🇺🇲🇺🇦🇷🇺 L'année dernière, le Washington Post a rapporté que l'Ukraine avait attaqué et endommagé le barrage avec des HIMARS américains - n'y trouvant rien d'immoral.

Quelques mois plus tard, le barrage est détruit et les élites des médias politiques moralement indignées insistent immédiatement sur le fait que seule la Russie pourrait être derrière cet acte maléfique.

En deux émissions sur Twitter les 6 et 8 juin, Carlson est allé chercher un auditoire de 168,8 millions de spectateurs. C'est à peu près 50 fois plus que ses compétiteurs _ensemble_ et 117 fois plus que l'auditoire chez son ancien employeur. 😏

on the one hand i feel like the tucker carlson thing is blatantly fox news using one person as a scapegoat to try to continue peddling fascism with zero accountability, like. this is so they can say "oh we got rid of the guy who REALLY defamed dominion :) see :) we're no longer a legal liability :) pls keep buying us out :)" to cable providers and whatnot, i'm too beat to elaborate further but ykwim

Having a recent supernatural post with a decent amount of notes is fucking wild bc if I get an unexpected uptick in notifications from that post I know that there's breaking news. Is it supernatural related? Internationally consequential? Both? I don't know! Not until I leave my little island to check the trending page.

But the best worst part is that the post in question, which now inadvertently contains the image that sends me into fight or flight every week or so, is a destiel (in cowboy hats) "two tickets to the barbie movie" meme.

The journalist Tucker Carlson's recent criticism of the mainstream news media (a critique echoed by many of us for years) is not a criticism of its partiality, its ideology or its punditry. It's a criticism of the fact that it presents that ideology and punditry as if it were neutrality. That is what we are referring to when we describe it as deceptive . If you want to be ideologically biased that is perfectly fine, just own up to it. This blog is ideologically biased: thus its title.
