Maya fanfic part 11!

Only here would you find writing about halloween on Christmas eve. (It just happened to fit with the timeline ok.)

- The next day -

The away game against everton ended comfortably at a 3-0 win

Now on the coach home you looked over to Maya who was looking through emails for the 5th time today.

“I don’t think they’ll accept our offer in a day”. You laughed.

“I know i’m just too impatient”.

“They said they’ll let us know soon so i’m sure we can manage for a few more days”.

“I guess so”. She smiled.

- An hour later -

As soon as you entered Maya’s house placing your bags to the side you noticed a fresh scent coming from somewhere.

Walking into the kitchen you looked around and noticed a fresh set of flowers sitting on the counter top and there was a note next to it.

“What’s this?”. You asked.

“I guess you’ll have to find out”. She replied with a smile.

‘ Dear y/n,

I know i’m not perfect and I feel terrible for getting mad at you lately when you don’t deserve it, not even one bit.

I’ll try and do better, be a better girlfriend for you, always be there for you no matter what because I love you deeply, more than anyone in the world. ( ok maybe tied with Mocha. )

This is a small gift for now, but there will be many more to come, so I hope you forgive me. You are the reason why I can get up in the morning. You are the reason I can get on any football pitch no matter the opposition and be filled with confidence knowing you are by my side.

“Oh my God Maya this is beautiful, thank you!”. You said turning towards her and instantly bringing her into a hug holding her tightly.

She wrapped her arms around your lower back. “No problem, you deserve the world”.

“You’re the best girlfriend ever, you don’t need to apologise”. You said, softly kissing her neck, your bodies still pressed together.

“I felt like I had to”. She replied rubbing your back and slightly pulling away, now looking deeply into your eyes.

“Like i’ve said before, I forgive you 100%”.

“Thanks”. She smiled.

“You’re welcome softie”. You joked.

“Ughh i’m not a softie”. Maya exclaimed.

“Yes you are”. You chuckled.

“No”. She shook her head.

“Prove it then”.

“I do every time I step on the pitch”.

“Not good enough softie”.

“Do you want me to really prove it”. She said holding your hips, slightly towering over you.

“Sure but it won’t change my mind”.

“We’ll see about that”. She replied slowly walking towards you, making you walk backwards until shortly you hit the counter.

You chuckled at her finding it difficult not to smile, enjoying teasing her too much. This led to Maya trying to keep a straight face as much as she could, but eventually it was impossible due to the way you were looking back at her.

She started giggling uncontrollably, leaning over your shoulder in an attempt to hide her face.

“See”. You laughed, placing a hand on her cheek moving her face back so you could see her fully again.

“I-I..I’m not”. stumbling with her words, her face still saying the opposite.

“It’s okay, lots of people are”. You rubbed her back.

She then attempted to compose herself, trying to pull a serious face. “I’ll prove it now”.

“Go on then”. You smirked.

Gripping your thighs tightly she pulled them around her waist and sat you on the counter. Her body then edging tighter onto you so that you were soon lay horizontal and she was straddling you. With ease she ripped apart your shirt as it was only cotton and she knew it didn’t carry any sediment to you.

“You’re going to have to buy me a new one now softie”.

She smirked shaking her head.

Leaning down towards you she placed strong kisses on your neck and her hands had a strong grip on your body.

Suddenly she brought her mouth onto yours and kissed you so strongly your head slightly banged against the hard counter.

“Ahhh”. You said through the kiss.

This made her pull away instantly.

“oh sorry, you okay?”. She asked worriedly, her hand now moving to the back of your head.

“Yeh, yeh i’m alright softie, but it wouldn’t be ideal having to explain to everyone how I got concussed again”. You chuckled.

“I know, my bad”. She said getting off the counter now by the side you, her hand still holding your head.

Slowly you sat up to face her and held onto her hands. “It’s okay, don’t worry”.

She helped you down and wrapped her arms around you kissing your head.

“Okay maybe I am a softie”. She chuckled looking back at you.

“You’ve finally realised”. You smirked, holding onto her hips. “but maybe i’m not”.

- The next day -

Today it was halloween but unfortunately training was still on.

Mary came over to you when she realised Maya wasn’t next to you, which nowadays is usually never.

“Fancy scaring your girlfriend for a tiktok”. She said, as Maya had left the room only to get the granola bars she had left in her bag. You reckon that Maya would happily live off them if she could.

“Of course”. You smirked.

She handed you a ghost mask and told you your position from behind the door and she found a way to get a perfect shot of it all.

“Wow this is scary”. You said holding the mask.

“Quick put it on”.

Shortly you heard Maya walking back down the corridor, you heard the crinkling from the wrappers before you even saw her.

She was getting closer and closer until suddenly you leaped from behind the door. “BOO”. You shouted reaching your arms out towards her.

“AHHH” She yelled dropping all her granola bars on the floor.

You and Mary burst out laughing as she moved her phone in Maya’s face.

“I knew it was going to happen as well, I saw you for a split second behind the door”. Maya giggled, trying to hide her flushed face.

“Ughh Maya save some granola for the rest of us”. Mary joked.

Maya laughed and bent down to start picking them up.

You got down to help her as well, still with the ghost mask on.

She then reached over and pulled the the mask of you. “ahhh”. She joked “there’s the real ghost”.

“Wowww”. You laughed “I guess my ghostly hands won’t be able to hold these then”. You said, dropping the bars back on the floor.

“Aww i’m only joking, come here”. She replied stuffing the granola in her pockets before wrapping her arms around you making you falling back to the floor.

“Ok i’ll think we’ll end it here”. Mary said, quickly stopping the video and leaving back to the cafe.

You laughed kissing Maya’s head, now feeling her heartbeat pumping against your chest.

“I really got you good”.

“Yes you did”. She chuckled, getting off you and holding out a hand for you. After you stood back up she bent down for the mask and put it over her head. “Don’t worry, I will get my revenge”.

You placed a kiss on the mouth of the mask and started walking out the room. She then pulled the mask off and followed after you.

“You missed”. She called out.

“If you’re good, maybe I won’t next time”.

As soon as you both entered the cafe most of the team were looking at you. You sat down next to Millie, Lessi and Ella.

“What?”. You asked after a minute of constant looks.

“Why are both of your hairs messy?”. Ella asked then looked at Russo with a sly smile.

“Oh I had to put a stupid ghost mask on for Mary’s tiktok to scare Maya”. You replied, quickly redoing your ponytail.

“Oh did she now”. Mille said sounding like she didn’t believe you.

“Yes she did, and made me drop all my granola bars”. Maya said, still slightly upset by it.

“They’re in wrappers they’ll be fine. If you really want i’ll buy you some new ones”. You replied with a smile. “actually you owe me a new shirt”.

“Oh yeah”. Maya said nervously, trying to avoid eye contact with the others.

“How come?”. Lessi asked.

“Oh um, I just spilt something on it and it stained”. she lied. You smirked back at her finding her reaction amusing. She obviously wasn’t going to admit 24hours ago she was ripping that shirt straight from your body.

- A few hours later -

You were holding hands with Maya walking around the park with Mocha as usual, except this time there was kids dressed up in halloween costumes playing on the swings. You noticed Maya looked over and slightly chuckled at them.

“Have you thought about ever wanting kids?”. You asked. This slightly caught her off guard.

“Oh um I don’t know really, i’m still twenty so anything could happen”. She replied, giving you a smile but then it started to fade.

“Yeah I know, sorry It just came to mind”. You replied squeezing her hand.

“It’s fine”. She said nodding her head, giving you a small smile.

“Dinners ready”. You called out to Maya who was in the lounge.

You poured yourself and her a drink and noticed you still hadn’t got a reply from her.

“Maya?”.

After a few more seconds you assumed maybe she didn’t hear you because of the tv.

Picking up her bowl and her drink you carried it to the lounge. When you entered you noticed she wasn’t there, only Mocha was on the couch where Maya was the last time you looked.

Confused you turned back around to the kitchen but as soon as you did you noticed a figure jump out from behind the wall.

“AHHH”. You screamed dropping the glass, watching it smash into tiny pieces, but luckily you managed to save the bowl of food.

You heard giggling from behind the ghost mask.

“Maya you gave me a heart attack”. You said laughing at how naive you were, reaching to the side to put the bowl down before you drop that as well.

“I told you I would get revenge”. She said slightly muffled. You pulled the mask off her revealing her face that was red from laughing.

You jumped on her but as you did your foot got caught in a shard of glass.

“Ahhh”. You winced, noticing blood pooling your sock.

Maya quickly carried you back to the lounge and lay you on the couch then went back to the kitchen. She soon came back with some bandages and helped you treat your cut.

“I’m sorry about this”. She sighed.

“It’s not your fault”.

“But I made you drop the glass in the first place”.

You shook your head. “but I did warn you earlier, you’ll only get kisses if you’re good”. You joked.

“I guess that’s valid”. She replied disheartened, wrapping the bandage around your foot.

You chuckled at her face, but softly kissed her lips. “Go and get my dinner then before it goes cold”.

“Fine”. She giggled, now with a big smile across her face.

Ooh Iwaoi for the ask game? ^^

when I started shipping it if I did:

It took a while into the manga/anime for me to warm up to Oikawa (and by association, Iwa). But man, that second match between Karasuno and Seijoh fully wrecked me. Oikawa became my favorite character, and Iwaoi overtook Kuroken as my favorite ship.

my thoughts:

Honestly I just want to take this space to gush about how much I love Oikawa. He's the real reason I like this ship (no shade to Iwa, he's super likeable on his own too) and remains one of my favorite anime characters of all time. The struggle he goes through as someone who worked hard as hell to be as good as he is, only to watch some kid come in on 'natural talent' and threaten his spot on the team, like...damn, that's not an easy thing to go through as a high schooler. The scene where he almost attacks Kageyama is heart-breaking, and I love that Iwa is there to knock him back to his senses. I love that he's imperfect, and gets angry, and flirts WAY too much - and yet, he's the glue that holds his team together. He's hyper aware of the strengths and weaknesses of those around him, and can even take a clumsy team of total strangers and transform them into a well-oiled machine. He's boastful and proud and a little mean, but his team know this and accept him anyway because he's still their friend. They (mainly Iwa and the other third-years) balance him out, calling him out or making fun of his behavior when he deserves it, but always having his back when he needs them. UGHH I could go on all day but. Yeah. He just means a lot to me.

What makes me happy about them:

I love that Iwa keeps Oikawa honest and in line. Iwa's always there to knock Oikawa down a peg or call him Shittykawa when he's genuinely doing something stupid or egotistical. He doesn't take any of his crap, but it's so obviously coming from a place of care and love. He knows there's a good person underneath the boastful exterior, but he also knows that Oikawa's pride isn't baseless. When he needs to, he lets Oikawa take the spotlight and shine, and supports him without question. And Oikawa knows this. He relies heavily on Iwa. His pride has historically been a fragile thing, a cover for so many insecurities that he buries down until they fester into anger. Without Iwa there to guide him and keep him grounded, he may not have been as successful or stable as he turned out to be. Constantly, they're working to support each other's strengths, whether on the court or in their personal relationship. They're childhood friends, they're lovers, they're soulmates, and time or distance will never break their bond.

What makes me sad about them:

That they never got to wreck Shiratorizawa in an official match. Ok, well, in truth it's that I think they'd have a really rocky relationship before any sort of happy ending. There are a few doujins by Gusari (aka the mangaka for Given) where they end up together in highschool, but break it off, only to reunite later after college and...I honestly think that's the truth. I think Oikawa's insecurities would effect him getting into a relationship with someone who knows him so deeply. He'd get defensive, Iwa would get frustrated, they'd fight, and break it off, only to spend several miserable years alone before finding each other again. It's part of what I love about them - this idea that they're imperfect, and fight their way back to each other because of how deep their love goes - but man I have shed many tears over this concept.

things done in fanfic that annoys me:

Disregarding that Oikawa has insecurities. Or only depicting him as prideful and flirty, and antagonistic to his rivals. He is all of those things, but he's also more. SO much more. I'm also not a fan of when Iwa is bashful or shy when it comes to intimacy. He can be just as pushy as Oikawa if not more, and taking that away from him feels so wrong.

things I look for in fanfic:

Bottom Oikawa :) and either hints or full-on deep dives into his insecurities. I'm also a fan of situations where Iwa gets rightfully fed up with Oikawa, and Oikawa has to come clean about whatever he was doing because he's terrified of losing his best friend (usually resulting in a confession).

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: 

Honestly? No one. These two are soulmates.

My happily ever after for them:

Kind of already mentioned it earlier, but a reconciliation after being apart for many years is my ideal. Whether that's an AU ending where they're working & living in the same city, or the canon ending where they figure out how to make long-distance work. These two are the type of couple where, even if years pass between seeing each other, as soon as they're together, it's like they were never apart. (And I usually hate endings where a couple is long-distance or always apart, so it says a lot to the strength of their relationship that I think they could do just that and still be happy)

what is their favorite non-sexual activity:

Other than volleyball, they seem like the type of couple to really enjoy going out for food, or cooking meals together. They have activities that they like more individually, but they both agree on food. It's very domestic and couple-y but is also something they probably did a lot when they were still just friends, so a dinner date is really low-stress for them.

Fanfic Writing Questions

1. How many works do you have on AO3?

Looks like 17, incidentally my lucky number!

2. What's your total AO3 word count?

3. What fandoms do you write for?

Right now, Arknights. If Ex Astris gets any more content though I'll probably lunge for it again. I'm also always open to writing Vocaloid stuff even though I'm a little embarrassed looking back at some of my earlier works. I don't write for RWBY or Danganronpa anymore. I've been kinda hurt by people in those fandoms and I'm baby (or was baby) so it kinda killed my heart for it.

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos? 1. From Hell to the Moon - 953 kudos My gigantic Touko/Komaru fic from back when Ultra Despair Girls had me in an absolute chokehold. I still love them but I kinda fell off from updating because I got a lot of comments like 'ughh i'm so sad this will never get updated' and the pressure got to me. 2. Between the Li[n]es - 425 kudos Another one I left on a massive cliffhanger for Danganronpa V3, my Miu/Kokichi/K1-B0 fic. I appreciate the support it received so much. I do enjoy writing robot sex. I fell off of updating because I made a friend in the fandom that kinned Kokichi pretty hard and seemed to feel like he was a much 'softer boi' than the way I wrote him and implied that my Kokichi was OOC and even though I didn't really believe it...well, you become your actions, so, by kind of, tolerating their interpretation it kind of neutered my own. We haven't talked in years. Sometimes I think about writing a quickie update chapter but I'm too into my other writing. As one comment put it: "came to nut, stayed for the feels", so I felt pretty damn good about the naughty scenes in this one. One of the more vulgar things I've published.

3. Other Side - 288 kudos My first fic for the RWBY fandom! I wrote it right after the Weiss trailer came out and we knew nothing, so a lot of the story is nothing like how the characters act now. I look back on it pretty fondly because it got me out of a pretty bad writing rut, but it's kinda bittersweet because I've moved on from RWBY. Still a sucker for Ruby/Weiss and I was overjoyed when Ice Queendom came out and gave them some spotlight. 4. Amor fati - 188 kudos My beloved golden child chenmiya fic. It makes me so happy to see this one climbing high into the list even though it's the most recent. A lot of tender love and care went into writing this and reading this is the key to my heart. Nothing excites me more than comments on this or any of my other chenmiya fics. It's basically my love letter to the ship. 5. Secondhand Smoke - 177 kudos One of my early entries into the ~problematic yuri~ genre from when Cinder/Ruby from RWBY had me by the throat. I got a lot of much-appreciated appreciation for writing these two and I remember this being the year that a bunch of my artist friends drew me Cinder/Ruby for my birthday! I'd never had anything like that happen before and I felt so loved.

5. Do you respond to comments? Sometimes! If you leave a lengthy comment I try to at least pop in and cry about how much it means to me haha.

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? Sour Grapes, easily. But is anyone surprised?

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Definitely dodecatheon meadia. If ever I've written something I can consider to have a true fairytale ending, this is the one. This one really healed my heart too! I felt like I had a real fire under me while writing it and these girls have deeply affected me. I don't want to say too too much about it since some people are very likely still finishing the game. But it's also a new feeling to be the first fic in a tag!

8. Do you get hate on fics? Thankfully not really.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? Yeah, I sure do, almost exclusively-but I tend to have myself in this hostage situation of, "please make a 50k-100k epic to perfectly justify the characters having sex" that I occasionally escape containment from. I've gotten a little better at just laying the foundations quickly and getting to what I like to write, but it can still be a struggle because I get a little perfectionist with it. Which is funny because to me the 'perfect' smut doesn't exist, and it's made 'perfect' through the imperfections. I think the little bumps and hiccups and misunderstandings along the way are a lot more compelling to me than having everything go without a hitch, but there's definitely exceptions and different circumstances! Like when that's a big part of the story-like a character really really in control for another character's safety. When I write robot sex or medfet there tends to be a bit more detail about the safety side of things because I like to take the reader through the experience of safety too. I never turn right to the camera and go 'and now the safe way to do it is x' but I rely on the characters to express their expertise to each other, and their reassurance, and for the trust of the other character to speak for itself. haha, i rambled.

this is why for the lin/chen/amiya bondage i'm working on writing that i have a notebook with several pages of questions that lin goes through before tying people up. things like 'if you start to cry, does that mean you need to stop, or is that just what you need?'

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

Not really, the only one I've kind of written was the Ex Astris/Arknights one in dodecatheon meadia, based lightly off the fact that the games did a collab and I wanted to acknowledge them with the outfits of those girls from another world that they didn't quite get to know.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? Oh, just once. But it was SO long ago and the person was pretty young I think and they were ashamed and took it down right away, so live and let live.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated? Some kind folks translated Sour Grapes into Chinese! I asked them for a link to where it ended up but I don't think they totally understood what I was asking. I was flattered nonetheless.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? No, I haven't. I do a lot of rping though still, though less publicly than I used to. I think if I co-wrote anything and published it it would have to be with @lanymme because she's my most trusted peer! When we talk about writing things and whenever she gives me feedback, she is so kind and spirited about it in a way that pushes me to do my best. Her encouragement is truly so earnest and even though I can be a little protective of my writing she has a really nice way about her of discussing how to make it stronger without making me ever feel like I'm not 'enough' as an author. I can't overstate how much I value her companionship; as an editor and a good friend and just lovely person overall. And when she leaves huge comments on my fics spotting all the little painstaking details I put in and mentioning them-what better satisfaction can there be as a writer? I always intend to do the same back but I am always just so floored and wiped out by the quality of her writing that I atomize before I can form cohesive thoughts. It just makes it all the more impressive that she can put together a fucking. bibliography of the story's moments and her reactions. So lanymme I hope you know how much I adore your style. /)///(\

14. What's your all time favorite ship? Chenmiya. I sort of felt inklings of it all throughout the beginning of the story and then chapters 7 and 8 sealed my coffin shut. Amiya sort of represents, I think, the idealism that Ch'en had wanted to believe in growing up. The world was really cruel and Ch'en adapted in her own ways, but she...rejects Amiya a bit because I feel like in her heart she can't let herself get too attached. She knows-or thinks she knows-that Amiya will lose hope and she'll feel that heartbreak all over. But slowly, her optimism and continued efforts to just...keep going, in a world that is cold, a world that shows her cruelty-it reaches Ch'en. And even though Ch'en puts up her front at first, Amiya's ultra-high empathy helps her understand who Ch'en really is, and she has the maturity to not begrudge her for the way she's processed things up to the events of chapter 7 and 8. As she puts it, "I saw the color of her heart", when talking about how Ch'en interacted with the kids in the slums that didn't have anyone else. And then she launches a rescue for Ch'en, and ends up so linked up with her memories and emotions that she just like. Becomes the other half of her soul in that fight. Amiya arrives with her optimism and hopes on the sheer chance that Ch'en is still alive and still needs her help and goes up the tower alone to find her and she does even against all odds. She talks about how she wants to cry when she sees her. In Ch'en's hour of need, Amiya arrives carrying the hopes of what she wanted to be herself, and they fight a battle where they are alone, saving each other, promising each other that they can do it, and they come out alive.

There are so, so so many more details about them. Ch'en's wishes for Amiya to call her by first name in a closer way, the way that Amiya shyly, obstinately continues to add some form of honorific for her. The way Ch'en inherited her abusive father's rhetoric and echoed his lines to Amiya to try to get her to distance herself from her in the beginning, only to apologize at the top of the tower and tell her she wishes she'd met her earlier.

But the main thing I always think about, at the top of the tower, is where black-snake-controlled Talulah puts Amiya in a prison of fire specifically to goad Ch'en. She wraps her in flames and says "I wonder how her melting flesh will smell"/something akin to that and Ch'en loses her mind and yells as her to "don't touch her!" and says "I'm the one you want, let her go!" etc., you know, all the good shit. So my interpretation of the scene is this: since the black snake can't make Talulah do something she doesn't actually want to do, I've always felt that the feelings behind that scene were of Talulah wanting someone close to her to really, truly understand how it feels to lose someone you love, and she saw Amiya to Ch'en as being someone analogous to what Alina was to herself. I think even if you read Ch'en's feelings for Amiya as non-romantic, Amiya was still so so dearly important to her to make her react that way, and that the black snake being cruel enough to try to leverage their relationship to, ultimately, kill Ch'en, who was Talulah's last tether to not losing control of herself fully-was so outrageously heinous. Ch'en could have killed herself trying to get Amiya out, which would have been what the black snake wanted most of all, since it couldn't quite urge Talulah to kill Ch'en directly, and it would have done so by preying on both Talulah's love/sorrow for Alina and Ch'en's love for Amiya.

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? Between the Li[e]s. Danganronpa fandom just hurts too much.

16. What are your writing strengths? Aside from dialogue, I think my other big strength is that I'm not afraid to write what I want even if and especially if it's fucked up. I also feel like another strength of mine is that the characters will take over for me, and get me to write them truly as they are without letting me change them. Even if that results in me writing things I'm very embarrassed and shy about writing.

17. What are your writing weaknesses? I lack discipline. I need to get myself consistently writing more, but it's hard for me to make time to do it.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I don't tend to do more than a few phrases, and only then if it's a character's native language and I want them to call someone a cute nickname or something.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Princess Tutu. I was 13. it was the 4th of July. I was supposed to be in bed asleep. But I was using the string lights illumination to light up my journal and it was then for the very first time I felt the feeling of realizing that I could make anything happen that I wanted.

It was not very good at all! But I treasure the memories of having boundless energy to write with because I was just so excited to see something become real from something that had only till then been inside of me.

20. Favorite fic you've written?

dodecatheon meadia. maybe it's surprising because it's not one of my headliner chenmiya fics, but-it's a secret chenmiya fic if you squint!

and honestly even though the story of ex astris is a little patchy at times, by the end you feel just...gripped by the world building and by yan and vi in particular. so i remember writing for them, desperate to see the happiest ending i could make, weaving it in with the canon with as many of my favorite details as possible, and it felt so good. i wrote pretty much nonstop for a week straight and finished it. the feeling of just-DYING to write was burning under my skin after finishing the game and the satisfaction of finishing the fic was magical, even if it came with the usual...idk, 'fanfic post-partum' of sending your writing out into the world when it's all done.

i’m not too good with tips but what keeps me motivated is to just write something you’d wanna read yourself. like, you wanna read a fic where jaemin and you are enemies and slowly turn to lovers to kick your feet to at night? LETS WRITE IT OURSELVES!!! a mark sports fic? just make a quick drabble yourself!!!

another tip i’ll give is to not feel pressured into writing. writing should be fun, it’s a hobby for most people. if you feel like you have to write something, you’re gonna enjoy it less. always write for your own enjoyment.

the fun part of writing is being able to let your imagination create literally any scenario, that alone should motivate you.. like you could literally create a 20k wc fic about you and haechan being in love with so many plots just because of one thought— (which also, almost no plot can be the EXACT same so you’re basically writing something original in a way, THAT SHOULD EXCITE YOU TOO!!)

I don’t know if this was helpful, if you see this and have any other things to ask i’ll try to help, i’m not used to people coming to me for writing tips lol, but one last thing, even if you don’t get enough interactions, even 1 like let’s you know that someone enjoys your work which should motivate you to continue tbh (but look back at the write for yourself comment ^^)

So originally my nano goal was to write 50k of one specific work (Library Boy) but almost immediately after the word count of that surpassed the longest thing I wrote at about 29k I just lost motivation in favor of working on other projects... but I've been tracking all of my writing, and if I write about 4600 words tonight I can still hit 50k words for the month. Not my original goal, but still something to be proud of. So, I'm working on a mainly stream of consciousness fic with nothing but a sentence and a sad personal memory twisted for creative purposes and hopefully lots of fluff.

David looks over at the bed, not having considered that just yet. Fuck. David: um just one… can you open your door? Maybe you can break the ice from the outside? Alexis: I just tried, I think we’re stuck too. David. I’m stuck in here alone with mom and dad. What am I supposed to do now? David: you’ll be fine. My battery is dying, I’m turning my phone off. I’ll text you from Patrick’s phone later, okay? Alexis: ughh fine. Have fun snuggling with Patrick in his bed! David powers his phone off and looks back up to find Patrick watching him. “I’m hungry. Please tell me you got enough food for both of us?” Patrick throws David a protein bar. “I have enough protein bars to last us weeks, but not much else. We won’t starve, but we’ll probably be craving the cafe’s food by the time we get out of here.” David laughs bitterly, “I can’t imagine that happening, but I really hope you have more than just protein bars.”

im so going through it again and yall know what that means, for some odd reason nothing can ever stick to my brain after i got into persona? this is a literal disease shuake means SO MUCH to me

i know they aren’t original or anything but something about them is soo special to me, they remind me a lot of the things that i miss and make me nostalgic about those particular things. i think the way their connection is and how personal goro’s character is to me is just like insane to see because i can really place a lot of aspects of my life onto both of them, even the good and the bad and i can always feel comfortable lol

i wish we had more scenes with them and i wish i could experience p5r for the first time again just for them, they truly are so special to me ive even been considering buying the og on the ps4 due to how much i just love them it’s insane cuz nothing else has ever felt the same and ive never loved something so deeply for a long time like this even with anything and everything like cardcaptor and how much i LOVED phoenix lmao, the love i feel for shuake is like me experiencing a constant hyperfixation and im able to just feel so deeply for so long yk? i love them

ive been wanting to get back into writing fanfics again but i cant seem to find the words as the memories just slip through my head. i love the way their connection just is even the to way that it focuses so much on them as individual characters like akechi for example, it isnt at all canonically but it works in a way that one can interpret their connection and such to dive deeper into their plotlines and how all that trauma has continued to affect them even now. like akechi and his bpd and just overall denial of a lot of the things around him, that core idea that fit into so many things and endlessly i can headcanon so much just for his character as like wow. the bad writing here✨ but fr tho lol the lack of character for him helps a lot and as much as i wish they gave him more than what he got, i love using him and akira’s characters as projection dolls its like everything to me, one of my favorite parts of bad media actually lmao

i love akira’s character too even if i dont talk about him as much, i got into persona due to him so he truly means a lot to me. i love viewing him like if he actually would’ve had an established personality of his own and how that also affects his worldview and their connection. the mutual toxicity between them and how they respectively view the world and people around is like UGH i love them! i love all the religious little allegories there i love all the mental illnesses they represent like UGHH i love them and i hate how i cant articulate my words for them properly it makes me so!!! but whatever rant is rant lmao

Artist here, I've been taking commisions since I was like, 13, and listen my art was ASS back then I barely knew how the fuck to use adobe LNFAOAOIDJFH but Id take 10 dollar comms and people would pay for just lineart 10 dollars

I know a major difference is fanfiction sites like ao3 faced harsher legal repercussions than any fanart site ever did which makes many fanfic authors shy away from comms, but realistically they are both creative skills, peoplle just give more for fanartists, theres a bigger demand and a more available supply

fanfiction i think is arguably nicher, and youre right less taken seriously as a medium, which is stupid considering how highly regarded poets and authors were at a time, its an art, just gets. no recognition, harsher legal repercussions n less supply which makes it a shitfest for skilled fanfiction writers trying to gain people willing to pay

sorry for the ranting, i really do love fanfiction and they are both creative skills art and litrature, just fanart gets it so much easier in the market compared to fanfiction from all the shitty conditions

I respond to almost all of my comments! comments i won’t respond to: negative comments, unsolicited criticism, comments that aren’t relevant to the fic itself, comments simply asking for more

I love every single comment that I get and I want to show how much I appreciate getting them, and personally I think responding to comments is the only way to do that! everyone has different comment philosophies, but for me, if someone is taking the time to comment on my fic like I so badly want them to, I think it’s important to respond to show my appreciation!

aha YEAH I DO. this past weekend I actually got a number of shitty comments and had to file two ao3 abuse reports for harrasment (: I love it

I am no stranger to hate comments. I write copious amounts of age difference fic. I write copious amounts of incest. I am not going to apologize nor am I going to feel bad for enjoying either.

gone & past - this is a starrish wip i’d started in 2017. I ended up deleting it from ao3 to rewrite it and never got there, but I have about 20k of content! I built my home, inside of you - thorki human au with college jock thor and high school dancer loki. i’ve got a start and nothing else Sheriff Stilinski Gets Some Sweet Sweet Lovin’ - massive wip where... well, the sheriff fucks his way through the entire pack. I want to write it but. trans allison au - this is an au where allison is trans and that changes the entire season 1 canon. it features stallison, petopher, and a looooooong ass outline that will never exist beyond my wips You Fill My Heart (With Such a Gentle Love) - this is a stetopher a/b/o au with pregnant omega stiles and alpha pair petopher falling in love. it started as a labour of love to someone I no longer have in my life. I have about 30k, a full outline, but idk. makes me sad to think about it they slipped briskly into an intimacy from which they never recovered - this is my big x-men first class rewrite that I honestly don’t think i’ll ever finish. I have a few thousand words, a full outline, but no love lost for cherik so. doubtful Physiotherapy (I'll Be Your Baby) - this was a fic I was SO excited about, and then it kinda flopped and stayed a wip because I didn’t have a plan or the motivation to finish it. it’s a winterspider human au with amputee bucky and science twink peter that I adore the premise of but who knows breathing you in chapter 2 - I have a massive second chapter planned for this fic but the first did so good so fast I am way too intimidated to write more in case everyone hates it lmao

ughhhhh I hate answering this because I have, like, seriously bad imposter syndrome around my writing BUT I do think i’m able to weave poignant backstory into narration & i write strong, distinctive narrative voices!

literally I can’t write settings at all. I don’t know how people vividly describe settings but I absolutely cannot do that and it’s one of the reasons I haven’t delved into original fiction. I am also shit at long fic. I don’t have the mind for long and interesting plots, and I don’t have the focus to write long fic (which is why every long fic i’ve ever posted has taken me literal years to complete smh).

That scene between A & M is heartbreaking but also so necessary. I'm so glad they gave that relationship closure, and that it was appropriate and true to the characters. The scenes where Marcela and Armando were forced to face the reality of their relationship, were just exquisite. I also really feel for Marcela the night where Armando ditches the fashion show and she calls him at Ecomoda. Marcela crying and begging him to be honest with her through the phone is so painful to watch. As toxic as she is, her pain and her plea to Armando just breaks me there😔. There's just so many great scenes written that were also acted very well. Everybody involved deserves so much credit!

I swear, it's my only asterisk with this show. The reconciliation of B & A is so underwhelming😭. Such a lame cliche that they reconcile in front of a crowd without actually talking/resolving their issues 🙄. What happened there?! How did F.G.drop the ball so badly there 😩?!?! ughh so frustrating!!!

Yes, I loved that it was Armando the one who finally broke it the relationship up officially. It felt true to the characters, since it was always him the one wanting to scape and the one who was more aware of how terrible they were… it also shows that Armando is maturing and closing wounds after hitting rock bottom, which Marcela hasn’t at this point (and never did in the show, but it’s only logicam that she did after leaving Ecomoda and Armando for good). Their scenes were just so painfully beautiful… even though they were both abusers of each other, their pain felt so real. You can tell that once, a long time ago, there was actual affection there. Never romantic love, but a deep bond between the two of them that started deteriorating because they forced it to become something it wasn’t mesnt to be.

(I also always wonder if, after Marcela left, Armando and Marcela ever saw each other again. They were “raised like siblings”, and Roberto and Margarita were basically like Marcela’s parents… so it’s hard to believe that neither saw or knew of each other again. They’d always have that bond)

Ah, that scene! I feel so much pity for Marcela… and for Armando too. He’s going against everything his family wants and that he is supposed to want, and she’s clinging to a dead relationship. She knows it’s dead; she’s seeing its corpse, clutching it with desperation in hope that the obvious truth will change if she just clinges to it harder…

Oh, absolutely! Everyone did an amazing job at their character🥰🥰 and the directors, producers, and the writer did wonderful, too!!❤️

You walk over to your bathroom which surprisingly not as messy, except the bottles of soap sitting around your sink and an occasional Plan b packet or two. "This bitch needs to stop taking my Plan b, what if I need that later... who am I kidding as if I'm going to need it, i don't plan on hooking up with anyone anytime soon!" You said to yourself.

You start fixing your bathroom, throwing away all the empty bottles and astray swishers, you take all the useless tissues lying on the floor and throw them all into the bin to take out to the trash cans in front of your complex. You don't complain about where you live..."it's nice and quiet and the people here are-" The door slams open. "OMG Y/N YOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHAT HAPPENED!" Shouted your roommate, Alessia. She was a pretty, pale skin toned girl, with green eyes, and huge tits. You often find yourself thinking.."I would low key hook up with her if she wasn't a disgusting, annoying, loud bitch". But you still respected her she'd always help you with whatever you going through, and she was surprisingly really smart. You thought of her as more of an irresponsible older sister than a roommate. You can hear footsteps rushing to your bathroom door, and the door finally slam open, "OMG girl- you will NEVER guess what happened last night" Alessia half screamed. Her hair was a mess and she was holding her heels in one hand and phone in the other. "So I went to this party last night with my friends and I met this SUPERRRR HOT guy, his name was Jean and we ended up hooking up and he asked for my number and I have a date tomorrow with him" she squealed, she was so happy you could've sworn you saw sparkles shimmer though her eyes...then it hit you... "DID YOU JUST SAY JEAN?!" You basically shouted at her with a look of surprise written all over your face. "yeah I did... whyyyyy, how do you know him?" she said sharply to you. You swallowed hard and said to her... "we dated for all of high school, I mean we never actually had sex but he gave me head, vice-versa" you said while lighting a blunt. "girl- no fucking way, should I cancel the date? If you want me to I will!" She said with a concerned look on her face. "Nahh, I don't really give a fuck, not like it was anything serious" you said as you exhaled smoke from your mouth as the familiar tingly sense you get from smoking hits you. "Awww, are you sure I feel bad now!" Alessia exclaimed. "Bitch I just said I don't care, now get the fuck out of my bathroom and go get your self cleaned up" you say while opening the window to get some fresh air. "Okayyy~ thank you love, also your should go out more I haven't seen you leave the house once except to go get food and pick up weed from your plug, I'm really concerned about you.." Alessia said with a look of desperation. "Girl that is none of your business , if you keep on talking I'll take back what I said about your date with Jean earlier." You stated coldly to her flicking off excess ashes from you blunt. "Nooo-noooooooo don't do that, fine I'll leave you aloneeee!" She said in a whiny tone, as you heard her stumble off to her room and slam the door shut.

"Just when I thought I was going to get some peace and quiet" you said to yourself rolling your eyes. You picked up your phone and FaceTimed Connie, ready to chew him out for waking you up. As the line trilled you turned on your shower to wait for the the hit water to come. "YOOOOO Y/N! Why didn't you answer my texts??" Connie shouted through the phone causing you to lower your volume. "Because I was fucking asleep jackass and you woke me up-" "Why are your eyes so red?" Connie interrupted you, "I swear imma kill that little mother fucker one day" you thought to yourself, clearly irritated. "Why is it any if your business?" You responded back to Connie. "Because I'm your best friendddd" he replied back in a singy-songey voice. "How many times have I told you to lay off the weed?" Connie asked in a matter of fact tone. "Clearly not enough" you said back in a bratty attitude ,blowing smoke straight to the camera. "Yooo pass me some" Connie joked with you , " I'm too broke to buy any weed since I'm too busy buying Sasha food" he said with a pouty expression. " Awww how cute, I wish I had a bf like youuu"  you said in an almost pouty, yet cold way. "If you want to find someone like that then you should go to more parties, they're are plenty of guys who would want to do that for you, I haven't seen one guy who hasn't wanted you whenever we go out." Connie said. "Hmmm maybe I will.." you said to Connie. You could see his whole face light up "WAIT ARE YOU FRL? YOU'LL ACTUALLY COME TO A PARTY?!" Connie asked excitedly. "Yeah sure why not, it's just like I have anything better to do anyways" you shrugged. " Yeh for real, your such a homebody" Connie joked with you. "Yeah I really am- OH SHIT MY SHOWER I GOT TO GO CONNIE BYEEEE" you ended the phone and hopped right in. The comforting feeling of the warm water hitting your bare back made you feel like you never wanted to leave. You washed you hair and body, shaved your legs, and exfoliated your skin. As you got out of the shower you wrapped your towel around you realizing your didn't bring clothes into the bathroom and you have to go to your room. You took a bra and panties set you bought from VS and put it on. You put lotion in your skin and did your facial routine, you never needed much makeup anyway since you were natural beauty, but you never admitted it. You threw on a pair of tight black sports shorts and a mesh crop top to go with it. You snapped a mirror pic making sure to get all of your curves into the photo and sent it as you streaks for the day. "Wow I can't believe I'm going to go to a party after so many months..." you thought to yourself.

-Yo imma pick you up at around 7:30-ish to be ready.

"Ughh I hope I'm making the right decision”.

It was time for the annual road trip you always take! Except this time you'll be getting the boys to tag along. You planned on going cross country. Starting from one side of the coast to the other. With stops along the way to admire the many roadside attractions.

The boys weren't too found of the idea though. They didn't see the point,but you knew they'd warm up to it eventually. "Come on guys! I want to leave before the sun rises! Get your lazy bones up and grab your bags!" The boys rolled their eyes at you. Finding amusement watching you run around the house gathering everything.

Axel gave a loud sigh "Alright, Otto, Oscar grab your bags and mine . I'll help y/n get the rest." The other two nodded and went to put their things in the car. "Ughh this bag is too heavy . I put too much snacks in here." You were panting out of breath. The weight of the food too much. You had packed more then necessary,but you never know how hungry three swedish men can get.

Axel walk up to you grabbing the bag from your hands " I'll take this you go grab your things and meet us out side. " With a slight blush on your face you nodded and walked to your room.

" Okay , suit case check, wallet check... do I need anything else? No.. I'm good." After locking the house up and getting in the car the four of you were on your way.

"So y/n where are we going?" Oscar had asked . "Hmmm, across the country. There's no set destination. It's just going to be a fun road trip is all." With a quick smile back to him you turned back to the road.

Otto furrowed his brows "So you're saying you made us go on this road trip with you too no where? " You shook your head at his question,noticing the attitude in his voice " No, Otto I didn't force any of you to go . I asked and you all agreed. Plus it's going to be fun! We get to see the whole country and cool roadside attractions! Coast to Coast baby!" Otto blushed at you calling him baby and turned to look out the window.

Axel smiled at you from the passenger side. He was happy to tag along. Even more so to know how glad you were that they came. He grabbed one of your hands from the steering Wheel,holding on to it.

" Axel what're you doing? I need to drive. " He gave a light laugh " I just want to hold your hand. You can drive with the other. "
