My tumblr and BL holiday is probably going to be a bit longer because my internet is down. Again. Apparently there's return path interference (cries in cable) and they can't just fix it. They have to find the source of the interference first (which could be hiding anywhere in the neighbourhood).

It's a good thing I downloaded all the recent trailers and shows I couldn't watch so I can at least catch up and make some gifs.

They couldn't even give me an ETA. It might take them weeks. 😭

On one hand, I want a final fantasy 6 remake, because the game is criminally underrated and the amount of fan content (which is all absolutely fantastic btw) is Not Enough for my neurodivergent, hyperfixating brain.

On the other hand, that would inevitably encourage more people to join the fandom, which would be great, except it seems these days the bigger a fandom gets the more toxic it becomes, and I really like what we have going on over here in our little corner. We all just love the game and its characters and nobody fights about who should and shouldn't date who or who you shouldn't like because they're ~problematique~. Nobody's trying to make one ship morally better than another, nobody's calling anyone names or threatening to doxx people who don't agree with their opinions. It's so peaceful and I love that for us. We're just vibing. Moisturized. Unbothered. In our lane. Flourishing.

POV #1: James Hetfield watches you doing a private dance for him

He told you about having "something special" tonight and you didn't have a clue what could this man possibly want you to do. James followed you to the room with a mysterious grin on his face, rating your body from behind. That thin red dress looked good on you, but he knew for sure that you're looking much better without it. He was in a good mood after a great night in bar with his friends. You spent your evening sitting on James' lap and slowly teasing him, knowing that you're both won't fall asleep without a good sex before it.

He opened the door, letting you into the darkness of his room. Cold air contrasted with your red cheeks, making you shiver. James closed the door and you bit your lip in excitement of what he's gonna do to you tonight. You knew that James loved experiments that made you both feel good and you was filled with butterflies every time he said about "going different".

James took your hand, leading you to the bedroom, not saying a word. You was used to his silence mostly, so staying quiet was the best option right now. He kissed you shortly and sat on the bed, watching you, checking your every curve from the bottom to the top. "Dance for me", he said shortly, stopping his eyes on yours. You could tell he was passionate about it. James watched a lot of women stripping for him, but now his interest was focused on you, and that was the only time you was sorry about it.

"Dance?", you asked with a confusion, not sure what exactly he wanted. "Dance", he nodded, slowly getting unpatient. "Take off that pretty dress for me, show me how sexy you are", he grinned, wiping his hands on his lap. "Start", he said, almost burning you with his eyes. But how? You was a bad dancer! You may show him some basic dance moves, but how would you do it without music?

James seemed to understood your confusion and quickly turned on some slow melody on the casette player that was in the number, watching you with interest. You knew how high James' standarts were, so it was hard to disappoint him. Well, at least you should give it a try. But before you even made a move, James appeared behind you, being pretty annoying by your pause.

"C'mon!", he said, taking your hands and sliding them onto your body. You was surprised. James rarely helped you with something as small as this, but here he was, helping you to get the vibe. While you slowly repeated moves he showed, James' hands slided to your hips, slightly moving them. He saw a lot of dances, and he was surprisingly good at it. Maybe you should ask him to strip for you as well? "You know you're hot baby.. now show me how much", he murmured, leaving a short kiss on your neck and came back on the bed, watching you.

With a little help from James, you slowly started getting into it. You felt the music, slowly following its rhythm. You started your dance with your hips moves, accompanied by your hands touching your body. James' eyes were chained to your moves as he relaxed on bed. He cherished your attempts..his baby girl will do everything.

You closed your eyes and sighed, as your moves slowly got hotter, and now you danced more for yourself, than for James. Your fingers circled your nipples, making you bite your lower lip, caressed your soft skin as it was the softest velvet in the world. You felt yourself sexier than ever.. dress began to feel to uncomfortable to be in. You slowly pulled off the thin straps of your dress down, hearing James' sigh. You supposed that he didn't mean to make it that loud, but that meant only one thing - he liked what he saw.

With a soft touch you unzipped your dress, letting it fall down to your legs. "Holy shit..", James whispered, completely forgot that you were topless. You could tell even with closed eyes that he was already hard... his breath was heavy, and his eyes were dark, exposing his desire. You cupped your boobs and turned your back to James, showing him some more curves of your ass. Immediately, you've heard a sound of unclapsing belt and grinned. He liked it..

Suddenly music stopped and the room was filled with silence. You opened your eyes, slightly feeling exposed and looked at James, who already pulled you in the bed. "I want you, right fucking now..", he mumbled, attacking your lips with a needy kiss. You were proud of yourself, feeling how hard your boyfriend was just from a little dance, and it made you even more excited about how he'd thank you for that..

Oh my god, Possum was so fucking good. I love artsy films because you can just watch them and accept that the movie occupies a third space where the things you see may or may not be objective reality. Is this spider literally talking, is this person literally dead, did this ghost literally time travel? I just love how artsy films can evoke ideas through visuals without being constrained by the rules of reality. It's kind of like a dream sequence or an ambiguous "are you talking to a ghost" sequence in most Regular Fiction shows.

I mean, Possum 2018 is literally just an hour and a half of a man doing performance art about coping with childhood trauma that he never got over and abstract representations of CSA. I fucking love this shit.

This was originally meant to be another long one-shot, a companion piece of sorts to the one I did for Velcinta Week, but I realized I could spread it out over the whole event if I broke it up.
