I always joke that Kaede found what she assumed was an abandoned bunny in Middle School and took it home, Was Clef's origin Story (in 'canon').

On my blog Clef just started as an emotional support pet for Kaede in my Mastermind!Shuichi au.

But In canon, In middle school Kaede DID find an injured and malnourished bunny and took it home to take care of.

Once Clef reached full health everyone else realized WHY this baby bunny had been abandoned by everything and everyone.

Does Kaede know her rabbits a menace to everyone who isn't her? No. Not until it starts attempting to BODY SHUICHI on a daily basis for NO REASON. Clef famously hates the other protages in canon it's for no reason on this blog its JUST because i thought it'd be funny when I was doing a 'would clef bite' teir list.

Kaede: I odnt know why Clef got aggressive out of no where... Fuyuhiko: The fuck you mean out of no where? This rabbies shot waiting to happen has been trying to bite everyone since you GOT it.

Hello! Hope all is well. I was curious about your opinion on whether the specialists are magical beings? I was just thinking about this the other day and I had to ask you.

Like, on the one hand, they can freely come into Alfea's grounds, which we know are restricted to magical beings. And they are part of the magical universe, which I am given to believe is everywhere but Earth, so they may be implicitly magical beings?

On the other hand, they clearly don't use magic. Like they are very much tech reliant and also we know magical men (paladins, wizards, and elves) that are not the specialists.

But then again, perhaps their weapons are magical in some way...

What do you think?

Specialists seem to be members of the magical universe who don’t use their own magic (for whatever reason) but seem to train to fight people and creatures who do (with varying success) using magical weapons.

My headcanon is that specialists don’t have their own magic, but then I don’t really go along with ‘non magical people can’t get into Alfea etc’ (it’s traversing the magical dimension that’s the barrier against non magical people on earth).

I think Rainbow forgot about it and it’s a bit of a plot hole.

I'm actually really pleased with the Latin kpop thing they seem to be doing. Other groups have done it as a gimmick but for them it seems to be an intentional direction

I'm definitely going to check out the diary lore this time around because I also thought the lack of lore was notable. I can take it or leave it most of the time but I do enjoy that it's there if fans want to engage but not forced on anyone (unlike some veteran groups I could mention >.>)

Cafeteria incident 🐝

Ft. Scp 035, Scp 049, Scp 073, Scp 076, Scp 682, (Dr Bright Removed), Dr Clef, Dr Kondraki.

Plot: Reader causes an incident in the cafeteria. The reader brings a backpack at the cafeteria, everyone notice this, a strange thing that happens is your backpack seem to be vibrating. It was really suspicious to the point your boss came and demanded you to open your bag. Even if you protested you open it anyway, and that's when everyone around knew this was a huge mistake, a bunch of bees came out of your backpack you look at your boss with a dead stared while everyone scream and run out.

He is afraid of bees

It took her time to realized what just happened you bringing a bag full of bees

He is a drama queen so you can imagine what he will say when see you

He will lecture you in the most dramatic way

Randomly Generated Pokemon Review: Chatot

(There aren't any Pokemon review requests in the inbox, so I'll just randomly generate some until more come in.)

Chatot is a single-stage 'mon with one thing to its name: the move Chatter, which used to be able to use sound recorded by the player and had varying damage outcomes depending on the sound. Honestly, that's pretty neat! The problem is that GameFreak underestimated people's love of having a Pokemon say fuck, so that mechanic was scrapped relatively quickly. (Honestly, I kind of wonder if it would've stuck around anyway, given that it would need specific programming for new consoles.)

Chatot usually isn't remembered all that much beyond its ability to say fuck, but I do actually like the design a lot. It has a white fluffy collar that separates the colorful parrot body from the black head, which allows the head to look exactly like a music (eighth) note! On top of that, the tail also resembles a metronome and even wagged back and forth in the older sprites. A parrot that can literally talks and has a music motif isn't anything too special, but it was executed pretty well.

I think the main thing Chatot needs at this point is an evolution. Most single-stagers are fine as-is if they have a strong enough gimmick, but Chatot's gimmick has long since been removed—and given that it didn't have anything to do with its appearance anyway, there's no reason to not revisit it. Change the type of music note it resembles to a trouble clef or something and give it an orchestra-ish motif or something.

Anyway, a pretty decent 'mon with a fun concept, but could use some more love now that its main gimmick is long gone.

- all animals love her she is like snow white

- keeps the letter clef sent her beside her bed and she constantly rereads it either trying to figure it out oooorrr for some comfort knowing he loves her (even though she’s never met him

- if she sees someone in trouble or pain she isn’t the type to stand around and wait for someone else to help she Will make sure ur ok whether u like it or not

- bonus: ani (my oc) likes to braid her hair and put flowers in it bc she likes to play with peoples hair like the touchy ipad child she is

I'd like to ask, What was Micah's Reaction to finding out Dr clef and myriad are dating? I can just imagine Myriad before going out for work and giving clef a quick kiss on the lips and Micah Accidentally seeing that, What was his reaction?

Responding with a non-canonical drawing but-- Micah is sort of self-inflicted blind to romantic relationships unless it's completely crystal clear in his face. Doesn't really want the temptation to get into one again after the last time. So he doesn't actually know that they're in a relationship despite the requests to share quarters when they're assigned to the same site. If he were to find out, it would have to be an extensively detailed and believable report from someone he trusts, and even then it's not something he would want to hear about, he has enough trouble from Myriad as is. Myricle in-canon is sort of a half-badly kept secret to anyone who hangs around the both of them for at least a month.

hi! I wanna ask how good each of the personnel would be at comforting ^^

This one is rough, because in a place known for being cold and clinical, it’d be hard to find someone to comfort you. I think some personnel have strengths and weaknesses.

Clef:

Clef isn’t good at comforting himself, so they might not be great at comforting others. He definitely won’t address the issue, but will instead try to outwit you and “prove” that your issue isn’t too bad. If you just need some comfort just because, Clef’s pretty funny sometimes, so I think they’d be able to comfort you that way.

The only time he will ever make a real attempt at comforting you is if you’re severely injured. He might try to make it sound like he doesn’t care, to keep you from worrying, but if both of you know that your injuries are life-threatening, Clef might just drop the act for a little bit.

Kondraki:

There is a correct amount of drunk that Kondraki has to be to be “comforting” in any sense of the word. If he’s sober, he’ll be an asshole. If he’s fully drunk, he’ll be an asshole. In fact, I think he might just be an asshole, and he won’t deal with any of your “emotional bullshit”. He knows that he’s messed up in his brain somewhere, but he can do his job just fine, so he doesn’t see why it matters. He is, however, willing to help people with severe physical injuries, so if you have a sprained ankle or something, he’ll get you physical help.

If you’re severely wounded, Kondraki will try to fight death itself. He doesn’t see a point to just giving up, and he will shove combat gauze into whatever wound you have until there’s none left. To him, it’s more about the physical stuff.

Gears:

Gears tries his best, okay? The issue is that even if he says the right thing, he has trouble saying it the right way. Even if he does sympathize with you, you’ll have a tough time telling. He gives good, objective advice, so if you’re in need of that, he’s a good person to turn to, but if you’re looking for someone to vent to or a shoulder to cry, he’s not your guy.

In the event of a physical injury…he still wouldn’t be able to comfort you very well. “The wound is surface-level” is the most comfort you’ll receive. I don’t think his medical skills would be great, but he would stay there with you until someone else got there.

Iceberg:

Ice is either incredibly cold, or has the passion of a thousand suns depending on how close you are to him. If he doesn’t know you very well, he won’t comfort you and might actually make you feel worse. If you are friends, he’ll actually be decent at comforting you. If you complain about someone, he’ll aggressively complain about them too to match your energy, or just listen. Because he works for Gears, he’s very in-tune with what people want based on microexpressions.

He’d feel incredibly guilty if you were injured by one of his explosive tests, and would probably like send cards to the hospital every day until you got out. He’ll try to comfort you with gifts, even if he feels too guilty to face you.

Shaw:

She’s a decent one to turn to. On one hand, They have all the life experience, so they’d probably be the most in-tune with how you’re feeling, even if your thinking is illogical. On the other, Shaw has experienced more than you, so he’ll probably also need you to comfort him, sometimes, which is hard to do when you know you’ll never experience eternity. The two of you will make the most progress over tea or something like that, just a chill time to connect. She’ll be somewhat willing to hug you if you ask, but isn’t super fond of physical touch because if 963 accidentally touches you…you’re toast, and Shaw would have trouble living with that.

If you’re injured, Shaw wouldn’t be great. I mean, he’s developed a nonchalant opinion of wounds, because he can go get another body. So, basically, Shaw is destigmatized to injuries, for the most part. They’d stay there, but Shaw is more of an emotionally comforting person than a physically comforting one.

Glass:

Glass is a therapist, he’d be pretty darn good at comforting you. He’d actually be really excited if you willingly book an extra session, because he’s so used to dealing with people (like everyone else on this list…) who are violent and aggressive towards him during therapy. He would absolutely try to help you work through whatever problem you have, no matter how menial it is. Glass will give good advice that’s not exactly objective, but it takes into account your feelings.

If you’re physically injured, Glass will panic. He knows all the medical training, but actual injuries, especially bad ones, freak him out. However, he’s willing to help you get through it any way possible.

Rights:

She’s a lovely woman, really, and good at comforting you. Sometimes you’ll get the hard truth from her, but she seems to know what she’s talking about, and is generally very smart. She’ll help you get through tough times by being direct, even if what she says isn’t exactly what you want to hear. She is the most real person at the Foundation, so if you’re looking for someone who has kept their emotions in tact, it’d be her.

Injuries-wise, I think she’d fall right in the middle with her ability to deal with injuries. She can hold her own, but a lot of other people can do it better. Don’t worry though, she’ll keep you cognitively there and reassure you throughout the whole thing.

Strelnikov:

I think he’d be okay at comforting people over events. Not like a “it’s okay, we’ll get through this”, but more like a “Hey. Chin up,” with a hand on your shoulder kinda guy. He is definitely willing to comfort anyone on his MTF, sometimes with words and sometimes with vodka. There’s no way around the awful things MTF members have to do, but he’d probably be there for you. I say this tentatively, but I think he’d be willing to hug another personnel member if they asked him to and he was to some extent drunk.

If you’re injured, he’s quite good at high-stress medical care. He’ll patch you up well enough to take you to someone else who can take care of you. He will not say a word to you, he’s lost in focus, so don’t expect any comfort from him there. He’s notoriously bad at low-stress medical care, so if you’re injured on the ride back to the Foundation and there’s no inherent danger, ask someone else, because he is only good at getting people “good enough.” If you end up in the hospital, he’ll come visit you at least once and talk to you.
