Amanda is a financial analyst and Lauren is a therapist. We so much enjoy sharing what we can of our lives - between pregnancy exhaustion and busyness! I’m Lauren 🙋🏻‍♀️ on the right in the picture above, and I do most of the posting/engaging here on Instagram! Amanda 🧑🏾‍🦱 is here too, she just tells me her ideas/opinions and I share them, haha Our son Judah 👶🏽 is in the middle and our newest addition 🤰🏻 should be arriving in about 10 weeks! We chose to have kids through a process called reciprocal IVF where I carried embryos from Amanda’s eggs. We matched a sperm donor to my features and got really lucky to have a sweet little blend in our son 💚 Amanda and I have been together for almost 8 years and married for a little over 4. We love hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains and spending time outdoors with our wild child 🪵🌲🍂 Random/fun facts about us: 1. Amanda doesn’t like big bugs and will promptly scream when she sees one 😂 You can imagine that means I’m the bug killer/catcher in the family 2. As a double Aquarian couple, we are intensely passionate. Passionate in love, lust… and also conflict. When we fight, the earth stops spinning. We are what John Gottman describes as a happily married and highly compatible “volatile couple” 😂 We’d love to hear from you! Welcome to the world Hayes Agnes Lee!! So many people have been waiting for your arrival and it is so obvious how loved you are already. The Polini/Schmidt clan are some of my favorite people in Colorado and it was so fun to have the grandparents from both sides along for this newborn shoot. Love. Of. My. Life. ❤️❤️❤️ My light. My reason for being. Watching him grow and change everyday is the greatest joy of my life. He’s so incredibly smart, hilarious, always excited, loving, mischievous, and stubborn as hell. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Jes goes back to work tomorrow.
