Gibbs Phase Rule
The Gibbs phase rule, also known simply as the phase rule, is a simple equation that relates the number of phases in a system (P), the number of components in a system (C), and the degrees of freedom at the chosen point on the phase diagram (F). (Degrees of freedom can be stated to be "the number of variables [...] that can be changed independently without changing the phases of the system".)
The equation is typically seen as P + F = C + 2 and can be solved for any of the three variables based on the unknowns. Often, when used in conjunction with phase diagrams, F is the variable solved for.
In the example above, in the liquid region of the iron-carbon diagram, any point in this region has three degrees of freedom - because there are two components (iron and carbon) and one phase (liquid), so F = 2 + 2 - 1. However, when dealing with binary phase diagrams, it is often assumed that the pressure is constant, reducing the Gibbs phase rule to P + F = C + 1 and leaving us with only two degrees of freedom in this scenario (temperature and composition can both be changed, and we'd still have a single phase liquid).

Low Calorie High Protein Greek Salad
There are just 380 calories and 35.3g of protein in this low-calorie, high-protein Greek salad! In addition, I've provided meal prep advice, six different salad dressing options, and more. This recipe was created for meal prep lunches and dinners, but I've also begun using it for evening quick meals. I'm sure you'll enjoy it, and it's that simple!

Ingredients You’ll Need:
⅛ teaspoon garlic salt
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Olive oil spray
¼ cup uncooked quinoa
½ cup water
Salad Ingredients:
3 cup mixed greens
¼ cup Homemade Greek Salad Dressing
::Ingredients for dressing ::
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove minced
⅛ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup vegetable broth
Instructions
To a medium bowl or jar, add the lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Whisk together or add the lid to the jar and shake well.
Add in the oil and broth and whisk or shake again until combined.
Serve over Greek Salad, or use as a marinade. Will hold in the fridge, covered, for up to 1 week.
10 cherry tomatoes
2 inch cucumber
¼ cup pitted kalamata olives
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ tablespoon chopped Italian parsley (optional)
Ingredients Greek chicken ⅛ teaspoon of salt with garlic One chicken breast, skinless and boneless Half a lemon's juice Spray of olive oil Quinoa Half a cup of raw quinoa and half a cup of water Ingredients for a salad: Three cups of mixed greens Use romaine or spinach, or a combination of the two. A quarter cup of homemade Greek salad dressing Ten cherry tomatoes cut in half, and a two-inch cucumber cut in half and sliced Half a cup of kalamata olives, pitted Half a cup of feta cheese, crumbled Optional: ½ tablespoon of chopped Italian parsley Directions Directions for Greek Chicken: Season the chicken with the garlic salt. Lightly coat a big skillet with olive oil and preheat it over medium heat. When the skillet is heated, add the chicken and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked through. Place the chicken on a dish to cool, squeeze half a lemon over it, and then cut into slices. Directions for Quinoa: The quinoa should be rinsed with cool water. In a small pan, combine the quinoa and water; cover and cook to a gentle boil. Cook over low heat until the water is completely absorbed. Take off the heat and place aside. Instructions for Assembling the Salad: Add the greens and salad dressing to a large bowl. After thoroughly tossing to coat, transfer the salads to two dishes. Add cooked quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta, and grilled chicken on top. Serve with a garnish of parsley, if using. Tips for Meal Prep: This grilled chicken salad may be prepared in advance and stored in meal prep containers. To prevent soggy greens, add the greens to your meal prep containers without adding the dressing yet. Then, add the additional ingredients on top. Fill a small container with the dressing and set it inside the meal prep container. will keep for three to four days in the refrigerator. To serve, just drizzle with the dressing and toss lightly.
Meal Planning and Storage for a Healthful Greek Salad with Chicken Meal Prep: To prepare this delicious salad, put all the ingredients in family-sized or individual meal prep containers. Do not add the dressing until you are ready to serve; instead, put it in a separate container. Storage: Does not keep well in the freezer, but will keep in the refrigerator for four to five days.
Serving suggestions: Place the salad on a big tortilla or sandwich wrap if the dressing causes the salad to become mushy. It's a fantastic way to use up sloppy salad leftovers.

2 eggs
