❤️❤️ Angst and some fluff at the end please thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
I’m Juventus number one fan so of course I can write about this🤭❤️
Plus I was so sad when Juve lost against PSG twice but still, I was happy for Kylian because he’s dreaming about winning the champions league sooo❤️
Anyway with everything that is going on with Juve I really need to write something about this so thank you so much for requesting this ⭐️

Juventus is better than you
You were born in an italian family where football was more important than Christmas or Easter. You were only 4 when Italy won the World Cup in 2006 but you remember it like it was yesterday. Your parents were both Juventus fan and growing up they often would bring you at the stadium to see their games so it was normal for you to be a Juventus fan now. You grew up loving those black and white colors. Every birthday you asked for the same things. Whether it was a ticket to their new match or a new jersey with your favorite player, Juventus was there. It sadden you when you had to leave Torino, the city where you were born and grew up in to follow your parents in Paris but you were only 16 and you couldn’t say no. Four years after, you were 20 and still living in Paris but with a plot twist, you were dating Kylian Mbappè. You’ve met him in a restaurant when he accidentally mistaken you for a person he was waiting for. You were pretty sure he wasn’t waiting for no one and he just wanted to approach you but he had no idea how. After that accident he wanted to “apologize” for his bad scene so he asked for your number and he took you out the next day. You started dating a few weeks after, it was love at first sight. You kept your relationship private for a few months but eventually paparazzi found out and you became “famous”. You didn’t mind it, people liked you. You were kind and spontaneous, always posting funny videos with Kylian on your tiktok and also opening your youtube channel where you talked about football. Nothing bad to say, you were pretty loved by everyone.
The only thing that Kylian couldn’t change was the fact that you weren’t a PSG fan, of course you always supported him at his games but you weren’t a fan. There was only one team in your heart and that was Juventus.
He was sad at first but after meeting your parents he knew it was in your DNA and he couldn’t do much about it. Instead he became supportive and watched the games with you. Always cheering with you when they won.
But your happiness broke down when you saw that PSG and Juve were in the same tournament for qualifying in the champions league. You knew it would have been hard for your team, not only because they had to go against PSG twice but also because they were facing Benfica, another strong team.
You really were speechless.
Kylian said nothing when he saw the tournament because he didn’t want to upset you. After almost two years of relationship he knew how much you loved Juventus, probably more than him.
The first game Juventus lost. You knew it would have been a hard match but did Kylian really have to score twice? He was so happy about it that you were pretty sure he didn’t care about your feelings in that moment and it made you sad. You knew how much he wanted to win the champions league but still, your favorite team lost and you couldn’t be happy for him.
The second game was worse. Juventus lost again but this time it was over, they were out of the champions league. Of course Kylian scored in that game too but you were so sad seeing Juventus like this that you couldn’t celebrate with him. What hurt the most is that you were back in Torino, your hometown where everyone you loved was there just to see Juve losing to PSG.
You wrapped your hands around your body, holding the jersey you were wearing closer to your body, the juventus jersey that your parents got you for your birthday last year.
You let a few tears fall.
You weren’t the only one, a lot of Juve fans were sad about the non qualification in the champions league but you were more worried about the fact that somehow you would have to face Kylian.
You knew he wouldn’t stop talking about it and you had no intention of listening him talking about his goal all night long.
You saw him celebrating in the pitch and he gestured you to come down and celebrate with him and his team. Instead you left the stadium, still crying knowing he would be mad at you for letting him celebrating alone when all of his teammates had their wives and girlfriends in the pitch with them.
You wanted to go back to your old home but you knew you couldn’t so instead you drove back to the hotel waiting for Kylian to arrive. You showered and changed, laying in the couch trying to fall asleep so you wouldn’t have to face Kylian but you were too sad about that night that you couldn’t fall asleep.
You heard the door opening, sign that Kylian was back from the game.
“Why didn’t you come down when I called you?” he asked you not even greeting you
“Well hello to you” you said sitting on the bed
“I’m serious…you made me look like a fool” he said dropping his bag on the floor
“I’m sorry I wasn’t in the mood to celebrate” you said sarcastically. Was he serious?
“You could have come down and supported me…”
“Not when you beat my team, you knew it that I wouldn’t have supported you tonight so don’t act surprised” you said angrily
“Of course you wouldn’t. I knew it but still you could have shown some respect to my team” he spat back
“Oh fuck off Kylian!”
“What? You’re mad because I won? You knew someone was going to win tonight and you also knew that it wasn’t Juventus…” he said with a venomous voice
“I’m mat because you’re not showing any respect! You won? Congrats! But don’t come here and spitting it in my face! I don’t give a shit if you won!” you said back and his face changed into mad to sad but in that moment you didn’t care about him
“I thought I had a supportive girlfriend by my side…” he said looking down
“You know I always support you! But tonight? You know I couldn’t…not when we are talking about my team, my city…Kylian you asked me too much tonight…” you tried to resonate with him
“Still, you can’t change the fact that we won and your team lost, you can’t stay mad at me forever!”
“No of course I can’t change the fact that we lost but it would be nice if you wouldn’t have to spit in my face every two seconds!” you said back
“Why? Can’t you be happy for me?” he asked you and you couldn’t take it anymore
“No Kylian! I can’t! Not now, not tonight! How would you feel if you didn’t qualify? You wouldn’t be happy so neither am I!”
“But I did qualify and all I am asking you is to be happy for me!” at his point you were both screaming but you didn’t care
“You don’t understand Kylian! I’m very proud of you but still, my favorite team, the team I’ve been supporting all my life just lost…why can’t you understand that?”
“Why can’t you understand that this victory was important for me uh?” he shouted back
“I’m tired I want to sleep” you said giving up, knowing you would have kept fighting
“No we are gonna talk about it!”
“About what Kylian? You won and Juve lost stop…”
“You didn’t even congratulate with me, I’m so disappointed in you right now!”
“Okay go on, say how much of a bad girlfriend I am because I didn’t support you tonight, say how much you are disappointed or sad or mad at me, it won’t change anything…” you started crying, all you wanted was for him to understand your pain
“Yes y/n I’m very disappointed in you right now…” he spat back
“I really don’t care” you said with a blank face
“I see that”
“You know, when I had no one Juventus was there, when I had no friends because I was the weird girl who loved football at school Juventus was there, you more than anyone should understand what I feel for this team and I can’t believe your blaming me for being sad that they lost…I’m very proud of you, I am, but this will take time…” you said crying.
He didn’t reply. He was to shocked to even speak. He let you do your things because he didn’t know what to say.
He was finally understanding what this meant to you but you already laid in bed, almost falling asleep.
“Babe…” he called you once he laid in bed next to you “I didn’t mean to snap at you…please believe me”
“It’s okay. I’m sorry I screamed too…I’m so proud of you Kylian, I am”
“I know baby I know…” he kissed your forehead “next week I’m taking you to a Juventus match hoping they’ll win this time” he said and you laughed.
You fell asleep in his arms with Kylian gently massaging your arms and kissing your cheeks. You loved him and that wouldn’t change but now he knew that Juventus was more important than him.

I go back and forth on which of these I think is the Nishigori side and which is the Toyomura side, but I have come to the conclusion that one pair of the triplets' grandparents own or owned Ice Castle (and if fewer than both of them own it now, it's because one or both of them is dead and left their share of rink ownership to one or both of Yuuko and Takeshi)
and one or both of the other pair of the triplets' grandparents worked at Ice Castle when Yuuko and Takeshi were kids (and if both, and/or if one or both of them skated there a lot, then their love story revolves around that rink as much as Yuuko and Takeshi's does, for the exact same reasons), and that's who taught Yuuri's first skating lessons
I think we found out Takeshi's and the triplets' ages in deuterocanonical something or other, not the show proper? I know there's an official art, I think from the fanbook, which lists the ages of Yuuko, Takeshi, and Yuuri as of the earliest flashback as 8, 7, and 5
Yuuko of course we heard is two years older than Yuuri as of March in ep 1, when Yuuri is 23, so we can pin Yuuko's 26th birthday to sometime between that March day and Yuuri's 24th birthday in November, probably on the earlier end because the same official source that gives us her maiden name says she's 26 and if her birthday is during the first few episodes then she's 26 for most of the series
Takeshi's 25th birthday must also precede the 18th anniversary of that earliest flashback, while being after Yuuri's 23rd birthday, but could still be on either side of Yuuko's birthday
I like the idea I've seen in several fics (notably @diedraechin 's but I've no idea who thought of it first) that the triplets were born during the 2010 Olympics, because it entertains me greatly to envision Yuuko, late in pregnancy and knowing triplets are usually early but still not expecting to go into labor until March at least, sitting in Yutopia dining area because they have the better TV, with Yuuri because Yuuko and Yuuri both wanted to watch the men's singles live
(and the Ice Ado trailer pins the 2006 Olympics to Paris, not Torino as in RL, which means Lambiel's YOI Torino Olympic silver was either 2002 or 2010; because in RL he came in 4th in 2010 Vancouver and 15th in 2002 Salt Lake City, it seems much likelier that Lambiel's YOI silver was from 2010 Torino)
and it's like three in the morning because time zones, so Takeshi is sleeping in Yuuri's bed (he'll watch the replay later) and Takeshi sleeps like a rock, and Mari and Hiroko and Toshiya are all asleep in their own beds and Yuuri won't dare risk they're not rested enough for work in the morning
and that is how Yuuri ends up missing watching Victor's Olympic performance live because he's holding Yuuko's hand while the triplets are being born
and because Yuuko is exhausted and Takeshi isn't there (and Yuuri is too stressed to process that the people asking him questions are assuming he's Yuuko's husband and/or the triplets' father), that is how the triplets get legally named what everyone was calling them during the pregnancy
...and given the history of the Victuuri romance, Victor on hearing this story decides it would be really romantic if he and Yuuri named their first kid Flip
(Yuuri, who has at some point witnessed if not personally experienced what happens when people think somebody's name sounds like something that's funnier because it's more hurtful, has better sense than that, but he does agree it would fit the pattern and be really romantic, so the kid ends up Filipp or Filippa)
(Victuuri kid 2 can be Sara or Sakura or idk, something that makes it vaguely plausible they'd go by Sally or Sal, which are also conveniently short for Salchow, or constructing the nickname by Russian methods gets Sasha which is already short for Aleksander or Aleksandra)

Aster is a stylized snowflake that is to convey the Paralympic ideals: the determination, passion, and courage of the disabled athlete. Aster the snowflake represents the uniqueness of each participating athlete.
The Gomdoori, whose name is derived from the Korean word for “teddy bear”, were the Paralympic mascots for Seoul 1988. While bears are commonly associated with wisdom and courage, the pair is depicted with their legs tied together, symbolizing the ability to overcome adversity through cooperation and to encourage mankind to work together peacefully and harmoniously.
Parabbit, a white rabbit with one green and one red ear. was chosen as the mascot to complement the logo. A competition was held among students to find a name for the Paralympic mascot, with “Parabbit” being chosen by 3,408 different entries.

Hi! I have been desperately wanting a skk figure skating AU and was expecting I’d have to write it myself but then I found out you have one! Please take this as an invitation to ramble about it, I am listening intently and taking detailed notes like this is a college lecture.
OMG HELLO
1st of all you must know that i actually have 2 versions of this au: skk medal count goes more or less the same but there's a diference
The au I have more worked and developed is a figure skater chuuya only, he's the skater, Dazai is his #1 fan and best friend since dippers, he ends becoming a teacher but he quite likes music, so some times he makes the arrangments for Chuuya's programs
That one is a simple one, Chuuya is adopted by Verlaine when he's 4 or 5, Verlaine is France top skaters, but he suffers an injurie during Torino 2006 and had to retire, so he become Chuuya coach
I love figure skating, I follow it all season so I know more or less about how ISU works and I wanted to keep it more or less realistic: under and over scorings, disliking some music, styles and all that
The only thing I'm more or less ignoring about the ISU is that here they're transfrindly weeeeeeeee Chuuya is trans here
Anyway back to the details Chuuya is also inspird by Yuzuru Hanyu, I'm biased and I'm not sorry
He wins a lot, gets a lot of world reconds and, since he's my fave and this is my self indulgent au, 3 consecutive medal titles: 2014, 2018 and 2022
He'll retire around 26 or so, becuse his style is really agresive, like he has a good technique and he takes care of his body, but he's been hiding injuries and trying quads since his junior days
he's such an artistic skater, deep edges, can do figures, so so so flexible and adaptable... he knows ballet, so he's really a pretty clasic 90s like skater, but with a punk side
Well, you've already seen my post about his programs: he chooses the music he wants, not the one the ISU would like to hear
This happens because, when he was still a junior, he made a deal with Verlaine: If i win the gold at junior worlds, I get to choose my music ALWAYS
AND HE WON
oh and kouyou also trains him, she's his choerographer
but like his brother he gets a bad injury during the Olympics, hide it, and it gets worst at words, so he needs surgery and he takes a whole year to heal
anyway after retiring he goes into coaching, and skk get to get marred and have a kid
also he's terrible at intweviews during his whole carrer, he doesn't have a filter
and he's plushie is of course a tinny dog
The other au is: ice dancers skk
because listen, I love ice dance, and I've been in this fandom since 2016 so you know, the moment i sat in front of my TV watching VirtueMoir skating to Moulin rouge I KNEW THAT WAS SOMETHING MEANT FOR SKK
I know dazai is strong, but I choose ice dancing for them instead of pairs becase I still think that, even if he's strong, Dazai is quite lazzy
They're insane in ice dance, they lifts are, so SO SOSOSO ACROBATIC, they're so in sync that it's scary
also win a lot, they retire a little latter becuse ice dancing is """""easier"""" so they stay in top until their 30s and retire
and well, the kid happens here too because it's my other self indulent thing, he borns during the covid seaons, so they only miss a season and half as they recover and adapt, do a few more seasons where a whole horde of uncles and unties take care of the kid while his parents win medals, and when they finally retire, it's in part so they can foccus on the family they're creating
oh and this chuuya (because i can never leave him alone) gets a small plot of having fribromialgia
the diagnosis is actually what makes skk switch from pairs to ice dance, so it won't take such a tool in chuuya's body
inspiration?? VirtueMoir, SuiHan, Smart/Diaz, Sara/Kirill (can you tell I love pair events???) they're so elegant
Like Poirier/Gilles?? I may have not liked them this season, but the last ones??? the elegance in their Vangoh one?? god insane, i want that for skk
they're elegant and risky and bold, as they get older they lean more in the Daisuke/Muramoto style, older figure skaters everyone looks up to and everyone loves
they're glued by the hip, never seen apart
The base of this one would be their kid in the futyre giving an interview about his parents, like a 10 aniversary thing of skk first OLympic medal, and we'll see their storie like a docuentary
(this is fun because one scene is the reporter showing an old video of skk to the kid and the video is an interview that goes like:
Reporter would you like it if your kid become a figure skater?
skk: no, they would like a sport easier and more natural for the body for the kid.
cut back to the kid in the docomentary sayinf that teehee, he did become a figure skater in the end)
and well that's more or less everything
SORRY IF IT¡S TOO MUCH
also my dms are open if you want to talk

Are we going to get hit?? The Apophis asteroid
Apophis is an asteroid whose orbit passes close to Earth and this caused a brief period of concern in December 2004, as initial observations indicated a 2.7% risk of it colliding with Earth on April 13, 2029. Subsequent observations provided improved predictions that eliminated the possibility of an impact with Earth or the Moon in 2029. However, until 2006, the possibility remained that Apophis would pass through a so-called gravitational "keyhole" during its approach to Earth , a small region about 0.8 km wide that may alter the asteroid's trajectory and cause an impact with Earth exactly seven years later, on April 13, 2036.
Tumblr media
This possibility remained at Level 1 on the Torino Impact Hazard Scale until August 2006, when the probability of Apophis passing through the keyhole was determined to be very low. By 2008, the keyhole was determined to be less than 1 km wide. During the short time it was considered a major concern, Apophis set the record for the highest rating on the Turin Scale, reaching level 4 on December 27, 2004.
Tumblr media
The diameter of Apophis is, according to 2014 observations, about 370 meters. Preliminary observations by the Goldstone radar in January 2013 ruled out the possibility of an impact with Earth by Apophis in 2036.
As of 6 May 2013, the possibility of an impact on 13 April 2036 had been eliminated. Using observations through February 26, 2014, the odds of an impact on April 12, 2068, as calculated by JPL's Sentry monitoring system, are 1 in 150,000. As of March 2018 there were seven asteroids with a higher impact hazard scale than Apophis.
.
On average, an asteroid the size of Apophis (370 meters) is expected to collide with Earth every 80,000 years. The Goldstone radar observed Apophis from March 3-11, 2021 helping to refine the orbit. On March 25, 2021, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory announced that Apophis has no chance of colliding with Earth in the next 100 years. The next day he was removed from the Sentry Risk Table.

The approaches of 2029/2036
On April 13, 2029, Apophis will pass approximately 31,200 kilometers from Earth. The approach will be much greater than anticipated. The approach in March 2036 will be no less than about 23 million km - and will most likely pass within 56 million km of Earth

Kaitlyn Weaver started skating for 🇨🇦 with Andrew in 2006 as a junior and received citizenship in June 2009 after a season when they were 3rd at Nationals. they were placing 6th or 7th at GPs and had two 5th place finishes at 4CC Deanna Stellato-Dudek is world champion and having to campaign 🇨🇦 to grant her citizenship in time for Torino 2026. she’s making history and is a role model and inspiration for what’s possible in elite figure skating. she’s 2 time 🇨🇦 National champion and has medaled at GPs and at 4CC
Weapo had a shot at Vancouver in 2010, ended up missing out because 🇨🇦 only had 2 slots in ice dance, but Kaitlyn got her citizenship anyway. they ended up as Olympians all the same but at the time weren’t as accomplished as Deanna and Max are right now
so I hope it’s a no-brainer that Deanna will get her citizenship and sooner than later so she doesn’t have to sweat it -

Always on the crest of the wave, even at 93 years old
Tumblr media
I like, in fact, I have always liked, because it is an actor who has only two displayed expressions: one with the hat and the other without a hat ". It's been more than 60 years from the statement that he made Sergio Leone Clint Eastwood. From the Italian director's favorite actor in the famous 'Trilogy of the dollar' planetary star able to stock up on Oscar Awards, the American actor and director - but also a film producer and composer - has come a long way, becoming one of the landmarks Hollywood. Today Clint Eastwood celebrates 93 years.
Tumblr media
It was 1964 when a stranger Clint Eastwood - who had assets of a handful of films not exactly memorable, but he had made the center on television with the series westerns 'Rawhide' ( 'Rawhide') - was chosen by Sergio Leone to interpret the bounty killer unnamed 'for a Few dollars More'. The success was immediate, so much so that Eastwood starred also in two other Leone's films - 'For a Few Dollars More' (1965) and 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly' (1966) - which would then formed the 'Trilogy dollar'.
Tumblr media
Besides Leone, another director "cult" was important in Eastwood's career: Don Siegel, considered one of the masters of the detective film and action. With American filmmaker Eastwood all very well he turned five films, success: 'Coogan's Bluff' (1969), 'Mules for Sister Sara' (1969), 'The long night of the soldier Jonathan' (1971), ' Dirty Harry: the case Scorpio is yours! '(1971) and' Escape from Alcatraz '(1979).
A lot of the acclaimed masterpieces by critics and audiences - 'The Outlaw Josey Wales' (1976),' Bird '(1988),' A Perfect World '(1993),' The Bridges of Madison County '(1995),' Power absolute '(1997),' Mystic River '(2003),' Million Dollar Baby '(2004),' Flags of Our Fathers '(2006),' Letters from Iwo Jima '(2006),' Changeling '(2008)' Gran Torino '(2008),' Invictus - invincible '(2009),' J. Edgar '(2011),' American Sniper '(2014),' Sully '(2016),' The Courier - The Mule '(2018),' Richard Jewell '(2019) - won many awards. Four Academy Awards - two for 'Unforgiven' (1992, Best Film and Best Director), same for 'Million Dollar Baby' (2004, Best Film and Best Director) - plus one memory to the Irving G. Thalberg assigned in 1995. Eastwood also he won six Golden Globe.

Tumblr media
Tantissimi i capolavori acclamati da pubblico e critica – ‘Il texano dagli occhi di ghiaccio‘ (1976), ‘Bird‘ (1988), ‘Un mondo perfetto‘ (1993), ‘I ponti di Madison County‘ (1995), ‘Potere assoluto‘ (1997), ‘Mystic River‘ (2003), ‘Million Dollar Baby‘ (2004), ‘Flags of Our Fathers‘ (2006), ‘Lettere da Iwo Jima‘ (2006), ‘Changeling‘ (2008) ‘Gran Torino‘ (2008), ‘Invictus – L’invincibile‘ (2009), ‘J. Edgar‘ (2011), ‘American Sniper‘ (2014), ‘Sully‘ (2016), ‘Il corriere – The Mule‘ (2018), ‘Richard Jewell‘ (2019) – molti i premi conquistati.
