More jewelry as promised!! I made an Eevee necklace and figured making matching bracelets would be faster than full necklaces for the eveelutions :3

I still haven't gotten my hands on a Flareon card, so hopefully I'm able to before thus weekend :)

An ugly Feebas evo based on the gulper eel and a skeleton(& kinda like a killer whale) since Feebas looks kinda skeletal added some bioluminescence...... I think Gulper eels are cool lil guys personally...

An evo for Whimsicott based on the unsheared sheep plus over-sized sweaters that you can shear and color the wool into different sweater designs & colors like that poodle.

An evo for Brambleghast based on a planted tumbleweed and cats... both disastrous invasive species. Bramblecats perhaps lol... still Ghost/Grass but the death is the death to the surrounding area.

Obvious viper Ekans evo based on the spider-tailed horned viper... because WHY ISNT THAT A POKEMON INSPO YET? Repiv obv.

A Cubone minus the skull. Domesticated Marowak dont actually die so why should Cubone have a skull mask so after years of domestication a new Poke was discovered... similar to Eevee it can evolve into a bunch of different evos.

A convergent Ice/Poison Poke of Vanillite as a Ice cream Cone Snail. Snailite perhaps... cuz SNAIL and -ITE as scientific end for minerals (like the poisonous minerals in their 'ice') while keeping it similar to Vanillite.

A Electric/Poison Pika-clone based on the Slow Lori while incorporating the Paras' mind controlling mushroom! Its 'tail' is actually just a mushroom stuck to its bum.

Long evo of Dragonair!

Lockinki is an evo for Klefki! When exposed to a lock item Klefki says THIS HOLE WAS MADE FOR ME!!! and then evolves into the lock goblin.

And of course a Spritzee evo based on a Plague Doctor.... and Swirlix evo that looks more like a cotton candy dog... but I just added it cuz I did the Spritzee evo....

we should do the pixel doll/trinket collection thing again i miss that

does anyone else remember those? where you'd have a little webpage you set up with your shelves using divs or tables and you'd display the stuff you'd traded with people, you'd make your own stuff to trade and it was really cute and fun and there was a little community around it

the one i was part of as a kid was a sailor moon OC senshi one, and i had Sailor Eevee (because this was back when Mewheart was a thriving community and i goofed around on it after school and on weekends under various aliases)

i don't have any of the art for her anymore and the angelfire/tripod page is probably long long gone but i had a little bit of a collection and i loved working on that little page of mine......

Motion Capture Tests

I noticed a couple of comments on my Supa Hot LiS gif when it was shared around, which dismissed it by claiming that it was motion captured (why would that devalue it as art anyway? 😅). Given that I spent a couple of months painstakingly copying the original material and still wasn’t happy with it, that was quite flattering! But it got me thinking, maybe I can do some DIY mocap without access to an expensive dedicated studio...

The left footage was my first test with a willing volunteer, done by painting a bunch of makeup dots on their face and filming them with a camera on a tripod, then tracking that in Blender and haphazardly applying it to Chloe’s face rig. Unfortunately it’s impossible to keep your head perfectly still while pulling expressions, and despite trying my best to stabilise the video you can still see Chloe Price’s facial features uniformly shift around unnaturally.

For my second test I followed this tutorial to build a rudimentary face tracking helmet, then placed sticky dots on my own face (using Vaseline to get them to stick to my beard!) and filmed it. Once tracked, I used animation retargeting to get a better result because my face doesn’t quite match Zavala’s. It’s still very amateur, but for an hour’s work it provides a fantastic base animation to then improve upon. The Zavala model was kindly extracted and shared by WinterPsycho, which I then edited slightly.

Both clips were rendered very quickly in Eevee, and I’m really excited to continue practicing this alongside learning traditional animation!

Animation Bump: While his normal YouTube highlights are covers from his streams with a black fade-in and fade-out at the beginning and end respectively, his highlight compilations he releases every so often are edited by professional, freelance editor and fellow streamer, HyperCole64.He also gives headpats to the plushes at his drum kit if asked to by a viewer. Affectionate Gesture to the Head: He has an emote of a hand, presumably his own, petting a Vaporeon.He does not ask for a time-out to be undone often.

07 . What was your favorite memory?

As Amanda, walking in the park during fall. River’s tiny hand in one hand as she toddled next to me, a bag full of camera equipment in the other, tripod strapped to my back and a big dog (like a Bernese Mountain dog) with us, running around and not going too far out of sight. I was going to take pictures of both River and the scenery of the park for a school project.

Is it cheating to use my Pokemon trainer kin for this question? No? ok.

So I was an eeveelution trainer and my goal was to collect one of each type (and succeeded). I grew up with an eevee by my side with guide animal training because I was HOH. I never evolved this eevee and they were my best friend pokemon. I also commonly had with me a Sylveon, a Leafeon and an Espeon.
