Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
deets and stuff abt me making these are in the read more so have fun with that lmao
lmao i based the first two off a fanfic trope and prompt generator-- here they are
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
theyre just a bunch of kids who shouldnt have been forced to save and fix the world-- they shouldve been spending their childhoods being cringe in myspace and playing hooky instead of being trained like soldiers
this is how i fixed that
also lmao the last prompt it spat out and that i promptly ignored is this--
Tumblr media
this is my socmed happy fix it au, i will not have geto go through that again :))
ooooooooor i just make them watch a scary movie and have them bitch about it online and how it wasnt scary at all, the story was trash, etc etc
maybe ill do it next time, idk
also please ignore the date on the first img-- i blanked out on a good date those could be and resorted to gonana day on the rest of the tweets KBSJDFNSG
i also tried giving them each their own online accent-- gojo is, obvi, an emoticons bitch. haibara i imagine is an emoji guy. shoko and geto are kind of similar, but i differentiate between them via the difference in grammar and punctuation. theyre both informal, but shoko is much more informal compared to geto, who uses more punctuation and capitalization and stuff lmao
the brainrot is too real man.

Deviantart Anniversary/Story
I forgot to post this two days ago so here it is. Warning, it's a long story so I hope you have a free time to read.
I created my very first social media account was Deviantart on October 6, 2007. I was living in Orlando for attending college and it was my first time being away from home, renting an apartment, and creating my own account. I started college in July 2007 and was majoring for Multimedia Design(which changed into Digital Media). A week after I started my second quarter, I decided to create my DA account. Quick note, here's the link of what Deviantart looks like back in 2007 by using Wayback Machine so you can get the idea.
Before I made my account, I first discovered the site back in early 2006 when I was browsing through Kingdom Hearts fan site and went to the gallery page section. It was showing fan art from other fans with links of their social media sites(MySpace, Deviantart, etc.). One pic I found was none other than the artist is called Keysha-chan as she was a huge Kingdom Hearts fan and drew them as cute chibis by using Copic markers. I checked out her DA page and I was amazed of her talent as she's the same age as I am. She not only drew KH but she also drew Final Fantasy, Fullmetal Alchemist, Jax and Daxter. She even made her own manga by creating her original characters, Elemental Goddess. She's no longer on Deviantart as she's now active on Instagram(which I follow her) and changed the username to KeyshaKitty.
After I created my DA account, she was the first person I watched. I saved the tutorials such as the markers and plushies. I learned some of it as I'm still learning how to use markers(you'll probably see some of them on my Tumblr page). She was the reason why I created my DA account. Back then, there was a lot of great art; fan art, original art, photography, CSS layouts, etc. There was no AI, people don't mind the 'cringe' art, no one accused you of being 'racist/homophobic/etc.', no SJW's, no walking on eggshells, and so forth. Sure, there was art theft and some trolls but nothing too major like what's happening on Twitter/X or on Facebook today.
I posted my first journal entry and introduced myself then went on following/faving spree.
Tumblr media
I couldn't post my artwork till two days after I made the account because I didn't have printer/scanner back then and can only rely at college. It was Sunday when I first logged in and the school was closed. I couldn't upload my pics on Monday as I was starting my class and stay behind to use their Photoshop programs(back then, I didn't have Photoshop). I posted this pic on Tuesday as it was my OC's(which it needs some serious update and I'm making changes) while using some Photoshop. Please excuse my crappy pic as I didn't know what Mary Sue was or that the anatomy was way off. I am planning to remake the pic in the future.
Tumblr media
As the date says, I was using the school's computers to put together my pic and it was before I made the account.
I later posted few more pics; two of them were my oil paintings I made when I was sixteen and one photo of Lake Placid, FL that my family used to go on weekends.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Later on, I watched another user who goes by Lily Pily and she was a big Nightmare Before Christmas/Corpse Bride/Kingdom Hearts fan. I read her crossover fan comics and loved her OC's which she became the first deviant to do an art trade with. I asked her if she can draw Emily from Corpse Bride while she asked me to draw her OC also named Emily. This is not my best pic of her as I'm still learning how to draw humans.
Tumblr media
I'm also planning to redraw her as well. I'm hoping to follow Lily Pily's other social sites but I don't think she has any besides Deviantart. I still want to keep following her for her art.
I finally got around to post my first DA ID but I kinda traced the figure from the books so you can see how different it is(not proud of it hence why I later took it down).
Tumblr media
My god, that pic looks awful! Tracing doesn't help either so it certainly does not make my pic better. The dress is so much cringe as it was based on my old Halloween fairy costume but the colors are just, ugh!!! The wings aren't very good and the pastel colors doesn't mix very well with the dress. This is why I took the pic down a year and a half later. This is what my fursona looked like back then before seeing the current version you see today. There's a reason why I don't like tracing nor using bases(like what I did on my ponysona for Neocities) because it just limits me from doing things. I want to be in control of things.
During 2007 and 2008, I didn't really gain any watchers except two who I know in real life. I also didn't get faves nor comments either until 2009. It was because of two things; one is that I didn't socialize with others nor joined clubs(before it turned into groups) hence why I lack of gaining watchers. Second is that my art was mostly non fan art and I just focused on creating my OC's but sadly, no one was interested in them. :( It wasn't until in 2009 is that I bought myself a digital camera from Walmart and started taking photos. Once I posted them on Deviantart, that's when I gained more watchers, comments, and faves. I still owned this camera to this very day.
Tumblr media
Yeah, I used Adobe Illustrator to draw my camera. Loved that camera!
I took a bunch of photos mostly from theme parks and city downtown as well as flowers and birds. So photography is one of the reasons why my page is getting attention but another thing I've done is creating crystal orbs for fun.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Those gained a lot of popularity. Then I started to create my Fakemon, Faerie Mews based on the elements.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The first one was a Fire Faerie Mew(the other is the Chinese Fire Faerie Mew) then I created four more. I ended up making a final pic of four main elements. I really loved making them and I am planning to remake them in the future. I do want to finish the Chinese Elemental Faerie Mews as I only did one but didn't get around to finish.
I would love to post more of my old DA artwork here but I'll have to save it for other time as I can only limit on how many I can put in this post. I just wanted to post the story of my DA anniversary to share it with everyone.
If your asking me about my DA account, don't bother because I closed it back in January due to the site being overrun by AI and the admins stopped caring about the artists. I already removed my pics a year before they allowed AI(thank god I did that) to make it easier for me to clean up and deactivating the account. I've been on DA for fourteen years(fifteen if I choose to stay) before calling it quits.
So now I'm moving on here, Inkblot, Square, and Neocities to post my art. Hopefully you guys enjoyed my long ass story.

Talking OCs Part 1
Tumblr media
A week or so ago, I posted the above image on Twitter/X to get a single response from a friend for question number two, and that was it. I was disappointed, and after time had passed, I decided I would break the game's rules. I don't talk about OCs to anyone; very few have made it to the public, and even then, there is little out there.
Here on Tumblr, where I don't have to worry about character limits, I will answer all I can over the next week, about two to three questions at a time. Since question two was responded to on Twitter/X, I'll move the answer to Tumblr for consistency and expand on it slightly since character limits are removed. I hope everyone enjoys it.
1.My Oldest OC
Keto/Minori Tsurugi, age sixteen, and genderfluid. They were initially to be the main character for a multi-part fanfiction that would span itself through various fictional worlds, starting with Sailor Moon. In the beginning, they were in my head a bit of a combination of Ranma Saotome, Yusuke Urameshi, and Inuyasha. Sure, you can tell my taste in anime back then. Typical male protagonist with that one girl who can keep him in line.
Circumstances, however, would come, and they would be gifted with the magical powers of a magical girl. Which means a magical transition, in this instance, into a girl. Throughout the first story, they would discover more of themselves, with the help of the senshi, as they shift from their original and feminine forms, even in civilian form. They would take and use the name Minori, the name of an ancestor of Keto's, whenever they were in "girl" mode, so to speak.
This character has been around since 2006-2007 in my head, which, in some quiet times, I think about and has evolved over the last decade plus. Back then, in a way, they would have been a self-insert, as I was still searching for myself back then. Maybe I'll finally write out that fan fiction and give them the proper time they deserve.
2. Newest OC.
Varrath, Demon Lord in title and position. Even though she is a demoness, she values truth. As such, she cannot lie when asked anything straightforward, nor anyone within range of her. She is strong, fearless, and tends to fall for any woman with a strong will. She believes in polyamory and has multiple wives. She will always respect a person's decisions, wrong or not, as long as they believe what they choose is right.
She is directly tied to the lands she rules, her power strong enough, making it so anyone who wanders into the lands she rules will eventually become their true self, physically at least, if they choose to accept themselves mentally. That is a whole different thing. This also means some who are complete monsters will become such. She will protect those who remain sentient, granting them a place to live, feeling they are her responsibility. Even if they hate her.
3.Favorite OC
Marianna, a witch who appears to be 24, however, is over 200 years old. She had been booted from her old coven after utilizing body-swapping, transformation magic for personal gain, and more hedonistic pursuits. At some point, she came to the conclusion that she wanted to pursue love, life, and fun. To this end, she spends most of her time around other humans, seeking to help those wanting love, punishing those who hurt others with her own brand of witchy justice.

By Kyle Chayka
"Tumblr is something like an Atlantis of social networks. Once prominent, innovative, and shining, on equal footing with any other social-media company, it sank under the waves as it underwent several ownership transfers in the twenty-tens. But it might be rising once more. Tumblr’s very status as a relic of the Internet—easily forgotten, unobtrusively designed, more or less unchanged from a decade ago—is making it appealing to prodigal users as well as new ones. Tumblr’s C.E.O., Jeff D’Onofrio, told me recently that forty-eight per cent of its active users and sixty-one per cent of its new ones are Generation Z. That’s the same demographic that Facebook and Instagram are concerned about losing. According to the leaked Facebook Papers, the company now known as Meta estimates that teen-age Facebook users are likely to drop by almost half in the next two years."
Tumblr was founded by David Karp and launched in New York City, in February of 2007. (Facebook began in 2004 and Twitter in 2006.) It was built to be a simple, social blogging platform, but its multimedia approach set it apart. Users could design their own home pages; post text, images, gifs, or videos; and follow a feed of others doing the same. Long before Instagram launched, in 2010, Tumblr was a home for curated imagery. “It was right at a time when everyone was getting cell phones; “you could take a picture from your phone and post it on the Tumblr app,” Sharon Butler, a painter who used Tumblr for her art blog, Two Coats of Paint, said. “You could have more text than on Twitter, but it was a cooler community than Facebook.”
The platform became known as a petri dish of Internet quirkiness, cultivating subcultures such as “bronies” (male fans of the cartoon “My Little Pony”) and “otherkin” (people who identify as non-human). In 2013, when Tumblr had seventy-three million accounts, Yahoo acquired it for more than a billion dollars. But, in 2016, the company did a writedown of seven hundred and twelve million dollars on the acquisition after Tumblr failed to grow advertising revenue. When Verizon acquired Yahoo, in 2017, it bundled Yahoo and Tumblr under the parent company Oath. Another blow came when Tumblr issued a blanket ban on adult content—something it had become known for—in December of 2018 and promptly lost thirty per cent of its traffic. The next year, Automattic, the commercial arm of the content-management system WordPress, acquired the site for a reported three million dollars. It was easy to assume that Tumblr was dead.
D’Onofrio, who joined the company as C.F.O. in 2013, became C.E.O. in 2018, when Karp, the founder, departed. Tech companies often focus on anticipating the next disruption to their business model. They copy the competition and attempt to evolve as quickly as possible; hence, for instance, Instagram’s addition of Snapchat-like Stories and TikTok-like Reels. D’Onofrio’s tenure, by contrast, has been characterized by an unusual pursuit of preservation. “We’re not telling people how to behave, not telling them what to do or how to comport themselves here,” he said. (The pornography ban remains an exception.) Other social networks have increasingly siloed users into a small number of optimized content types: short texts, brief videos, pre-made memes. Tumblr is more open-ended, listing various possible post formats with icons at the top of its feed: text, photo, quote, link, chat, audio, video. It’s one of the few social networks where users can still publish entries that resemble blog posts.
The Tumblr users I spoke to, both new and returning, cited a few unfashionable aspects that keep them using the platform. Tumblr’s main feed doesn’t shuffle posts algorithmically based on what it determines might appeal to a user. It’s “a good, old chronological river,” Maryellen Stewart, a social-media consultant who has kept a running diary on Tumblr since 2014, said. (Despite the anodyne nature of her posts, Stewart sometimes gets caught in the overaggressive content filter.) Posts appearing in the feed are undated, and many accounts are pseudonymous, creating a respite from the frenetic exposure of other social media. Users spoke of the platform feeling disconnected from the “real world”—no President would ever try to shape world events with a Tumblr post. “It’s harder to be a brand” there, Karina Tipismana, a twenty-year-old student who uses the service primarily for its text-based jokes and “Succession” gifs, said. “It’s the periphery of the internet; nothing important is happening there.” There aren’t influencers on Tumblr the way there are on Instagram and TikTok, and the experience for all users might be more pleasant as a result. Chris Black, the co-host of the podcast “How Long Gone,” has kept a Tumblr account since 2010 and updates it daily. Titled Words for Young Men, it is a preppy-punk mood board of starlets smoking cigarettes, fashion-shoot outtakes, and design objects, interspersed with Black’s own photos from daily life—a life-style magazine for one. Compared to the public-facing mode that is dominant on Instagram, Black’s Tumblr “is almost more personal, in a way, even though it’s not always images that I took,” he said.
D’Onofrio, the C.E.O., hopes to capitalize on users’ sense of intimacy with the platform. Rather than relying primarily on automated, programmatic advertising sales, he is pursuing individual campaigns with streaming giants such as Disney, Netflix, and Amazon, which see opportunity in the site’s thriving enclaves of various fandoms. According to Tumblr, revenue is up fifty-five per cent since July of 2021. Yet the company currently sees only around eleven million posts a day; Twitter, by comparison, is said to host five hundred million daily tweets. The goal is to maintain “the positivity that we’ve worked so hard to build here,” D’Onofrio said, adding, “It can’t be growth at all costs.”
I recently excavated my old Tumblr account, which I created in 2010 and stopped using years ago. Only three of the accounts I followed were still active, and I relished the silence. Where else on the Internet do you see only a handful of posts a day? The site’s default dark, blue-gray background recalls a bedroom at night, lit only by a screen’s glow. The best part was looking through my own archive and realizing that the Internet ephemera I gravitate toward has remained almost embarrassingly consistent over the past decade: abstract paintings, architecture photos, vintage video games, Wong Kar Wai stills. In the hyper-pressurized environment of social media circa 2022, it’s rare to encounter a past digital self, unless it is being dug up to defame you. What makes Tumblr obsolete, for the moment, are the same things that lend it an enduring appeal. The fact that it maintains a following should remind us that we use social-media services by choice; no platform or feature is an inevitability. As Karina Tipismana, the student, told me, “People say stuff like, ‘I wish we could still use Tumblr.’ It’s there, it’s there!”

"Media Evolution and the Changing World: Its Implication to Communication and Education"
What’s the importance of communication in education?
Our personal lives, the study intended, and education. This is why it's important to develop good communication skills in students from an early age, and we all must practice effective communication between ourselves. Being a good educator involves excellent communication skills. In addition to providing information, communication also motivates effort, changes attitude, and inspires thoughts. These days there was changes in our communication. Others are using slang words when they communicate with others, and they may adopt it when they are in education. In the absence of it, attitudes develop, communications are misinterpreted, and learning is delayed. Facial expressions can be well known and understood while talking or discussing the issue or topic matter, and the significance of communication to developing body language of both participants can be evaluated in facial expression communication to allow communication.

To conclude, The media plays several fundamental roles in our society. The evolution of media has brought significant changes to our lives. For instance, it has brought changes to communication, in which the advancement of technologies made communication more efficient for the users.  Moreover, the media evolution is a great help for students since this makes their work more efficient. During the pandemic, we were not allowed to go out, hence the conducting of online classes. the use of online class discussions during the pandemic has all been made possible by technological advancements in education.  We are all aware of the many changes taking place in the society, specifically in the context of the current media evolution. It was challenging to interact with people in the pre-industrial period despite the fact that they made paper from plants, discovered fire, and made tools and weapons out of stone, bronze, copper, and iron. These day, although, communication with others is made simpler for us because to technology.

Hyporealism Exhibition Text
Solo Exhibition
12.02.22 - 02.04.22
Stellenbosch
In Callan Grecia’s exhibition Hyporealism, he alters perceptions of what is ‘real’ (physical, tangible) by meticulously rendering the imaginary and two-dimensional. To say that Grecia’s paintings are anti-real, is not quite accurate… In fact, they pull the very real impacts of a digital reality into hyper-focus. His smooth finish, scale distortion, and flattened pictorial planes mimic the screen of a device; now an extension of the hand. His graphic paintings, enmeshed with internet iconography, act as an interface for understanding the systemic overlap between Neoliberalism and the Techno Age.
Grecia’s intrigue in the flat surface is a generational default. In 2003, when Callan was 12 years old and playing Theme Hospital, LCD computer monitors and flat-panel, slim-profile TVs (the ‘flat screen’) exceeded sales of CRT box televisions. The same year social media outlets MySpace and 4chan opened for public usage, followed by Google and Facebook (2004); Reddit (2005); Twitter (2006); Tumblr (2007); 9GAG (2008); Pinterest and Instagram (2010)… and TikTok (2017) which popularised in 2020 in the midst of global lockdowns. The invention of social platforms perfectly aligned with the rapid advancement of mobile phones, from Nokia’s iconic ‘3310’ (2003) to the invention of iPhone (2007). In 2021, Samsung launched ‘The Frame’, a customisable wooden-framed “TV when it’s on. Art when it’s off” with a gallery of designed visages for you to display, as if paintings on a wall, at home in your TV’s downtime. This creation is as indistinguishable from the digital uptake of NFTs which have permeated ‘the art world’, as Grecia’s style is a response to his view of the world being digitally dominated. His experience of life spans this technological evolution and the cultural, consumerist, socio-economic, and political whirlwind which follows.
“I don’t use texture for the sake of texture,” Grecia explains, particularly when he draws from the web’s visual lexicon as many Post-Internet artists do. “What makes a painting a painting?” He questions. Or, rather, what makes a painting beckoning? What do we want from a painting? Is it, as Viktor Shklovsky claims in Art as Technique, “to impart the sensation of things as they are perceived and not as they are known.” The reality is that even the more painterly painting or textile is indirectly influenced by technology; often beginning with the use of a projector or screen for direct tracing or image mapping. A process which is hidden behind materiality and the illusion of physicality: ‘reality’.
As post-internet theorist Artie Vierkant suggests: we are in an age where attention is currency. Grecia’s adaptation of pop culture is a device used to draw us into the image. He invites the viewer to scan these collaged planes for familiar symbols to relate to, some contemporary and others nostalgic. This iconography includes a masked figure resembling fictional serial killer Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th; a cat sculpture with a side profile that conjures the Pokémon Lapras; Henri Matisse’s bold outlines and Picasso’s angular figures in Les Demoiselles d’Avignon; Virgil Abloh’s Off White logo; Adidas’ three-stripes; Nike’s tick; and designer Thomas Heatherwick’s Spun stools which function as interactive public sculptures at the entrance of Zeitz MoCAA, repurposed by Grecia as cosmic garb vis-à-vis dadaist Hugo Ball at Cabaret Voltaire.
Of particular interest is Grecia’s returning reference to helio statues. Now classified as a ‘dead meme’ the marble bust of classical antiquity was once a mascot of the Vaporwave a e s t h e t i c; the first of its kind to be made by and for an internet audience. Vaporwave was a future-focused micro-genre made up of glitchy electronic music; 1980’s neon graphic design; and geometric digital art. It emerged in the early 2010s as a satirical response to consumer capitalism and pop culture. Much like Grecia’s practice, it was predicated on nostalgic imagery and populism. The alabaster greco bust has many associations: from being the height of artistic mastery and a main collector’s item for powerful and wealthy European families; to being the symbol of Enlightenment ideals; a propagandist totem of insipid white eurocentricity for the 1936 Olympic Games in Nazi Germany; to a protest symbol for iconoclasm, deformation and transformation. However, much like plaster-cast greco statues in a middle-class garden, the Vaporwave movement quickly edged toward the kitsch not long after it was established as a niche subculture.
As Grecia explains, "there is nothing new [in thinking, in image-making], only conditions affected by a networked way of life.” His repetitive use of symbols in Hyporealism speaks to the ubiquity of imagery in our post-internet reality, where the transferral of images across networks is lead by Neoliberalism: consumption and capitalism.

Going the Distance... In Space
On April 17, NASA's New Horizons crossed a rare deep-space milestone – 50 astronomical units from the Sun, or 50 times farther from the Sun than Earth is. New Horizons is just the fifth spacecraft to reach this great distance, following the legendary Voyagers 1 and 2 and Pioneers 10 and 11. It’s almost 5 billion miles (7.5 billion kilometers) away; a remote region where a signal radioed from NASA's largest antennas on Earth, even traveling at the speed of light, needs seven hours to reach the far-flung spacecraft.
To celebrate reaching 50 AU, the New Horizons team compiled a list of 50 facts about the mission. Here are just a few of them; you'll find the full collection at: http://pluto.jhuapl.edu/News-Center/Fifty-Facts.php.
Tumblr media
New Horizons is the first – and so far, only – spacecraft to visit Pluto. New Horizons sped through the Pluto system on July 14, 2015, providing a history-making close-up view of the dwarf planet and its family of five moons.
youtube
New Horizons is carrying some of the ashes of Pluto’s discoverer, Clyde Tombaugh. In 1930, the amateur astronomer spotted Pluto in a series of telescope images at Lowell Observatory in Arizona, making him the first American to discover a planet.
Tumblr media
The “Pluto Not Yet Explored” U.S. stamp that New Horizons carries holds the Guinness World Record for the farthest traveled postage stamp. The stamp was part of a series created in 1991, when Pluto was the last unexplored planet in the solar system.
Tumblr media
Dispatched at 36,400 miles per hour (58, 500 kilometers per hour) on January 19, 2006, New Horizons is still the fastest human-made object ever launched from Earth.
As the spacecraft flew by Jupiter’s moon Io, in February 2007, New Horizons captured the first detailed movie of a volcano erupting anywhere in the solar system except Earth.
Tumblr media
New Horizons’ radioisotope thermoelectric generator (RTG) – its nuclear battery – will provide enough power to keep the spacecraft operating until the late-2030s.
Tumblr media
Measurements of the universe’s darkness using New Horizons data found that the universe is twice as bright as predicted – a major extragalactic astronomy discovery!
Tumblr media
New Horizons’ Venetia Burney Student Dust Counter is the first student-built instrument on any NASA planetary mission – and is providing unprecedented insight into the dust environment in the outer solar system.
Tumblr media
New Horizons is so far away, that even the positons of the stars look different than what we see from Earth. This view of an "alien sky" allowed scientists to make stereo images of the nearest stars against the background of the galaxy.
Tumblr media
Arrokoth – the official name the mission team proposed for the Kuiper Belt object New Horizons explored in January 2019 – is a Native American term that means “sky” in the Powhatan/Algonquin language.

“F1?Its just a hobby to me”-Kimi Raikkonen, g.o.a.t in F1, fullstop-
Just finished watching dts season 2,and yeah not that suprise since I've seen spoilers from twitter, tumblr and instagram :p Well,a lot of opinion whether its pro and con,but here's my thought about the season 2 of dts: - I think its better if the race pictured in choronological order,so dont get the confusion for new fans or even making wrong assumption -lando,kimi,daniil and antonio not being potrayed is not a good move to attrack new fans, bcs lando is the social media king, kimi is the ferrari world champion, daniil has the same situation like pierre did and he get the podium in germany gp,and antonio is the only italian driver ever since 2011 which quite ironic as ferrari is the big italian team in f1 for a long time but didnt get italian driver. -dan and carlos rivalries is lame -I need more seb scenes -im so happy seb and charles talking about their favorite music instead of those teammate drama -seb 'winning' in canada is doesnt potrayed,I think liberty media is too scared to show how controversial it is -no charlie whiting's tribute as he is the important role in f1 is so pity -happy for pierre and carlos brazil moments - there are some scenes that I feel sorry for teams or drivers for what media did to them, like asking silly question just like the 'famous question' to toto wolff,or private talks happen in haas team between gunther and his drivers (romain, kevin) -I still feel goosebumps for some scenes which is good To sum up, watching drive to survive is like having a love-hate relationship, which you feel happy because seeing not only actions on the track but you feel sorry that the series exposed stuff that shouldn't be or even creating irrelevant stories to the real facts. I really wanted netflix to do the motogp series for the sake of getting new fans but after seeing dts 2 and what they did to f1 teams and drivers,i'll be the frontliner to resist it for the sake of motogp teams and drivers bcs I love them, although I know motogp deserve exposures because of their last lap race moments, and  drama?try to watch 2015 season or valencia 2006 or 2007 or yamaha having wall to separate vale and jorge, but no. I prefer motogp social media teams getting more creative just like f1 social media teams. Anyway,I still appreciate what netflix do bcs I can still be happy see dan and seb all over again while waiting the season start after those canceled races  (especially for motogp).
Note: PLS WATCH UNDAUNTED DOCUMENTARY,its andrea dovizioso's documentary capturing his 2019 season, made by redbull #itslikedts #but #in one episode #itsogood

Malo  fall winter 2006-2007
Malo, Campi Bisenzio 2006,42 pagine
euro 35,00
email if you want to buy :[email protected]
The not-so-secret motivation behind Malo's runway show was brand-building. The 34-year-old cashmere company wants to expand in America, and it hopes that the appointment of Fabio Piras—a Swiss graduate of Central Saint Martins with experience at Balmain Couture, Tod's, and most recently, Brioni—will achieve that goal, while putting Malo on the radar of the fashion cognoscenti.
Malo is known, of course, for luxury with a "made in Italy" touch. Piras delivered that in the company's signature cashmere knits, worked into a chunky but chic turtleneck dress and a number of delicate lacy numbers. There were also classic coats, notably a camel trapeze number and some substantial woven models. The "moneyed" point was really driven home by the furs, including a poncho and a white sheared-mink trench, as well as by the ultraluxe crocodile that was used for accessories. The peep-toe shoes were so high that they hobbled the models, but the thigh-high boots in green crocodile were fierce (as the price tag will surely be).
Those boots were a nod to the fashion-forward consumer, but ultimately Piras aimed this collection at the "groomed lady" he believes to be the brand's core customer. The intention was to communicate what Anna Piaggi's program notes termed "a sensual hint of bon ton," and that was mostly achieved.

So, for today's post, I will be introducing you all to the different kinds of social media by the time we have internet.   So, these are the different kinds of social media, as you can see at the first logo of my infographic picture that is shown above is the FRIENDSTER. Old school right it is, just bringing back the old days. It gives a good childhood by using this kind of application, why? because this is the time that we are enjoying to customize our profile specially if you an enthusiast person. It also describes us as a person by sharing our different kinds of emotions through this application/program. But let's take a look back if you're questioning, how this kind of application starts and become also a trend to the society back then? by the year 2002, Jonathan Abrams founded this program, he is a Canadian Computer Programmer. It went popular by the year 2003 and also became a huge application because they have 3 million users in the first few months by that time.   1 year after another program went popular with the people, and also become the greatest and most popular application in the world and this is FACEBOOK. The exact date that Facebook launched was on February 4, 2004, and created by Mark Zuckerberg. What a short period right? by that time the Friendster was launch but a year later here's another app. Those times people are so creative and exploring new things like this. But unfortunately, before that this app is just an assignment together with his college roommates and fellow Harvard University students, they are Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum Dustin Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes. I think Mark Zuckerberg was surprised to have an offer to yahoo which they are offering $1 billion just to buy his creation. But unfortunately, he didn’t agree with the offer because he realized that there’s no money can buy his work. And fun fact, it achieved $15billion when it's popular. 3 years after Facebook was released, another application was launched. This is TUMBLR, it was launched by the date of February 19, 2007, it was created by David Karp and Marco Arment. This application was used by the form of microblogging and it was said that it is a free-form nature of the site and the ability of users to heavily customize their pages.        Another 3 years after a unique application was another released. We call it INSTAGRAM that is created by Kevin Systrom. It was launched by October 6, 2010. This application became popular with people because it is an application for pictures. It is all about pictures regarding all about you. And still, nowadays it is very popular because some international celebrities are also using this app. And this is gonna sound crazy because by the time it was launched it achieved 25,000 users already in just one day. It is hard to believe it right? Even me I cannot believe that i just happened like that like a snap. It is also fun to use because it consists of different types of filters where you can upload it into your IG Story that it will appear to your profile within 24hrs and other people are gonna see it. That is one of the good things that INSTAGRAM has.    2 years after, another application was launched but this application was different. This application was made for blogging, and this application is TWITTER, this app is made for blogging which you can express also yourself by sharing your feelings or mood. TWITTER WAS created in March 2006 and launched by the year of July 2012 and created by Jack Dorsey, Noah Glass Biz Stone, and Evan Williams. This app also has some good qualities like you can also tweet a picture of you or with your friends or just anything that interesting. But unfortunately, it only has 136 letters when you tweet something which is this is also a different or a unique way compared to other applications. And some additional information, did you know that this application achieved $45.10 only? that's also crazy I know HAHAHA!!! it is hard to believe but it is what it is. But what matters the most here is this app can bring entertainment to the people especially nowadays.

On Wednesday morning, Big Machine Records (BMLG) announced it will be rereleasing a limited run of Taylor Swift‘s sophomore single, Teardrops On My Guitar (2007), from her self-titled debut album on a seven-inch vinyl variant this August.
BMLG is the Wildest Dreams singer’s former record label, which she left last November after more than a decade before joining Republic Records, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group (UMG).
At the end of June, it was revealed that BMLG had been purchased by music and entertainment entrepreneur Scooter Braun, an individual for whom Swift has previously expressed her dislike.
Along with the company, Braun, 38, now owns the rights to the pop star’s entire music catalogue, dating back to Swift’s inaugural album, which was released in 2006.
The revelation sparked a massive controversy at the beginning of July after Swift, 29, crafted an emotional Tumblr post reacting to the record label’s purchase.
The announcement of the already sold-out, hand-numbered rerelease of Teardrops On My Guitar came just three weeks after BMLG announced the rerelease of a similar variant of Swift’s debut single, Tim McGraw. That sold out almost immediately, too.
Angry Swift fans flocked to BMLG’s Instagram posts demanding the company return the rights to her music.
“Give Taylor her masters back!” wrote one.
“Very nice news!” commented another sarcastically. “How about giving back to the creator, Taylor Swift, her musical rights?”
“You are really milking this till there is nothing left, huh?” added another user.
BMLG later turned off the comments on its Teardrops On My Guitar announcement post.
According to Billboard, a BMLG representative claimed the company had been planning to release the singles “since the spring,” adding the decision was made before Braun purchased the label.
The representative added that BMLG currently has plans to release three additional singles from Swift’s early career, however the representative did not disclose the song titles or release dates.
As of this writing, Swift has not yet addressed the releases, however she kept herself busy on Wednesday evening with a performance at the Amazon Prime Day concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.
Accompanied by backup dancers and armed with a hit-filled nine-song set, Swift hyped fans around the world as the annual celebration was livestreamed across the globe for those who couldn’t attend.
During a rendition of Shake It Off, Swift took a moment to emphasize a key lyric in the song.
“Liars and the dirty, dirty cheats of the world,” she sang, flashing an unimpressed stare.
Fans of the singer quickly took to Twitter to share their excitement after the highlight moment, with many speculating that Swift was, in fact, secretly calling out Braun and her former label manager, Scott Borchetta.
ts1989fanatic I don’t give a flying fuck at a rolling doughnut, those fuckers aren’t getting a nickel of my money ever again. And if they pull this shit on August 23rd I will fly to Nashville and burn the place down (not really but I would want to)

Seiyuu Rant: Gender Inequality
The following is a repost of a post I made in 2018. It was flagged and removed for “explicit content”.
The reason you don’t hear [female seiyuu] in anime is simply because she’s an older voice actor. Even someone as popular as Hanazawa Kana hasn’t been getting many roles lately. Those roles have all been going to cheaper and younger voice actors. It’s sad, but don’t expect Sakura Ayane to be as prominent after about five more years. That’s how the voice acting industry is.
- Reddit Commenter
Okay, so I was on Reddit when I asked, “What happened to Aya Hirano?” She used to be in her prime when she got roles in Lucky Star, Haruhi Suzumiya, Fairy Tail, and a whole bunch of other things. Her most recent role that stuck with me was Parasyte which was back in 2015. Since then, I have heard so little from her in seasonal anime.
That’s when someone brought up the elephant in the room… then shot it and stabbed it.
We all know the world is a sexist waste ball, but I have always turned a blind eye to the fact that female seiyuu get phased out really easily. I know Tumblr mostly focuses on male seiyuu since the demographic for this platform is usually younger women or something like that, but I think female seiyuu losing popularity and roles because they’re “getting older” is kind of sad.
In this rant, I rant about the inequalities and hardship facing female (and male) seiyuu. I added some stuff compared to last time.
Age:
Hanazawa was born in February 1989. She just turned 30. The idea that she’s not getting as many roles is kind of scary, isn’t it? Aya Hirano is 31. For Hanazawa and for the sake of anime, I hope that just isn’t true.
I know I always joke about people getting old and how they always go, “My back hurts!” or “I have to go to bed [at 8pm].” or “Back in my day…” (why do I even make fun of that? I do all of the above??) But these voice actresses aren’t even that old. I wouldn’t want anyone’s careers to slow down all because they reached the age of 30. A career slowing down should be by choice.
Average Age:
But if you want cold hard numbers, I’m going to do some math. I’m aware that I’m bad at math, so I’m going to explain this process. I made two posts about the TOP TWENTY seiyuu for both male and female.
Links: MALE | FEMALE
What is the average age? I added up the age of all twenty seiyuu then divided by twenty.  Unfortunately, all numbers hold the same amount of weight meaning that the number one spot and the number twenty spot both get calculated the same way.
Average Male Age: 37
From the No. 1 to the No. 20 spot: 43 + 33 + 38 + 38 + 35 + 40 + 32 + 44 + 40 + 27 + 51 + 32 + 36 + 27 + 38 + 44 + 34 + 35 + 46 + 31
Average Female Age: 29
From the No. 1 to the No. 20 spot: 23 + 33 + 29 + 26 + 24 + 27 + 31 + 39 + 24 + 23 + 38 + 29 + 28 + 26 + 25 + 38 + 24 + 34 + 33 + 30
I understand that male seiyuu tend to debut later, but that’s still a very large gap. Female seiyuu don’t even have anyone over 40.
[more below]
Health:
Not to mention, this seems to be a trend across the board, doesn’t anyone notice that both mangaka, seiyuu, and artists in general always get sick because they overwork themselves? Hosoya took a break because of his throat, Taneda took a break because of illness, Umehara took a break because of illness, Akesaka retired from singing because of her throat and health, Yurika Endou retired because her health was declining, Tooru Ookawa took a break due to illness, Keiji Fujiwara took a leave due to sickness then returned later on, and the list goes on.
Early Retirement and Demand:
If female seiyuu have to work that hard for a career that won’t last that long, no wonder some retire once they get married or pregnant. It’s not a viable option to stick around if you’re going to be pushed out like that in a few years time. I know there are exceptions and this and that, but this is just reality. Even once you finally make it, you’re only going to be there for a little while. And access to playing good female characters is always going to be limited, but that’s a rant for another time. I’m just saying that maybe if we had more good female characters, maybe we would have more demand for more voice actresses.
Image and Fans:
While male seiyuu have this too, I think it’s important to acknowledge that female seiyuu are expected to obtain “idol-like” images these days. They achieve this by restricting their personal lives by not dating and watching how they dress and present themselves and providing an innocent image for their fans to admire. While there are several examples of not being allowed to date, the most recent example of this is when Ayana Taketatsu got married to Yuki Kaji. [source]
Some of them do photo books (sometimes of a more provocative genre) that require them to pose and distribute images of themselves which can be uncomfortable, and while it’s arguably “consensual”, there is probably pressuring to do these types of things. Sometimes, they also post their “BWH” measurements. This means that they have to post their bust, weight, and hip sizes. It’s a very restricting lifestyle, and while fans of any seiyuu can be over-the-top, female seiyuu fans have been known to be exceptionally disrespectful.
Offences by Fans:
Eriko Nakamura was tracked when she went on a trip because someone went onto Google Maps and used her pictures to find out where she went and what route she took. But that’s just a specific example of how female seiyuu’s pictures are taken by fans and dissected (and distributed) to show what they do with their lives.
Nana Mizuki got death threats because she didn’t reply to a fan on a few occasions. Yurika Ochiai also received death threats and noted on her blog that she had to take a break from the public due to stress, but who wouldn’t be stressed about strangers threatening to kill them? Aya Ueto has received death threats as well. Arrests were made in these cases.
Haruna Ikezawa was stalked and defamed by a stalker who was later arrested. He wrote defamatory comments on the voice actress's homepage and repeatedly send messages asking for a personal meeting, telling the voice actress to "come by herself". It was not confirmed whether this was the same person, but someone also followed her through the streets at night resulting in a restraining order. [source]
Mai Kadowaki’s fan was arrested after he sent a letter saying that he would kill her parents. [source]
Aki Toyosaki got into heat because she was dating someone... despite being in her 30s. “Fans began posting photos her CD K-on singles broken into pieces and photos of her K-on character's face crossed out in red ink. One fan even uploaded a photo of Toyosaki surrounded by bullets and a hand menacingly gripping a knife (above). Another fan wrote on 2ch. about killing her. These might be "jokes", but they are hardly funny. [Source]
Sumire Uesaka was sent and read a letter where she was creeped out by a fan letter, but it was played off as a joke.
And during the Kokoro Connect scandal (which is included in some links below), Eri Kitamura was harassed by fans that were sending her dick pics and hate messages via twitter to the point where she had to stop using Twitter (she has resumed Twitter activity a while after).
I talk about this more below in the “scandals” section, but female seiyuu get heat for things that are arguably normal. Again, voice actors like Hikaru Midorikawa have gotten into scandals like this too (Midorikawa was accused of cheating because of a matching piece of jewelry or something).
Scandals:
When Aya Hirano’s scandal occurred, people were threatening her and cutting up her merchandise and pictures.
Daisuke Namikawa got into a scandal involving adultery where he allegedly cheated in 2004 when he got married in 2001. He cheated with a teenage girl who worked at his former agency. According to an interview, this relationship had gone on until “recently” (when it came to the surface in July 2017). [Source: Anime News Network]
In my opinion, cheating is one of the lowest things you can do to your partner, and if you do such a thing, you should have a good excuse. But with a teenage girl? Come on. At the start of the relationship, he was 28. He should’ve known better, yet, we never hold these acts against him. He’s still getting a lot of roles in anime, and as much as I don’t have anything against him as an actor and as a master of his craft, I can’t help but think of this whenever his image comes up.
In the Kokoro Connect Scandal, we see a public humiliation of a male voice actor. Two of the main players in the scandal are Takuma Terashima and Hisako Kanemoto. While I don’t know the complete reasons for this, Takuma Terashima can somehow still get roles and even sang the opening for that Slime anime? We don’t see Kanemoto often though.
The Arts Vision scandal was terrible. She was assaulted at only 16. This incident did occur in 2006, and he was released a few months later after his arrest. He stepped down as chairman in 2007. I feel like he wasn’t really held accountable. He apparently was released for medical reasons or something like that. Basically, bullshit. What’s even worse is the fact that he was the founder of the company, and this agency represents a lot of good voice actors Saki Fujita, Jun Fukushima, Souchirou Hoshi, Tomoaki Maeno, Kousuke Toriumi, Yuuichirou Umehara, and Daiki Yamashita just to name a few. It is also the parent company of I’m Enterprise which is another huge agency which houses Saori Hayami, Youko Hikasa, Kaede Hondo, Rie Kugimiya, Maria Naganawa, Mai Nakahara, Saori Oonishi, Ari Ozawa, Chiwa Saito, Ayane Sakura, Aya Suzaki, the Uchida siblings, Tatsuhisa Suzuki, Hiro Shimono, and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka. He had a lot of power, and I imagine this wasn’t his first time taking advantage.
Male Seiyuu Benefits:
So, male seiyuu get more leniency in expressing themselves, more time in the industry, more interesting parts, more work, and possibly more money. And when I say more leniency, I mean A LOT more leniency. The cast of Haganai was saying how it’s great how they can say “うんこ (poop)” in front of a large audience. Meanwhile, we have male seiyuu who can discuss panties without anybody judging. If a female seiyuu were to do that, she’d probably get scolded by her manager. They are to stick to a certain image, and they can’t do much outside of it. A huge part of Aya Hirano’s decline was caused by her sleeping with other band members (except for the bassist; RIP I’m a bass player).
While seiyuu in general cosplay, it’s far more difficult for female seiyuu to cosplay because of costumes in anime are... you know. There is a stream where Akari Kito is pressured into wearing the costume that her character wore, and yes, it did happen. If it’s any consolation, the seiyuu community felt a bit conflicted about it.
Harassment Within the Industry:
Like pretty much all industries, female seiyuu experience sexual harassment as well. Few have been open about it, but Atsuko Enomoto commented on the progression of the #metoo movement. She talks about wanting to give up and quit the industry. There have also been comments about producers and directors hitting on and harassing young female seiyuu, and they can’t do anything about it because they’re starting out. And this is only the stuff that makes it onto the surface.
Hiroko Konishi also shares her experience that happened decades ago where female seiyuu suffered from abuse, sexual harassment, and other hardship because they were expected to “sell themselves”.
There have even been comments on how there’s a “casting couch” in the industry.
Yurina Hase also speaks about the “casting couch” and how disgusting the industry is.
Hase revealed she experienced a "casting couch" situation once for an anime that was produced at Sunrise. She said that she was asked to perform sexual favors, and when she refused, she was notified the next day that she did not get the role. She said that this was her only experience with a casting couch as an anime voice actress.
Before the livestream, Hase wrote on Twitter that she planned to "reveal how I really feel," and that she has "the resolve to end everything."
In the stream, she also gave advice to "watch out for the male voice actors." She said that the newcomer male actors tend to let the attention go to their heads, and immediately try to lay their hands on the female actors.
She received multiple death threats in 2009, causing her stress. She later resigned from her role in the The IDOLM@STER series as Yukiho, and was replaced by Azumi Asakura. In 2014, she took a break from new voice acting roles.
Voice acting is a tough industry, but being a female voice actress is even tougher. I just wanted to put this rant out there because I casually say things about it from time to time, but with that Reddit comment, I think I finally wanted to give it its own post.

The Jonas Brothers might be getting back together so I'm thinking about just how different fandoms were back in 00s and a reminder of just how long ago that really was
JB started in 2005
That's the same year YouTube started
A year after Facebook was founded
Twitter wouldn't be founded until a year later
Tumblr started 2 years later
This was pre vevo so music videos were rarely posted on YT and would sometimes be taken down. Music videos premiered on TV (crazy right)
Their first music video (Mandy) debuted on TRL
In the time between the premier to the YT upload people would film their tv screens and upload bootleg versions to YT which would eventually be taken down (it's not like today where you have high quality videos and gifs being uploaded as something is happening live on tv)
This was pre- tumblr and in the early stages of Twitter so I used to go to a fansite dedicated to JB daily for any type of update on them (I think it was jonasbrothersfans.com?)
Most of their other music videos premiered on the Disney Channel and would later be uploaded to their official YT channel
This was all in a time before every celebrity had a public Twitter/instagram/snapchat
I could be wrong on this one but I think when they made the move to Twitter they only had one for the band?
JB had an active Myspace page in the beginning
I really can't get over how different the world of the internet and being a fan was. It was honestly kind of difficult to keep up with celebrities but JB did a great job of interacting with fans and evolving with the internet. The world changed so much in the time that they were a band 2005-2013.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They used to do live chats where they would do a video stream and answer questions on justin.tv? but it was always super pixelated and buffered a ton. (This is a normal thing now with insta live but again this was 2005/2006/2007 being able to watch celebrities live like that wasn't really a thing)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We used to write fanfiction in the description of YouTube videos.... we would upload videos with a few pics or whatever and then the fanfiction would be in the desc. Why you ask? Well JB predates ao3 by 4 years!! I'm sure there were other sites that could have hosted fanfiction at the time but that's where I read/wrote mine
Their self titled album came with a bonus dvd with concert footage and a weird interactive video thing where they explained lyrics and how to play guitar and stuff? It slowed your computer to a grinding halt and although it promised to be the "new way to Vu music" I havent seen this gimmick used anywhere else
